Colt parted ways, briefly, with the Black Star Systems bossman... part of him even more curious as to why these people were here... and another part wondering if Black Star could be a derivative of Black Sun... if that was the case, then, perhaps he'd find his answers here. But only time would tell what he found. He uncovered his Skipray Blastboat, and was soon in the air, the ship moving with a grace and subtlety only a pilot who had spent most of his adult life in a cockpit of some sort, with the Force to guide them, could manage. He soon pulled into the docking bay once clearance was given, shutting down all systems.
He sat there for several moments, reaching out further through the Force, letting his mind wander about the ship, the layout he knew, he'd been on a few transports like this one. But he was trying to get a feel for a count of people within the vessel. In case things went south, as they so often did. He'd finally stand, and reach up to remove his helmet to reveal his scarred visage. Black hair ran down to his shoulders, one silver grey eye remained untouched, while the other, bisected by a scar that ran from the top of his ear to the bridge of his nose, glowed an angry red.
The scar that ran from the opposite corner of his mouth to the bottom of his earlobe was much older. He clipped his helmet to his belt, and then, with a sigh, descended the ramp to meet his escorts while on board the Black Sun. Still standing in his golden armor, he had come a long way from a drifter/hermit on the swamp world of Dagobah, to the man who had invaded a secured weapons platform, distracting forces enough to allow others to escape... this final version of himself was forged on that Golan station. He looked tired, weary, and more than ready for a fight if one happened his way.

Re: Seneschal
Ryder waited for his Mandalorian guest to touch down and exit his vessel. Meanwhile his crew was setting up the conference room just off the hanger floor. A set of refreshments were brought, in as well as a meat and cheese tray and some crackers.
The Skipray landed in the open spot of the hanger and it’s boarding ramp lowered. Ryder’s eyes widened as he watched the golden clad Mando step out. His face scarred and aged but Ryder could still see the features of his old friend, Colt Hunter. A mix of feelings flooded over the businessman, in one hand the Mando was an old friend but on the other Ryder recognized the part Colt played in bringing Ryder’s past life to an end. He thought he’d moved on, after over a year in that Hutt prison Ryder had accepted everything fell on the fact he’d put himself into the position to fall.
These thoughts raced through his mind but before Colt reached him he wiped his face of his inner turmoil and allowed the million credit smile to return. While Colt had known Corran well, Ryder had gone through facial reconstruction to forever hide that face and allow Corran to remain dead on Tatooine.
“Welcome aboard the Black Star,” Ryder greeted. “My men have set up the a conference room for us to talk in. This way.” He gestured for his guest to follow him.
A short walk across the hanger floor and they arrived in the room Ryder had spoken of. It was simple with a large oval table in the center surrounded by several chairs. A holo screen took up the far wall, currently it displayed an image of a beautiful beach on a crystal lake of Osarian. On the table sat the refreshments and snacks for them to eat at their leisure.
“Please, take a seat and help yourself to a drink, you seem tired.” Ryder spoke as the door closed behind them, leaving the two alone except for a crimson protocol droid that stood by a second door into the room. Ryder took a seat at the opposite end of the table from the holo image, and grabbed himself a Gizer Ale.

Re: Seneschal
Colt emerged, and paused as he felt a twist of emotion from Ryder, but whatever it was, it was quashed before he even noticed it. He bowed his head slightly toward the man, offering him a weary smile of his own.
"Thank you, I appreciate it, to be honest I wasn't expecting to see a friendly face so far from the Core," he mused, moving to walk with him, his hands behind his back, Ryder would also notice that, since the last time he'd seen Colt, he now had a pronounced limp. He had taken quite a bit of damage since the Golan III station. Though to be fair, he had also offered to punch Corran to make it look like he had tried to apprehend him. He examined the interior of the Action V ship, he never did feel very safe on one, not without a full fleet inside. They had no weapons to speak of. His eyes took in the conference room, and a soft growl of his stomach made him realize it had been quite some time since he'd eaten anything.
"It's been three years since she's been taken now..." he confessed, "I've been searching... and haven't been getting the most sleep, I confess," he offered him, moving to pick up some odd, round object... it smelled good enough.... he popped it into his mouth. "I'll rest once she's been returned to me," he added, "And I know, you think the Sith may have already destroyed her, or worse... but I'd know, I'd feel it... no, she was in battle with... well, with a horrific dark entity, I suppose I can say... she lost, but in the process, she turned fully from the Dark, and I had felt that," he told him. Though he finally did take a seat, his shoulders slumping. He was proud of Adara... but he needed to get her back. Thus the amassing of his resources, over the past three years, yet again.
"But enough about what I must do for her and myself, what is it I can do for you, Mister Ryder?" he asked him, his eyes fixating on his, the red one was a new thing too... he had lost his eye... it whirred softly, glowing brightly in the socket, the silver grey orb beside it seemed to be searching deeper with his curiosity.

Re: Seneschal
The business man listened as Colt spoke of his lost companion and how he knew she was alive. Ryder couldn’t help but wonder if it was that young Imperial Knight he’d been with on that fateful day years ago. The subject changed as the Mandalorian asked Ryder what he could do for him.
“Honestly my needs are simple enough, clan leader,” Ryder replied as he lowered his drink. “I would like to expand my enterprise into Mandalorian space and you being a leader among the clans I’d like to win your support to do that.”
Ryder’s looked his old friends face over. It was a bit saddening to see how the years had treated the old hermit, tho they hadn’t been kind to Ryder either.
“Of course I wouldn’t expect you to just openly support me without merit,” the business man continued. “Allow me to assist you in your search for the woman taken from you, I have a vast array of resources, contacts across the galaxy and am a public enemy of the Sith.”
Ryder’s grey eyes held Colts gaze, he couldn’t help but wonder if he should reveal his identity to Colt. He’d spent the last year cementing Corran’s death and making his life as Ryder and every person who learned the truth became a risk for him. For now he’d hold back and see if he could build a new friendship with the Mandalorian as Ryder.

Re: Seneschal
Colt studied the man for several minutes, his fingers drumming on the table as he listened to his words. Colt merely smirked after a bit, then bowed his head.
"I see... Tell me, Mister Ryder, were does your business mostly lay? The Alliance? The Empire? Anything illicit?" he held up a hand, "Knowing full well that my own people have gotten involved in that sort of thing before... What sort of business would you like to conduct with the Mandalorians? What do you offer them, not me?" he asked.
"And what do you know about us?" he asked, "That we're warriors, surely, you've heard of the Civil War we only just ended no more than three years ago..." he paused, that was around the time he lost Adara. The sacrifices he made. How many failures had he endured? How many others suffered because of his grand schemes to achieve peace?
"You already have my attention, but getting the attention of the other clans will take some doing, and even then, you may run into staunch opposition, many dislike outsiders, though I do have a tendency to keep plenty on Jakelia... if you'd like, you'd be welcome to see our operations there," he stated. The refugee camp would probably be the best start, and if he talked to Jay, seeing how the BSP had a small underground there as well, they'd most likely leave the Black Stars alone, so long as they don't cheat anyone. He'd study this man, reaching out in the Force, to get a feel of intent.. something... was he motivated by money? Power? Was there something more altruistic? He needed to know before he agreed. Could he trade one devil for another?
