"Very well." He looked at the ship. "It's well-designed. Whoever made this must've been a genius."

"Urk--!!" Lombar croaked to the large Herglic, alarmed at what was happening to his voice and particularly alarmed at the heavily armored man that had just trespassed aboard his captain's vessel.

He couldn't speak, but he could gesture.

Pointing to the man that had just gone up the boarding ramp, Lombar urgently made the shape of a blaster with his free hand, sticking his index and middle fingers together and wiggling his thumb. Something was very wrong about this situation, and that armored man couldn't see what was being hauled aboard the freighter, otherwise he and his captain were in some hot, hot water.

Stavros saw the crew member, nodded, and boarded the ship. He ran over to the member who was doubled over, coughing. He kneeled down and put a giant hand on the member's shoulder. "Are you okay? Where's your captain?"

Prazutis examines the empty cockpit before looking at the cargo just a moment. As this was so deep in Alliance space, it mattered not what these men were carrying, though he doubted it would be in regulation with whatever laws were thrown about in the area.
Walking out of the ship, Prazutis looked at the pirate who had the fit over his lack of communications. But, as there was nothing of interest to Prazutis, he finally released the man’s vocal chords. He had remembered something about these pirates, and a planet deep within Imperial space. Perhaps this one knew of something he could supply the Empire with soon enough.
“Pirate... Let me ask you one question.”

Looking around a moment, seeing no others besides the somewhat oblivious Herglic, he continued.

“What do you know about the pirates on Bogden?”

Stavros looked at the Zabrak. "Well, if you must know, this is an Executer model 15700-ZX. The ship is equipped with an ion cannon, and 12 escape pods in case of a serious emergency."

"The Bogden pirates get custom-built ships like these with co-operation from some black market companies on Coruscant. The cost is exponential, so this must be a very successful faction of the Blue Star Pirates. I believe this is led by an insectoid captain, although I'm not certain. All I know is this; they're gone."

If Lombar hadn't been trying to make sense of what had just happened to him, he'd have been impressed at how quickly the Herglic was thinking on his large purple feet. Lombar didn't know anything about Bogden, much less if it was a planet or a city. What he did know was that this ship didn't come from Bogden, and he doubted that the cost was-- what did the Herglic say? Exponential.

If it got this slime beetle off of the ship, it was all the better.

"Don't know anything more than that." Lombar added atop what the Herglic had told the armored man, "Now get gone before I let the captain know we've got a situation."

Prazutis listened to the herglic’s words, one tidbit of information sticking out to him.
“Insectoid?”
He looked at the pirate as he spoke to Prazutis, obviously not put off by the man’s mask of composure considering he had rendered he man useless with a simple gesture.
Putting out his arm, he called to the force to put in his grasp the throat of the man who had just spoken, with one question on his mind.
“This... insectoid. Does he happen to be a Verpine?”
Prazutis remembered, of course, the recent battle between him and the Verpine. He knew not who the green one was, but if this peon knew anything about the insect that had put his mission in jeopardy... he would pry it from his mind, one way or the other.

"That would be correct. Why?"

Apparently, whatever was affecting Lombar had returned, so he remained silent.
