Wookieepedia has literally everything about everything. Get into a lore wormhole there, you could read for hours just clicking hyperlinks in articles that seem interesting to you. What are you interested in, specifically? Space battles? The Force? Blaster fights in cantinas? Bounty hunters? Locations within the galaxy?
