Silent Night (Prazutis)

Post by Jacobi Wylcott » Mon May 20, 2024 5:49 am

---OUTER RIM - U-12
---ALBANIN SECTOR
---THASSALIA

Tormentous sat in the seat of his Sith Infiltrator, engines powered and pulling ahead of the dual formation of two dozen ATR-6 Transports - all filled to the brim with a variety of Sith War Droids. With each ATR-6 capable of transporting 40 troops, the potential here was considerable. Far behind this formation sat one of the Sith’s Lictor Dungeon Ships within the protection of a static nebulae. It was not the most perfect cover but unless it was physically being sought out then it was unlikely to ever be spotted at all since its systems were powered down low for silent running.

In secrecy the vessel had come to this location for the transportation of a potential fresh crop of slave labor. The Sith Order was not the size and scale of the Galactic Empire or the Galactic Alliance and typically had the notion to not brings its own subjects within its own borders to the chain and the whip. But that also meant the workforce was not as readily available and even less expendable. The civilians of the Alliance and the Empire though - those were ripe for the picking and should their lives be spent in the mines of the Sith War Machine or the Munitions Factories then so be it.

But that also meant the need for constant raids among the large fat bodied factions of the galaxy. This day - or rather - night, would be one of those events.

With a vast network of Sith Spies operating in the shadows of every nook and cranny, the next viable target through the intelligence community was that of the planet Thassalia, far flung into the Outer Rim of the Empire. Oddly enough this information had come easily enough and while Tormentous was a paranoid being, the risk was worth the reward. During these raids the Sith would forgo the bulk and strength of their forces in exchange for expendable droids to round up the slaves. Once loaded the transports that brought the droids in would be used for slave capacity - leaving the droids operation to change from rounding up ‘product’ to engaging whatever response teams were sent in.

This operation though, the Sith Spies had reported no significant Imperial Standing. Which basically meant aside from local security teams which would be hard pressed to even try to counter battle droids, opposition would be minimal. A mission bearing fruit with little expenditure. The Sith wasted no time in activating this mission.

Approaching then, the jump point. The single Infiltrator carrying Tormentous himself and the twenty-four ATR-6 would make the short jump into Thassalia proper where they would enact their raid. Stealing away as many working age civilians as possible and getting away squeaky clean.

Making his final checks, the Dark One felt something nibbling at his senses. His paranoia nagged him - this mission was not what it seemed. Disregarding the danger in the back of his mind a final time he triggered the jump sequence and the entire formation made their jump into hyperspace. They would soon arrive over the orb of Thessalia and upon arrival they would engage in their malicious duty once more.

Thassalia

“My intel is never wrong! I tell you this planet is their next target, you would do well to trust me,” spoke an imperial captain to one of his subordinates.

The crew of the INT Jackknife stood at the bridge as the ship soared through hyperspace. Colonel Nash stood at the front of the group, watching the hues of blue swirl around the ship.

The plan to stop the Sith attacks on civilian targets in the Empire was brought to the table by the Colonel, but it was only thanks to the Empire’s spy network, intelligence gathering and some expert investigative work by the teams pulled together a pattern of alternating attacks by the Sith to kidnap civilians from both Imperial and Alliance worlds near their territory.

That pattern had led the team to Thassalia, calculating their strike would occur on the dark side of the planet.

This was where the ship was headed now, hoping they would make their approach just behind the transports and prevent them from jumping to hyperspace and escape. This ship was the only one coming to orbit the planet, but it wasn’t the main defense plan.

That would be the ground forces hidden in a secret listening post set up by the Empire a few days before the calculated time of the Sith’s strike.

“Nothing yet, sir,” said a lieutenant, staring at a screen watching for vessels exiting hyperspace.

Prazutis stood near the back of the room, arms crossed as the crew around him searched for signs that the Sith were approaching. They had to follow their path towards the surface to know where to move the bulk of the force to, and Prazutis took the opportunity to feel the force around him. The force seemed to corrupt slightly, shuddering and darkening the energy around Prazutis even more than usual.

Seems they’re getting close, Prazutis thought, looking towards the exit.

Whoever this force user is with them must be extremely strong.

Prazutis dipped his head a bit, feeling a bit of a familiarity with the energy. Was it just because it was a dark energy and it flowed better with Prazutis’ spirit?

Prazutis didn’t know, but as the crew at the listening post began murmuring about something concerning, Prazutis supposed he’d find out soon enough.

Breaking out of hyperspace unto the brilliance of a world from the darkness of space. Such a simple thing taken for granted. Such was the case with peace of mind, and silence. Things that the rank and file of the citizenry of all nations took for granted. They all assumed their own solidified safety was a guaranteed issue. Given just for flying a nation’s banner overhead. Such things were a precarious lie perpetrated by the Moffs of the Empire and the Governors of the Alliance. All lies to conveniently harness the resources of the many into the tax coffers of the few. Naturally this lie to the cattle was of no consequence. Tormentous has no sense of justification to the pathetic whelps nor the rightness of the wrong. But he was interested in the lie itself. Peace and quiet. Silence. He was about to remind everyone why even safely tucked away in their houses - no one was safe.

Forming up behind him a quick preliminary scan showed no contacts on the scopes. So far so good. Their intelligence was right - no Imperial contacts. It was about to be a bad night for the people of Thassalia. Specifically for those of the major trade hub of Ward’s Hope located deep in the southern hemisphere and nestled quietly upon the current dark side of the planet. Ward’s Hope would be plentiful in the target population around the suburbs which lay between the main starport of the city and the farming communities even further south. These suburbs would maintain a large amount of strong backed and healthy beings - perfect for the slave industry of the Red Cauldron.

Constantly monitoring the local communications, Tormentous was on the look out for basic unencrypted comms going in and out. These communications would be the first indication that their approach was spotted by the locals. So far though, Ward’s Hope was sleeping soundly.

A holopgrahpic display came up and Tormentous confirmed the landing zone and therefore the secure cordon that the Sith would establish for this operation would be to the rear of a school yard where sports and the like took place. The wide open fields would be an effective position to hold while the Sith War Droids did their deed. Any encroachment could be spotted fairly easily and countered. In truth it would not take much to turn this operation upside down - it relied much on the speed of action and the secure landing zone.

Confirming the location the formation dropped into the high atmosphere of Thassalia and banked towards the twinkling lights of Ward’s Hope. Tormentous sat back in his pilot’s seat then and took stock. He had been so focused on organizing and operating this mission that he had failed to open his senses. Knowing though that there was little time to contemplate on what was going on around him he only took a brief moment to look on the sea of stars that was the Force.

An endless current in an ever rotating ocean of power. It pained him to tap into this pool but what he saw on the horizon was something that stole away his discomfort. He could see and feel a familiar presence not far distant. ‘There are no coincidences.’ he hissed to himself.

Too late to turn back now, Tormentous glared into the distant stars wondering truly how much time he had here before the entire operation was foiled. Unwilling to sit and brood he decided to take action. Hitting the throttle and increasing his pace he took his Infiltrator down into the upper blues of Thassalia and down into the high riding cloud cover. Time was a luxury that no one would have tonight so it seemed.

“Sir, we’re pulling out of hyperspace. Thalassia approaching in three… two…”

The Interdictor ripped itself out of hyperspace, appearing on the dark side of Thalassia.

It approached the planet at the Colonel’s command, scans showing the only ships in the area near the southern hemisphere and headed towards the planet. With most of the space traffic either passing the planet by or heading to the side of daytime, it didn’t take long for the interdictor to hone in on the targets.

“Keep in orbit near Ward’s Hope and engage the gravity wells,” Colonel Nash commanded, and at his words, the ship moved towards the city, engaging the two large gravity wells on its hull.

Immediately, a small cruiser was pulled from hyperspace behind them, though the ship gave it no heed. It was likely a ship caught in the gravity well by mistake while travelling past the planet. A moment later, this was proven correct as the cruiser turned and engaged its main thrusters to create distance between it and the Jackknife.

The interdictor moved to settle above Ward’s Hope, its weapons ready in case it needs to begin firing on escaping transports.

—————
On the surface…

“Sir, we have movement,” said a Lieutenant.

Prazutis was thinking over the presence he felt as the officers conversed, agreeing that the formation of transports that entered the atmosphere was the Sith droids they were looking for.

“Sir, one of the ships changed course, it’s moving away from formation,” another Lieutenant said, a younger man with blonde hair tucked into his hat.

Prazutis raised his helmet, feeling the presence more clearly as it entered the atmosphere and moved away from the formation.

It can’t be…” Prazutis whispered, realizing the last time he had sensed this presence. First hand, it had been the beach where he and Kenobi had been, trying to save that “Ikari” girl…

From Jacobi Wyllcott.

I’m going after that transport. It’s the force user,” Prazutis said, not bothering to let anyone else know exactly who was in the ship. This would be a task for him to do alone, or perhaps with Nimbus squad if Tormentous had backup as well.

No. Tormentous had his strange sense of honor, if nothing else. If Prazutis came to face him alone, he wouldn’t let the droids stand between them.

Have the Interdictor send bombers to attack the transports as soon as they land. I’m taking a speeder and going after that ship. Keep in contact with me to make sure I keep track of it.

With that, Prazutis stepped towards the exit of the listening post, and the rest of the officers prepared their squadrons to move out and intercept the transports as they released their occupants.

How long has it been, Tormentous? Prazutis thought, mounting a speeder and ensuring his communicator with the listening post was up and they could guide him to the ship.

---DROID RAIDERS

The formation of ATR-6s swept down and low over the heavily populated suburbs. They skimmed the rooftops and broke down their flight paths to open their doors. War Droids of the Sith Order leapt from their bays and dropped hard to the ground though unlike organic troops the impacts never even phased them. Immediately under their programmed mission parameters they organized into small raider teams of four or so and began crashing through doorways of the residencies.

Having flown low the transports had surely woken many people which made their cataloging all the more easy by the droids. Several instances of home security occurred. Mothers and fathers drew blasters down on their intruders. Droids died and people perished in the exchanges but ultimately the reactions were short lived and isolated.

Without compassion for the people they had aroused from their slumber the droids marched their way into these domains, targeted any being with their ages ranging from 14-55, and either fired on them with stun rounds or seized them by other means. Some ran, some escaped, some were gunned down as well. Children younger than this age were ignored. Aged further than that were also ignored unless they attempted to intervene in which they were fired upon. The parameters were set. Seize the targets and extract. Which was another reason droids were perfect for this mission as organics and especially the Massassii would have slaughtered wholesale those that were not selected. It would have wasted time and right now speed was the key.

With the droid troops being deployed, the empty ATR-6 took back off and made for the school yard where they landed, awaiting the call to pickup their captured cargoes. Pickup zones would obviously be intersections and wider areas where the transports could set down and receive their due.

Although things for the Sith seemed to be going well - scanners pinged and alerts began to sound amongst the formation. Incoming fighters. The droid raiders were programmed but the crews of the transports were organic and could think for themselves. Gunner climbed into their turrets then - the ATR-6 was equipped with enough shielding and weaponry that they could fend off fighters. But they weren’t expecting TIE Bombers - Bombers had the warheads to cripple if not outright destroy an ATR-6.

Not in range yet, the ATR-6s had a minute to prepare for the incoming assault. Shields were raised and turrets primed. This silent night sky was about to get very hot.

---

Tormentous’ Infiltrator had broken off from the main group early and flew towards the suburb square. It was a large area with a nice tiered fountain and largely illuminated. Without landing the Dark One departed his ship and dropped to the ground. The Infiltrator eased away under the command of a pilot AI and engaged its stealth systems. Two hulking Sith Warbots of the ancient and very effective design flanked him.

Looking up to the night sky the Lord of the Sith did not regard his two minions though he spoke to them. “Do not interfere. You will keep this square clear. I do not care who it is. Friend or foe. If it sets foot here then I want it dead.” He looked down level again and turned towards the presence he knew to be approaching at high speed.

“This one is mine.”

Standing there in the cool of the night air whilst the two ancient War Bots moved away to make distance for the duel to come, Tormentous awaited his foe. This meeting had been a long time coming. Since that day on the beaches of Tibrin the Dark One had wanted to track Prazutis down and kill him for his interference. Now he would have his chance. Nothing would distract them this time.

Tormentous cut a solid figure in his Sith Eradicator Armor, spiked knuckles and half mask, covered broadly by a heavy cape drapped over both shoulders and finally with a deep hood that hid his facial features well - not so much as to conceal who he was as to play with the theatrics of fear - a powerful emotion. Through his hood stared out into the night his white right eye - blind and dead while his left glowed a venomous yellow from the hood’s cast shadow.

On the distant wind he finally could hear the engine whine of the speeder approaching. With his right hand he reached above his shoulder and grasped the hilt of the Jidai Maras. Soon as he touched and gripped that old leather bound haft did the Dark Side of the Force ignite with intensive glee of the battle to come. Bringing it around and to his side he then awaited the last final moments with a reply to his old friend. Not long enough.

From the Interdictor, an array of 15 TIE bombers deployed, with an escort of 10 interceptors. It seemed a bit much for six ships, but knowing the fragility of the interceptors and the vulnerability of the bombers without proper escort meant the Imperials made sure their strength, as it had always been, would be in their numbers.

“They’re engaging evasive maneuvers, watch their reversible turrets! Interceptors, draw their fire!” Said the leader of the bomber squadron as they made their approach, letting the interceptors zip past them and circle around the transports.

Meanwhile, on the ground, the troopers moved out towards the suburb areas that the droids attacked, a legion of speeders protecting a few transports that would hold the bulk of the soldiers moving to stop the kidnappings.

“This would be easier with some armor. AT-ST’s would tear those droids down like nothing!” One trooper on the speeder said into his comm.

“Negative, it’d be too slow. They’d be in and out before that thing could get from the listening post to their target,” one of his companions replied, to which he gave a shrug and kicked the speeder into a higher gear.

It was only moments before troopers were scrambling out of transports and off speeders, toting their blaster rifles as they charged towards the droids.

————————

Prazutis felt Tormentous’ presence growing near, seeing the darkness in the force around him. It was similar to that which dwelled in Prazutis himself, but… it was different, somehow. Prazutis used the Dark Side as a tool, as a weapon… Tormentous served it, rather than making it serve him. That was how Prazutis saw it, at least.

The agent of the Empire kicked the speeder into the highest gear it could reach, soaring at top speed towards the square that the infiltrator had left.

And standing in the middle, pulling out a blade, still a fair distance away, was Tormentous. Jacobi Wylcott.

Prazutis drew the hilt of his lightsaber from his belt, holding it out to the side and igniting the deep crimson blade.

If I can strike fast enough…

Prazutis got up and stood on the seat of the speeder, letting it cruise forward, still running near top speed as he approached the square.

The speeder kept moving…

Prazutis stepped forward onto the front of the vehicle.

The speeder soared towards the square.

Prazutis crouched down.

And with a single use of the force, putting almost everything he had into motion, Prazutis jumped directly towards Tormentous.

The front of the speeder crumpled into a mangled ball of metal as Prazutis, both with his jump and the momentum from the speeder ride, rocketed towards the Sith with tremendous speed.

Prazutis reached Tormentous in a blink of an eye, and with his blade in both hands, Prazutis brought as much Dark Side energy as he could muster into his first lunge of his blade.

Knowing he had no organs to rupture, no bones to break, and a helmet laid with spikes, Prazutis hoped that even if this attack was blocked, that the mere force behind him would crush Tormentous. He had nothing to lose, considering his lack of a physical body.

Then, mere feet before Prazutis collided with Tormentous, he drove his blade forward.

---DROID RAIDERS

Harvesting people. It was a grisly business. The screams of the chaff wailed into the night followed close by the sporadic patter of blaster fire. Just as the first team of raiders obtained their crop they signaled for pickup and their respective ATR-6 arrived at an adjacent intersection where their prisoners were shoved into the hold. This, taking a few minutes, made the ship a vulnerable target yet the intercepting units of the Imperial Starfighter Corps had yet to make their arrival. Once bidden unto the vessel of their imprisonment the ATR-6 lifted back off the intersection’s pavement and cruised back to the holding area.

The droid raider team, having fulfilled their primary mission, equipped their blaster rifles and activated combat programming just in time to receive in kind the very first batch of their retaliation. Imperial speeders were beginning to arrive and the droids crouched low during the opening salvo though the zeal of the Empire trained its troops well. They delivered a punishing volley to the droids in the opener, punching some clean off their feet. The surviving droids of this first team leveled their blasters and punched right back and so at this intersection - roughly a mile and one quarter away from the school yard and further from the square in which two titans sought each others heads - the firefight began in earnest.

All across the suburbs in a wide and spread out manner the droids were continually capturing Imperial Citizens and for those Imperial Troops that arrived to heroically rescue their wards - the fights broke out in savage measure. It was hard to say but so it appeared that about four square miles of suburbs were under heavy invasion and running firefights.

---

The Lord of Torment viewed the incoming foe with a venom he shared for only a few combatants yet still among the living in this galaxy. Prazutis was becoming more than a simple thorn in his side but more of a nemesis that he could count on to show up and the worst of times. Worse than a Jedi even for Prazutis’ Dark Side affinity made him more difficult to pick out while by comparison a Jedi Knight was a beacon unto the dark. Prazutis was another creature entirely and he drew parallels of himself within his foe - and he loathed him all the more for it.

He could feel emotion rippling on the wind - the fear and horror of the citizenry filling the suburbs with a cloud of dread. Tormentous reveled in the impassioned cries of the innocent. Their energies uplifting themselves unto the Dark Side of the Force where the Dark One began to feed off of their pain and their suffering and especially - their torment. Their individual cries were a song to his chaotic energy field and his radiance within the Force grew as he fed on the Dark Side. Even Prazutis - who delivered the emotion of confidence and the feeling of discipline - contributed to Tormentous’ strength.

Such power, he felt as if with a snap of his fingers he could issue annihilation to this entire city. A psychotic grin appeared beneath his mask - he could if he so much as chose to do so on a whim. Everything on the horizon. Such was his belief. Such was the given energies of those all around him. They would be their own undoing.

For all of this - the matter at hand was the sentient projectile coming straight for him.

Darth Tormentous was one of the most powerful beings of his age. His speed was likewise. For his body was fit to the peak of human physical capability, his reactions were pristine and he could - at a thought - augment his speed through the Force and he had proven many a time to be that of a Tier One Echani Battlemaster’s speed, agility and quickness. For such a massive figure. He was an incredible specimen.

Such inhuman ability was yet no satisfying match versus a speeder bike on full throttle combined with an aimed and projected leaping strike of such speed and precision it would make a sharpshooter cry. In a blaze of fury and unholy speed, Prazutis came at him.

Tormentous could not outdo his foe, instead he needed to react. A simple sidestep was counter enough for a lunge. But at this rate the sidestep maneuver would be too slow.

Powering a tribute of the massive portions of gathered energy to him he leapt backwards with enough force to crack the ground beneath him while simultaneously closing his fist towards his enemy. At the point where he had leapt from the night air cooled and rapidly responded to Tormentous’ will. A trio of spikes arose from the swift compression of moisture in the air around them and they were aimed right at the rapidly approaching Prazutis. Granted, without but a moment of time to collect - the icicles were not fully formed nor solidified. Yet even a need from a pine could penetrate in significance with enough force behind it as nature itself would make example of during hurricanes and tornadoes.

Despite his swift evasion and counter, there was still much to deal with and since he had focused so much attention to Prazutis even the Dark One could not avoid the second notion of the Imperial’s attack. That crumpled ball of metal that was once Prazutis’ speeder could not be immediately stopped by just nosing downwards into the concrete. Its momentum was far too great and by now the fuel had ignited.

Steel shrapnel and burning fuel cascaded over Prazutis and Tormentous both. But in bulk the body - or what was left of it - hurtled into the Dark Lord. He twisted in midair, unable to evade whilst airborne, such a twist would not at all deflect but rather would mitigate the impact. Slamming readily into his left side the flaming ball of steel nearly exploded on impact and the concussive force shot the Sith away and down. He hit hard on the concrete below while the ball of speeder spiraled away. Tormentous rolled several meters from the blow alone but the damage was done.

For a brief moment he lie there looking at the stars, shaken from such a blow. His left side in entirety felt numb and he could not tell yet as to the damage presented him.

“Get up!” He hissed to himself. “Get - UP!”

With his robers alight he really didnt have the time to not get back up.

Prazutis watched the entire scene unfold, seeing through the eye glass of his helmet.

The speeder igniting and following him.

The shards of ice that were barely forming in front of him.

Tormentous, slamming into him.

Prazutis watched both the Sith blade of Tormentous and his own lightsaber falter from their grips and become lost within the wreckage.

Prazutis watched the ignition of the fuel among them, burning his imperial cape as well as Tormentous’ cowl.

And by the end of it, Prazutis was a heap of armor laying on the ground, his cape blazing with fire and small punctures in his armor’s chest and stomach trailing black smoke.

Red embers from the fire on his cape danced with green embers from the smoke within him that trailed away.

Prazutis took a glance at Tormentous, his helmet shifting to see the Sith laid out on the ground. He was struggling with himself, trying to force himself to stand.

It was foolish to even hope that something like that would’ve killed Tormentous. But, Prazutis at least had done more damage to him already than he had in their last encounter.

Speaking of which…

Prazutis reached out into the force, bringing its energy to him. Using telekinesis, he looked over the suit of armor that encased him, fixing dents, pulling limbs back to their proper form and slowly rising. He had to rely on telekinesis to lift his armor, but he was at least back to his feet before Tormentous even could roll to his knees.

Prazutis looked down at the holes in his torso, seeing them smoke. He looked at Tormentous again, not even bothering to drop the burning cape. This was far from the first time this armor had felt flames.

Prazutis slowly walked towards the Sith, looking around but not seeing any sign of either of their blades.

But for what would come next for Tormentous, he didn’t need a lightsaber.

—————

The troopers flooded into the suburbs to take on the droids, bodies of metal and of man both dropping to the roads and lawns of the civilians. Troopers from the second wave moved to flank the droids, listening to commands as best they can as scouts tried to predict the makeshift landing pads that the transports would use.

Meanwhile, the bombers watched closely for descending transports, hoping to catch and destroy them before they had a chance to take their prisoners. Interceptors shot through the sky, acting like bugs to the transport turrets and taking pot shots where they could when the turrets were looking at other ships.

He did not rise like a young man at all. But a brooding giant, ash and flame falling from his form. He could sense the presence of his sword nearby, the Jidai Maras called to him. All the same he noticed Prazutis had also been likewise disarmed by the brutal impact. His left side was tingling now as feeling resumed its play - acknowledging his armor’s defensive properties in that his arm had not been broken. There was a sharp pain in his lower left abdomen but it would not interfere - a simple reminder that this was no pest but rather a worthy adversary.

It would have been an easy thing to reach out his hand and call forth his mighty sword. It would surely answer him. He did not call it. It seemed Prazutis was satisfied as well to bring this fight into a more personal setting. That was fine - it wouldn’t be the first man he’d beaten to death with his bare hands. His ability in hand to hand combat was nigh on peerless. But he was finished underestimating today.

Reaching up he snuffer out an active body of flame on his cowl letting embers ride out their life. His cape was in tatters. Not being proof of flame, it was resistant and so it would not be set properly ablaze. Though its condition was now torn and raged. For his armor, a scorch mark and fresh dents though nothing more that would compromise its integrity just yet. The outset had been rough. But now the battle would deliver these two a fine showing.

Balling his fists up he began marching towards Prazutis - unwilling to allow his adversary further initiative - mentally erecting his own silent defense in the Force Shield technique. The sharpened studs overtop his knuckles would deliver horrific damage and he was more than happy to use them. Smoke wafted from his body as he marched, the temperature of his armor still far too high. His cape, shredded, waved in the kicked up wind of the square with embers flying away at will. Every step brought him closer to the finality of combat and he lusted for its rush and embrace.

Now some few arms lengths away, Tormentous picked up steam with his arms coming up to the guard position. In he came like a wrecking ball with a heavy front kick targeting the left hip though he pulled the kick - it was a feint. Properly set up now he launched the attack with his left in a superman punch - a high cross aimed to the right side of Prazutis’ face - intent on letting the feint draw his opponent in.

In swift motion the strike was delivered. Fluid and well structured. Tormentous kept his right arm cocked and ready to counter or offer heavy and punishing followups.

For the first time in a long time, Prazutis didn’t think of a plan to use the force to his advantage over his opponent. Where he would usually use telekinesis to give himself an opening, Prazutis noticed something as he approached.

Tormentous brought his fists up, planning to beat Prazutis.

Did he think…?

Prazutis would’ve smiled if he could.

Prazutis saw the opening swing, and surprisingly, did nothing to counter. The studded glove took the bottom of his helmet, snapping against it and nearly denting the metal.

Another fist slammed into his torso, threatening to run through the armor, though the mandalorian steel didn’t bend.

The next hit came at Prazutis’ face, however. A studded knuckle slammed directly into the glass of his eye hole, shattering it and sending Prazutis stumbling back only a couple steps.

Prazutis looked back at Tormentous, and only then did the Sith see it.

Behind the glass, there was no eye. There was no black and yellow Dathomiri skin, no fiery gold iris or deep blue tint. Instead, what Tormentous was met with was a churning mass of smoke that held itself within the armor, refusing to flow out of the armor like the green embers on his chest were.

You know… I believe your apprentice learned this the same way. Though, it was after she stabbed me with her lightsaber.

Prazutis grabbed Tormentous with a gauntlet and balled up as much force energy into his other hand as he could. Where Wylcott had landed a series of blows against him, Prazutis decided he only needed one, while Tormentous was taken aback.

A force charged punch drove towards Tormentous’ chest while Prazutis held him in his other hand.
