Zasabi's eyes remained level, steady, betraying none of the uncertainty he felt. The Jedi was telling the truth, or at least believed he was. Not quite the sound of gold that signified undeniable truth, but close enough. It seemed that regardless of what else the Jedi might be, he did actually intend to help his charge.
Which drew his attention to the matter of the young girl. Zasabi turned his hard eyes to her and felt them immediately soften as he realized the girl had been trying to subtly ask if it was safe to drink the water they'd been served. Letting a soft smile cross his lips, he took a draught from the cup in front of him and gave her a small nod.
"This choice is yours," he offered gently. "Do you want to go with him? Would you want me to accompany you as well? Don't let concerns about my safety or needs cloud your desire- just state what you want clearly and I'll make sure it happens."
