Aliclair's ears swiveled slightly before standing upright. She only knew of Sith through stories her mother would tell her as a child, and her experience thus far. For them to have wise words was... shocking, to say the least, to the feminine. As the seconds passed with the Professor, determine to skin before, now feeling something else. She didn't want to believe that Siths were actual beings being guided by their own means but, here they were. Here her Professor. She watched his whole speech, uplifting her, saying she could accomplish her dreams. But, could she really? Amongst those she swore to fight against. Giving herself a mental sigh and her gaze trialing to her inken hands briefly before meeting up with Sa'ato's gaze once more.
She hesitated upon his invitation. But, instead of creating hostility, she decided to take the first steps into acceptance. "Perhaps, with the further teachings. Roads have many destinations. And, I am curious as well."
With that, she then accepted his invitation and walked alongside him into the club for another drink.

Yarkar's eyes cut back at Lorcan with much more malice in them than the being before him. It would be clear to see the anger in the young Sith, boiling just under the surface of the skin. He felt his head get hot that his training day was being interrupted for yet another errand. It was clear from what this newcomer was stating that it was that she was throwing a party and needed guests more than it was something worthwhile. He scoffed, knowing he was going to have to waste his precious time, but the more time he spent fighting it, the more of that precious time would slip through his fingertips.
"I appreciate you, Lorcan. She has not stated your name, but I can tell regardless of how she regards you, you are viewed highly in my eyes. I was almost excited when you said she was trying to get me to do something useful rather than another meaningless social call. I'm assuming from the fact that you're going to have me change into something formal that you're not about to allow me to stash a weapon or two? I'm oh so fond of them."
He smirks, a sick twist to his words. He respected the man enough to sit down his saber on the stand he kept it propped on. He accepted his fate, that anger going down to a simmer.
"You know, if you had been any less interesting I might have thought about trying to make a break for it. But now I'm just intrigued to know what you know about Kressara. Another old foe, perhaps? Did she forget about you too?"
Yarkar had an inflection in his voice, signaling genuine interest as he stepped towards Lorcan, hoping to at least have the dignity to walk rather than be knocked out and dragged.

Re: Welcome to the Club (Open)
Dabbing away excess moisture from the beading of her gown, Kressara’s eyes caught sight of a suave dancing Neti in the mirror wall. Jaw dropping, the blonde turned around and shouted encouragement among several other gala attendees while the rare chance to witness Sa’ato breaking out his moves claimed the attention of the entire room. While the tree and the cat seemed to be getting along quite nicely, she spied their newest guests conversing. Both faces Kressara didn’t recognize as well as the hilarious fully masked nameless plus one. Posing her shoulders (her scarring hidden under some expensive makeup she stole from one of her last targets, though slightly visible when the whirling lights hit her skin just the right way) and putting on her best social smile, Kressara strut over to both the seer and a pretty young lady with warm brunette curls who recently joined the party.
“Welcome to the club! I don’t believe any of us have had the pleasure of meeting! I’m Kressara, the hostess of this little gala.” Glitterstim infused stare shimmered from the girl in the orange dress to the eyeless woman. “Another miraluka? What a rarity that two of you should appear in the same place unplanned! My associate, Blink, would be beside himself.” Leaning and pointing towards the Bar where a young man with a display screen over his upper face, two pixelated blue eyes emoting in place of his naturally missing ones, was pouring drinks for a giggling couple. “That’s him, if you wanted to say hello…and who might you three be?”
~~~
“...Thanks.” He rumbled in return, cybernetics staying trained on the young sith’s neck region so the full scope of their visual reach could be used to read both his face, feet, and the movement of his hands. Only when the saber was placed on its holder did the tall gravel toned visitor noticeably let his eyes wander around the room. They landed on Yarkar again and he answered with a tired cadence of raspy vocals, “Hidden weapons are highly discouraged, but I’m not telling you what to do.” Lorcan’s shoulders shrugged with that statement and the multitude of studs, rivets, and metal bits adorning his clothing clinked as the acolyte he ran into earlier was seen skirting to the far end of the hall around the cyan giant like a dog with its tail tucked, glaring at the man while he passed. Lazy eyes kept tabs on the sith student traipsing over his lanky shadow, but no words were exchanged. Unlike with Kressara, very few situations called for threatening words where her shark toothed associate was concerned. His capabilities spoke for themselves.
Turning back to the evilly grinning darksider, blue brows lifted just a little. “She’s my boss.” Lorcan explained, moving his vest to the side to reveal a small black metal crow pinned to the fabric. “...and my best friend. Can’t say we’ve ever been enemies.” From the very start, they were fond of each other. A rare once in a lifetime kind of easiness like two old friends reconnecting, even though they never met prior to the night Kress found him hunched over in a rainy Euphornis gutter mid spice overdose. He added, “Don’t take it personally if she forgot you…girl’s been fried since she was your age. It’s not her intention…she had to let a lot of memories go a couple years back.”
Languidly spinning on his heel, fingers stashing themselves away in his pants pockets, Lorcan left the doorway expecting Yarkar to follow behind him, taking slower steps to avoid outpacing the other with his wildly long legs.
“If it cools you off to know it, you’re in her head now kid.”
Climbing steps for him was never as graceful as his lengthy stride, each small incline forcing him to take baby steps and most stairwells required a forward lean to avoid bumping his head on random structures. He had to walk on the tips of his toes so his heels didn’t completely hang off every edge.
“You need anything before we hit the stars? There’s food and stuff on the ship. Special diet needs? Meds?...studies?” He couldn’t help it. The dad in him had to make sure Yarkar wasn’t forgetting anything important.
There is a place that hurts the most, but will I go there? I cannot climb, it's far below. I have to fall there.
Just another anarchist sith assassin wishing she'd grown crops instead.
