Ahron looked down at the insignia, then back at the man. An Imperial Inquisitor. The ability to roam around free, to learn of the force. The ability, in reality, or so it seemed to her, to do as she needed to do. This would involve much thought. Though, what were the chances she would meet this person? Here, on this planet, at this bench, outside of the Jedi Temple. She turned to look over her shoulder at the temple, taking a breath, lifting her hand. Scratching. Always scratching.

"The will of the force is difficult to understand," She said softly, looking at the ground. "Though, it has a strange way of working. I have spent my conscious life working to understand why it does what it does, and what my role to play is," She said, looking up. "I have dreams... And nightmares. All around this place, and as this progresses, I am still unsure if this is a dream or a nightmare, but I do recall a face such as yours," She said, lowering her hand and crossing her arms. "And yet, I would not have had such a dream if this were not one of the things the Force wanted me to do..." She finished finally.

She took a breath, silent for a long moment, letting the breath out as a sigh. "So I will go with you, and hope this does not turn into a Nightmare..."

If Prazutis could smile, most likely he would have in that moment. Not only did he have the data he needed about coruscant's orbit and the best plan to blockade it, but also he had found a new pupil for the inquisitorious. Truly, the dark side rewarded him this day in a way he had not expected at all.

"I do agree that it seems the force has brought us together. I hope that in time, the empire can help you find what you seek, and perhaps far more."

Prazutis looked back through the crowd, towards the hangar that held his unmarked Delta shuttle. It was time that the two departed from Coruscant, and not only would Prazutis give the Empire the data it needed, but also something much... MUCH more valuable than simple information.

A heart, a mind... and a power that is more than rare in this day and age.

"Let us go, then... I'm sure that the inquisitorious will be more than thrilled to have one more of their own. However, I did refrain for asking earlier, but what is your name?"

Ahron took one last look at the Jedi Temple, keeping her lips pursed as Prazitus spoke, nodding her head, and walking towards him. This would either go well, or poorly, but that decision was not up to her. That decision was up to the force, and she would follow it as faithfully as she could. "My name is Ahron Rol," She answered in a distracted tone. "Where I come from, doesn't matter. I only care about where I am going," She added, as if to stave off any questions regarding her past.

Prazutis decided not to dive very far into the girl’s personal affairs. Just giving her name, she seemed to be on the defensive, there was no point in prying for trivial information that held no merit to where she would soon be.

Ms. Rol. It is a pleasure. My name... is Prazutis.

Not known to hardly anyone besides those who spoke the language... Prazutis. The word in the Sith language meaning “destruction.” A word that held no meaning to anyone in the galaxy aside from Prazutis himself and anyone who spoke Sith. However, if anything, the name only stacked on top of the unsettling darkness that Prazutis already held in his presence.

Once we board the ship, I ask you get comfortable. It is a few hours in hyperspace from coruscant to the inquisitorious citadel.

Prazutis saw the shuttle come into view, walking towards the powered boarding ramp. Now he only hoped the captain, an imperial pilot he had worked with before, was already in the ship, or at least nearby, ready to make an exit.

(OOC: Jom will be up to bat, and once he posts, we’ll continue in the order of Ahron, me, then Jom.)

Jom shifted uncomfortably in his seat. The inquisitor he was assisting had been gone for a while now. It was surprising, to say the least, that he had been called out to copilot the shuttle of a being as important as this. Etro had served with him before, and the inquisitor’s cunning had probably saved Jom’s life.
He checked the shuttle’s systems. Everything was in order. He made the final preparations for flight. So far, the waters had been calm, but Etro wasn’t going to take any chances.
There was a blip on a screen. There was movement being picked up on the scanners, and whoever it was approaching the shuttle. It could be Prazutis, but Jom was still going to take a cautious approach. He stood up and picked up his E-11, slapping in a fresh plasma round as he did so. Blaster ready for a worse case scenario, he walked to the ramp, keyed it, and watch as it slowly lowered. Though Jom was silent, he was hoping that the inquisitor didn’t race into view being pursued by an army of rebels. You never know what could happen on a mission like this.

Prazutis stepped onto the boarding ramp, stepping aside and letting the new recruit into the inquisitorious board first. Prazutis nodded at his pilot, giving the pilot a brief acknowledgement.
Etro. Set a course for the Inquisitorious citadel. The coordinates should be in the navicomputer already. I’ll join you momentarily.” Prazutis spoke before waving his hand behind him subtly, the loading ramp of the delta shuttle beginning the sequence of raising on its own as Prazutis unhooked his cloak, exposing the dark blue armor that bore the Imperial insignia on the shoulders and chest, along with his full helmet, now that it was out from the hood he wore.

Prazutis grabbed his black Inquisitorious cloak and replaced his black robes with this one, having a seat across from the girl.

If you would be comfortable with it, I would like you to take a moment to... acknowledge these feelings. In just a moment, we’ll be out of the atmosphere, away from the crowds. Your senses should be much clearer when we reach space.

Ahron followed along silently, her taloned feet clicking against the gangplank as she walked past Jom. He could see her muzzle and horns but everything else was hidden by her hood. Her hand up under her hood. Scratching. She winced. Someone hand dropped something on their hand in the cargo hold. Another was dealing with a shattered relationship. Another mourning a loved one. One was happy, something of their life improving greatly. These were just the people who popped out immediately, the rest a deafening murmur of garbled nonsense, strung together acting as a constant reminder.

She watched Prazutis remove his cloak, but not his armour, examining him passively from under her hood, the sound of her claws against worn quills, scales, and flesh, drifting through the air. Then she sat down, looking at the ground, nodding her head softly as Prazutis explained what it was they were going to do, and that they would be outside the range of the planet and all the many voices that had been harassing her with nothing to be done about it.

As they left the planet, her mind gradually started to clear, until she was left with only the very soft, delicate murmuring of the galaxy that she had grown used to sweeping to the side. There was no information in it. Simply a mental buzz. Like an insect buzzing around her head quietly. She couldn't stop it, so she merely learned to live with it. She let out a soft sigh, relaxing noticeably as they hit Hyperspace. Silence...

"There are no... Feelings..." Ahron said softly, distracted, unfocused. "Voices... No words are spoken, but there are voices, and I can hear the emotion in them. Screaming... Laughing... Crying... It used to just be people I looked at, and I found it helpful. I could speak with the right people, do the right things, and it made my life simple, but then I started to hear multiple people. And then more people. And then it was to the point I could hear everyone... So I ran and tried to get it all to go away... I eventually learned to make it... bearable..." She sighed, looking at her hands. "But it's still uncomfortable..."

As Prazutis stood at the boarding ramp and nodded in acknowledgement of Jom, his muscles relaxed relief. The mission had gone successfully. Etro gave a quick salute in return.

The dark inquisitor stepped aside, and Jom made what would have looked like a confused facial expression if it was not covered by his plastoid helmet. A robed figure walked up the ramp. It appeared to be some sort of female reptilian being. Jom thought to himself, worry starting to set in. “Who is this?” Although he didn’t question the actions of the man out loud. Besides, the mission wasn’t over yet.

Etro sat down at the controls, and keyed the ramp once more. As the engines flared to life, he checked the coordinates in the navicomputer. They were there, alright. The Delta shuttle took of the ground, and Jom carefully maneuvered away from the space port, evading careless flyers as they soared into the atmosphere of the bright city planet.

The planets gravity well was slightly larger than most, but the shuttle was clear in no time. As he keyed a few controls, Jom settled in for a long flight, watching as the stars stretched around him. He gazed out the viewport as the Delta shuttle soared through hyperspace.

Prazutis took a moment to examine the living force, feeling not only the connection forming between himself and this new individual, but also to the pilot, and to the planets around them. Resonating was the energy from all the living beings within. Honed, this range of senses could control the information going in and out, and prevent himself from being overwhelmed. However, the girl seemed to be overwhelmed just from the short range in which she felt. Perhaps it would be wise for her to focus on only identifying, acknowledging, and channeling away the extra information?

As the ship shot into hyperspace, Prazutis once again spoke.

I would like you to take a moment to meditate. Focus not on the living beings around you, but rather on the force itself. How does it flow, how does it connect each of us? Acknowledge these things, and acknowledge the force itself, and it’s connection to you. Once you do this, your training can truly begin.

Prazutis looked to her, setting his hands on his lap. Hopefully, this girl understood and could acknowledge the power within her. If she did, then she would prove to be a promising pupil for the inquisitorious. And if not, he would simply try to expand on this process. Either way... it was time to see how she went about this. He kept his senses up to observe her attempt, and let her begin.

Ahron was slow to look at Prazutis, narrowing her eyes slightly. She took a breath, closing her eyes and doing as he said. She was aware of the force. She knew it was there, and she technically knew how to use what she did know. The problem was it had snowballed out of her control. The more she used it, the easier it channelled, but the harder it became to stop. That was the problem. She felt a little annoyed, being taught as if she had no idea of the force and its connections.

But then that didn't matter.

If she made a comment, she would probably be given some line along the lines of "You must understand how to use it, before you can understand how to control it," and be told to do the exercise anyway. So as she let the breath out, she did what she always did to give herself a moment of relative peace to what she commonly experienced. She let it in. She stopped trying to fight it.

It hit her like a wall of water would after a dam collapsed, and she just let it. A simple thing. Letting it carry her and show her what it wanted her to see, flowing down the currents without trying to swim against them. Then a thought drifted through her mind.

A spider could float atop the water with no knowledge of what was held in its depths. A fish, however, was free to explore at will. So she took another slow breath, and as she let it out further allowed herself to relax, so she could sink into the current. What happened next, she didn't know how anything could prepare her for it.

At first, it felt good. Amazing, even. Peace of which she had never experienced. and then it took a sour turn and it felt like a white-hot spike had been driven into her head. The contrast between the two made her lose composure, reaching up and clutching her head with a high pitched, feral scream. It only got worse, as she tried everything in her power to cut it off. To stop what she had started, but at this point, she didn't know which way was up. She didn't know where the surface was to go back to floating safely upon it. She was bombarded with images, none of which made any coherent sense. Despite that, she knew they were atrocious. She could feel it deep down in her mind. She was trapped, with nothing to help her escape where she had wandered into, and was left to suffer.
