With code cylinder in hand, Buggie turned the corner to go down the main corridor, where he quite literally met a Galactic Alliance guard heading in the opposite direction.
All according to plan.
In the flash of an instant as their bodies collided, Buggie released his code cylinder. His hands were already up as if he had instinctively tried to brace himself against the impact of running into the guard. From that position, Buggie quickly swiped the code cylinder from the Rodian guard's pocket and clutched it safely within his own three-fingered palm. To complete the charade, Buggie fell back to the deck plating and emitted a groan. The Rodian, for his part, seemed a bit stunned, but quickly shook it off. A second hadn't passed before the Rodian, having realized he had felt a pull against his tunic, began to search for his missing cylinder. Fortunately, his bulbous eyes fell upon the mechanic's cylinder that Buggie had dropped.
To stop the Rodian from concentrating on what had just happened and potentially realizing that the code cylinder on the ground did not belong to him, Buggie poured the light side of the Force into his words as he said, "I am very clumsy."
"You are very clumsy," the Rodian muttered in his distinct manner of speaking.
"I should watch where I'm going," Buggie admitted, as he rose from the floor and dusted himself off.
"You should watch where you're going," the Rodian warned, as he picked up the code cylinder and placed it neatly back upon his tunic as if returning it to its home.
And with that, Buggie was on his way to the nearest map terminal. It was necessary for him to have exchanged the code cylinders yet again, as after he had used the cylinder that he had obtained from the mechanic, he was certain it would register in some databank. With heightened security already a factor upon his return to the supply depot, he needed to exercise as much caution as possible.
A security guard's code cylinder was the perfect solution. From what he had witnessed thus far, guards were swarming the supply depot. Additionally, it would not be out of the ordinary for one to be patrolling a section of the base deemed off-limits.
Finding a suitable terminal, Buggie entered his code cylinder and downloaded a copy of the depot's map. As expected, there was no obvious indication of where the Sith Infiltrator had been stored, but having some awareness of the depot's layout was invaluable. If he could detect the unique aura of darkside energy flowing from the ship, that would be all the additional information he would require. Now, the next step would be to find somewhere quiet to reach out with his awareness and try to hone in on the vessel's location.

Re: Robbing a Neighbor (GA Only)
The technique of Mental Translocation was one that Buggie had only utilized a handful of times since learning it, so delving into the Force to create the "out-of-body" experience felt unfamiliar. The sensation of leaving the body and traveling incorporeal was not only unfamiliar, it was uncomfortable. Buggie had to dedicate a fraction of his focus toward anchoring himself to his physical body, and the further he strayed through the corridors of the Alliance supply depot, the more that the thread linking his body to mind pulled. Buggie felt no pain at this moment, but the sensation was like that of a mental fish hook yanking at him as he traversed through the barriers on his way to the dark presence he had discovered.
The Force ebbed and flowed as it did throughout the galaxy within this sprawling depot, but there was one place where the dark side of the Force stood out like a neoplasm projecting from the skin. Buggie's trained senses picked up on it within moments of him falling into his meditative trance; the only matter now was getting there. It amazed him, even at the moment of his discovery, that the Force had guided his intuition this far. There were records within the Archives of Jedi that had survived Palpatine's Jedi Purge seeking out crystals to power their lightsabers from systems away, even if they were in the possession of one of Palpatine's feared Inquisitors. Visions, or some enhanced form of senses were surely at play, Buggie speculated, but then again, what was the beckoning draw to Ord Yndar that he had experienced when he had studied the map? Certainly, it was insight beyond his own control, and he doubted he could harness it again if he tried.
As Buggie passed through another door, he mentally noted each obstacle that he would need to pass. Of course, that effort further strained his mind and make the pull of the hook to his physical self all the more tenuous. Finally, Buggie realized, as he passed through the threshold, he was upon the Sith Infiltrator. The craft's long nose and ball-shaped aft were a familiar sight and Buggie had spent hours nursing he and Master Naomi Kilsar's wounds within its hold after the Jedi Council had nearly been destroyed at the hands of Darth Vesper and his own Sith Lords. Surveying the area, Buggie noted any security that might get in his way. Knowing his infiltration route, Buggie now intended to ret-
A refresher flushed and the smell of excrement wafted to his antennae.
Pyuh! Buggie gasped, his mind now rudely yanked back to his physical body, seated atop a refresher, where he had decided to hide away and conduct his exploration of the supply depot.

Re: Robbing a Neighbor (GA Only)
Once the unwelcome stranger within the refresher room had washed their hands and left, Buggie rose, exited the stall he had hidden himself in, and followed his senses toward where he had detected the Sith starship. Having picked up a toolkit along the way, Buggie lugged the tools at his side to further sell his disguise as a mechanic. No doubt there was camera surveillance along every corridor he passed, but a bit of focus ensured that he would never be seen, and if he had to stand before a door and insert his code cylinder, he would only appear to surveillance as the Rodian who he had acquired the cylinder from. It was a fatiguing experience, even for a Jedi Master, but Buggie had been trained by Master Godot, head of the Jedi intelligence network. If he couldn't get in and out of a Galactic Alliance facility, Buggie had failed somewhere in his training!
As Buggie turned the final corner and stepped up toward the blast door separating him from the Sith vessel, Buggie was confronted by two reptilian-like sentients, one of which immediately held out a hand and commanded him to stop and not take another step without providing identification.
Withdrawing his code cylinder, Buggie waved a hand before both guards and offered, "I'm here to service the vessel behind that blast door. It's being transferred."
Grabbing at the code cylinder, one of the guards commanded, unfazed, "Stop moving that code cylinder around and give it here."
Buggie now realized his error as the guard began to run the code cylinder through a datapad. These reptilian guards were Yinchorri, a species of green-skinned humanoids notorious for their resistance to certain Force abilities, including mind tricks. If his code cylinder was run, there would be no way for him to disguise himself through the Force to them and they would realize that he was not a Rodian, as his code cylinder would suggest.
Quickly reaching through the Force, Buggie attempted a more active means of dispatching the guards. Buggie could feel the life signs within each of the Yinchorri and he honed in on them. He could feel their hearts beating, their bodily functions driving their movement, their thoughts, their consciousness. Buggie certainly wasn't familiar with the Yinchorri physiology, but he only needed to subdue them for a few moments. As he surrounded the guards with the light side of the Force, he slowed their bodily processes, gently shutting down their bodies into a form of stasis that he could hold until he was clear.
The code cylinder, as well as the reader it was attached to fell from the Yinchorri's hand, and Buggie deftly scooped it out of the air. The heavy bodies of the reptilians hit the deck plating and remained motionless, completely inert until Buggie decided to release them from their morichro-induced state. Buggie proceeded past the guards and slapped the controls to the door. He could feel the mental toll that utilizing the Force this much had cost him. Climbing into a starship saturated with the dark side of the Force was a recipe for disaster, but he pressed forward all the same.
As the blast doors opened, the Sith Infiltrator rested upon a large elevator, ready to be moved up into a launch position. The tendrils of the dark side already had begun to probe Buggie's mind, tempting him with far-off adventures if only he would climb into the cockpit.

Re: Robbing a Neighbor (GA Only)
Another Ardan Za Corporation employee ungracefully hit the dirt, the Galactic Alliance security personnel immediately pinning her down and wrenching her arms back to place them into stun cuffs. Spitting out a mouthful of dirt, the Falleen female cursed and resisted, but almost as quickly as the thought to fight back crossed her mind, she was zapped with a stun rod and more pressure was placed upon her back to keep her from moving. The Ardan Za Corporation was a front for the Black Sun, and days ago one of their number had been identified and killed while attempting to infiltrate the Galactic Alliance's Ord Yndar supply depot. Yes, the Galactic Alliance had confined Ardan Za to quarters until their investigation was complete, but the Black Sun's influence ran deep, and a number of them had slipped through the net by bribing, coercing, and maneuvering their way around the depot's security. Somehow, though, the window of opportunity had slammed shut, and she now found herself a prisoner of the Galactic Alliance.
The Sith vessel that Ardan Za wished to steal from the complex had been located, and Ardan Za was mere hours away from obtaining access to the section of the depot where it was being held, but everything seemed to have taken a turn for the worse. She didn't know who slipped up, but a complete failure of this proportion would not be tolerated by the Black Sun Vigos. If she and her companions survived the Galactic Alliance prison they were no doubt bound for, they would be found, and they would be terminated, as was procedure for those under the employ of the syndicate.
As she was being yanked up to her feet, hands bound behind her back, the Galactic Alliance personnel steered her toward an armored hovercar, where several of her arrested associates had been placed after their apprehension. Just before she was thrown inside, though, the unmistakable sound of a freight elevator boomed through the stockyard. Rising above the crest of the platform was a ship few had ever seen, and even less had crossed to tell about, a Sith Infiltrator. Within a fraction of a second, she was no longer the biggest concern for the Galactic Alliance security personnel, instead, they threw her facedown onto the ground and assumed a position around the Sith vessel, blasters drawn. Shouting for whoever was inside to come out, their commands were soon drowned out by the whine of the vessel's engines. Blasterfire scored its hull now, but it was no matter. The ship rose up upon its repulsorlifts and, faster than one could blink, disappeared from sight, save for a rippling afterimage, as if one was looking through the meniscus of a cup of water. The defense turrets positioned around the supply depot moved to track the vessel, but found no sign of it, save for where it was before it had engaged its cloaking device. After a few moments of chaos, it seemed that the Galactic Alliance had lost all sign of the starship.
From where the Falleen lay on the ground, she began to cackle at the hapless security personnel. That mirth evolved into laughter, as she began to realize that somehow, she now had an outside shot at redemption. One of her associates had escaped with the Sith vessel after all! Once she had served her sentence in a Galactic Alliance penitentiary, perhaps she could still call in a few favors and return to the Black Sun, rather than inevitably meeting the business end of a blaster pistol.
What she hadn't accounted for, and what she or the Galactic Alliance couldn't have known at that moment, was that the ship had been stolen by a Jedi Master turned pirate and the laughter that reverberated through the hovercar where the Ardan Za thieves had been placed would turn to ash. They had been outmaneuvered by an agent of the Blue Star Pirates.

Re: Robbing a Neighbor (GA Only)
Several Days Later...
Buggie had turned over the Sith Infiltrator to the Blue Star Pirates, then turned in to rest. The flight had taxed him, and the dark side of the Force beat down upon him like waves in rough waters. The pressure was constant; the dark side beckoned him to leave the Blue Star Pirates behind. In the back of his mind, corrupted thoughts lingered about how the Blue Star Pirates only deemed him worthy of a light freighter. He could do so much more by leaving them behind and taking the fight to the Sith on Roche on his own. Buggie did not rest easy on his return flight due to these thoughts becoming more prevalent when he was idle. The lack of rest then wore on him, as his body began to wear down from fatigue. Meditation was his only respite from the pressures of the dark side, and those moments of inner peace allowed him to combat the contamination that Darth Vesper had left behind on his ship.
Ultimately, Buggie did not indulge the temptations he encountered, but he was left completely drained from the experience. Perhaps he could have defeated the aura of dark side energy that the ship possessed, similar to how he removed the corruption of the dark side from so many Force nexuses before, but doing so would have pushed him to his extreme limits, and that vulnerability was not something that Buggie was willing to open himself to. As he lay in his quarters within a secure Blue Star Pirate facility, the holoprojector console began to blink, indicating that a transmission was coming through. Buggie groaned from the effort of swinging his legs around to the side of the bunk and leaned forward, engaging the device.
A massive, scarred Houk with a cybernetic eye appeared and ordered him to await a transmission from Admiral Paneg Liszt. That certainly caught Buggie's attention, and he practically jumped from the bed to stand straight before the transmission transferred over.
What greeted him was not an stuffy Imzig or a greying Human, but a Nautolan with a mouth full of silver and a heavy accent, "Ye've made a splash, boy, stealin' from the 'lliance as ye have. B-Wings, cloaked ships, and the like. I'm almost impressed."
Buggie bowed and thanked the Admiral for the praise, though corrected that the B-Wings were technically under control of the Sith at the time.
"Ye're too uptight, but ye'll learn some, I think," the admiral scoffed, "Tell me, who brought ye into the fold? Mertaal? Pah, that karker! I s'pose he's already got ye in Besh Fleet? Enticed ye with some lady bugs and told ye he'd give ye command of yer own ship in a rotation 'er two?"
Buggie denied that, saying that he had been assigned to serve as first mate aboard one of the many raid groups' light freighters.
The Nautolan threw his head back and let out a series of barking laughs, "Load of spast that is! To hell with that, yer in Dora Fleet now, boy! Bring that pretty Sith ship, I got the Dagger ready for yer command, effective te'day. Had te kill the last cap'n, the karker. Owed me creds, too."
Buggie remained silent at that nonchalant admission, but the Nautolan carried on regardless, "Look forwerd to seein' ye and learnin' what else ye got cookin' in that green brain of yers. Think it's green anyways; been a while since I killed a Verpin'..."
With that, the transmission ended and Buggie was left in the darkness of his room once more. Letting out a breath, Buggie sunk back into his bunk and processed his new orders. He'd been assigned a command, and he was certain that a face-to-face meeting with the Admiral was in his future. He had gotten what he wanted, ultimately, but he wasn't confident he'd be able to mesh with the Nautolan admiral, what with his loud and flamboyant, and not to mention dangerous, personality.

Re: Robbing a Neighbor (GA Only)
***Sector: Parmic, Location: Spice Terminus (P-18)***
***Keldabe-class Battleship The Accord***
The rest of Dora Fleet surrounded the Admiral's flagship hundreds of kilometers away from the space station known as Spice Terminus. Upon reversion to realspace, the Sith Interceptor was almost immediately surrounded by a flight of StarViper-class attack platforms, which guided Buggie in toward The Accord. The large, winged flagship of Dora Fleet possessed a fist-like prow and thick armor plating that gave way to thin strips of diamond light. Along the way, Buggie's sensors picked up on a fast frigate keeping pace with the Sith starship, no doubt running a battery of scans on the unfamiliar vessel.
Several minutes later, the Sith Infiltrator had been guided into The Accord's hangar bay, and Buggie was walking down the ramp, dressed in standard issue blue coveralls. The party that came to receive Buggie were dressed in considerably different gear. An absolutely massive Houk approached, wearing black boarding armor with red trim. The sentient's eye had been lost somewhere along the way, and had been replaced with a glowing blue cybernetic. His men, flanked on either side of him, wore the same boarding armor, except it was solid blue, and they had personalized it with various trophies-- Yevethan skulls, assorted stormtrooper armor pieces, and bangles of razor-sharp looking fangs.
Though Buggie wouldn't know it until much later, the Houk was the Marauder Commander of The Accord, a vessel well known for daring boarding actions, and his name was Barhg Raskh. He gestured for Buggie to follow and turned, marching off at speed. His troops made way for him and took their places at Buggie's side, escorting him through the ship on a route to the Admiral.

Re: Robbing a Neighbor (GA Only)
Buggie was marched before a blast door and was made to wait as the Houk stomped noisily over to the door's control panel and entered the proper access codes. After the necessary codes had been received, the blast door began to open at a crawling pace, and the towering Houk Marauder chuckled, clapped Buggie hard on the shoulder with a wish of good luck, and departed with his men in tow.
The other side of the threshold was dimly illuminated with some sort of violet filtered lighting system, and as Buggie crossed over into the room, he nearly collapsed as an invisible weight pressed down upon him unexpectedly. Steadying himself, Buggie realized it was almost as if the gravity in the room were many times greater than in the rest of the ship. He cautiously looked about the room, noticing a wide pool at the far end and an unfamiliar device with all manner of wiring and machinery attached to the ceiling.
The sound of parting waters caught Buggie's attention, and up from beneath the surface came Admiral Paneg Liszt, a metallic grin on his face once he recognized his visitor.
"There he is!" Liszt bellowed, as he pulled himself up toward the edge of the pool, "Don't s'pose yer much fer swimmin', boy? No? Didn't think it, 'specially not at this gravity level."
The Admiral grabbed a remote control sitting at the edge of the pool and clicked it at the device on the ceiling a few times. Immediately, Buggie felt the relief of the gravity level easing off of his body as the room's gravity level returned to normal. The Admiral then rose from the pool, naked as the day he was born. Buggie averted his eyes as the Nautolan proceeded to wrap his imposing physique in a towel.
"Had R&D modify me an internal compensator into a gravity booster," the Nautolan explained, gesturing at the device on the ceiling, "Ye don't get as tough as me swimmin' in standard grav, that's fer sure. Surprised the added pressure didn't snap ye like a twig, ye slim munk!"
Buggie looked down at himself briefly, and Liszt let out a hearty laugh, "The silent type, eh? Not much to say? That'll change in time. I got a hold of Mertaal while ye were on ye're way. Told me all I needed to know about ye. I'd keep me trap shut about that Force business. Ye'll make a fair few enemies if folks believe ye're probin' their minds."
Stepping over to the nearest viewport, the Nautolan admiral pointed to a ship in the distance, "There's the Dagger. Take 'er out to one of our research facilities until ye get yer feet wet. Mind yer budgets and keep yer comm open in case I need ye fer somethin' else. Dismissed, Cap'n."
The promotion was assumed once mention of the Dagger came up in their prior conversation, but Buggie couldn't help but feel satisfied that his work was being appreciated. He departed the Admiral's flagship and made for his own corvette. Though Liszt was certainly flamboyant, being in his favor was useful, and Buggie planned to build that relationship.
