**Expansion Region, Greater Plooriod Cluster**
**Greater Plooriod Sector, M-7**
**Corsin System, Intersection of Vaathkree Trade Corridor and Hydian Way**

Two Action V heavy transports of Outland Transport burst from lightspeed just within the Corsin system. The trip along the Vaathkree Trade Corridor had allowed Buggie an opportunity to both complete the necessary maintenance checks aboard the Outland 02 and, once those had been completed, of course, much-needed rest. Smuggling two full holds of illegal cargo through enemy territory was a burdensome task, and Buggie found the constant mental state of alert taxing. To that end, when he had emerged from lightspeed into the Corsin system, he was both surprised and satisfied to find that the Blue Star Pirates had, either directly or indirectly through one of their thousands of front businesses, hired a convoy escort to accompany him through the next leg of the journey.

The escort craft, though conspicuous in this area of space, had transmitted current security codes that checked out with Buggie's own logbook. After he was certain of the validity of this convoy escort, he sent a tight-beam transmission, sharing navigational data with the craft. During Buggie's travels along the Vaathkree, he had decided to take the Hydian Way as far as the Feriae system. Local conversation from spacers heading southbound along the Hydian suggested that some traffic had been redirected to accommodate an Imperial convoy. Where there were traffic shifts and convoys, there were often warship escorts. Where there were warships, there were often TIE patrols.

As Buggie and the escort fighter moved into position, they jumped to lightspeed once more, heading for Feriae Junction, which was located just at the border of the Gordian Reach.

Ranah brought her fighter in along side the convoy, once she had received the co-ordinates she followed the convoy into lightspeed. Her Starfighter was showing its projected course and Ranah recognized where they were going.

This will take us awfully close to Sith space” she thought to herself, she knew it would be close, but did not realize it would be THAT close. She had never met a Sith but from what she heard about them from rumor and from other Jedi they were a bad bunch. She hoped she would not have to ever meet one face to face.

She gave her instruments another once over , everything was in order all she would do now was wait and then follow the convoy if the Force was with them they would make their destination with the cargo.

**Outer Rim Territories**
**Gordian Reach, Q-6**
**Vallusk Cluster**

Upon infiltrating the Gordian Reach, Buggie maneuvered the two heavy freighters of Outland Transport along the northern stretch of the Junction-Tierell Loop. If Buggie could already sense the anxiety of the pilot within the starfighter escorting him through Imperial Space, the emotion rolling off of the pilot now was palpable. Still, this pilot was worth every credit the Blue Star Pirates had paid. When Buggie needed someone to scout ahead beyond the Outland 02's sensor range, the escort jumped into action. When he needed someone to probe the fringe of the Denarii Nebula to make sure that no Sith patrols were waiting to ambush, the escort disappeared into the dense cloud of creation and emerged unscathed.

By the time the convoy reached the rendezvous point at the Vallusk Cluster, the escort starfighter was in a defensive position, with scanners actively searching for trouble. When a Sith patrol did appear at the edge of their sensor range, Buggie and the escort pilot coordinated to conceal the freighters within a web of interference caused by a flare from one of the star cluster's protostars. The convoy was invisible to scanners within the interference, but would be vulnerable to visual scanning. Still, they waited patiently, and, much to their delight, when the Sith patrol was just about to jump away, a group of Blue Star Pirate raid craft emerged from hyperspace on top of them. A brief exchange of turbolaser and ion cannon fire was all it took before the Sith patrol had been neutralized and their ships were secured to the raiders' own vessels.

At this point, Buggie fired up the engines on Outland 01 and Outland 02, signaling for the escort to follow as they made themselves known to the pirate craft. After verifying their identities, Buggie and the escort starfighter were led to The Azure Wind, the flagship of Cresh Fleet and Admiral Idris, only a short lightspeed jump away. Once they had arrived on-site with the Blue Star raid group, Buggie and the escort were admitted to dock with The Azure Wind in order to unload, refuel, and catch some rest. The heavy freighters had droids that could handle the cargo loading, and the Wind's crew could handle the refueling, so rest was the only thing that Buggie and his escort had to worry about for themselves. As Buggie made his way to the docking tube where the escort pilot had been authorized to dock, he intended to thank them for the assistance.

"Hello, I'm Captain Buggie. I own the two freighters you have been escorting," Buggie said with a friendly bow once the pilot had emerged from the docking tube, "I just wanted to thank you again for the assistance."

In the back of his mind, Buggie could sense an aura emanating from the pilot. Before the two could engage in much further conversation, an officer approached Buggie and indicated that the Admiral wished for him to observe some of the captured Sith loyalists that had been taken prisoner from the patrol that had nearly spotted them earlier. Buggie agreed, and, since he might need to rely on the pilot to share their perspective, since the Sith patrol had turned up on the edge of their sensor readings, Buggie invited the pilot to attend as well.

Ranah changed her vector and followed the convoy to the fleet’s flagship. She eased her small Starfighter into the hanger and landed smoothly, she shutdown the systems and disembarked. As she stood by her Starfighter she saw someone approach, she recognized the being as a Verpine. She had a few dealings with them during her days as a displaced victim of war and as a GA soldier. Now a days she did not see too many, but then again since joining the Jedi she did not see much outside of Koda Station.

As he approached she could feel something in the Force (Life Sense), her limited training could not pinpoint it but his aura was like a star. It was a beacon among the beings around her. If she had more experience in the Force she would have known that this one was very strong in the Force.

When he approached she returned the friendly bow with one of her own. “Greetings Captain, I am Ranah Jansen from the Jedi Coaliition” She did not use her rank because technically she was retired from the GA to pursue her Jedi studies. She hadn’t been even assigned a Master yet at least not a permanent one yet. She smiled at Buggie.

It was my pleasure, I am glad that it was mostly uneventful I am sure there’s a lot of sentients who need the supplies you delivered” Just then someone approached and spoke with the Captain. Then Buggie mentioned bout interrogating Sith and could use her insights, this would be a good opportunity to practice her training.

I’d be happy to assist anyway I can Captain” and with that she followed him
