Simply put, if there has been fight going on since atleast a month or two as far as thread creation and actual physical conflict between two chars, and it's still happening in the next month or two, are they gennable at the same time as a thread which took place months after this? Do they count as gennable within the same month without holdup to all included players until after both are genned?
Examples taken from : general-roleplay-f6/pursuit-of-the-asse ... -t550.html (Made in May, currently running.)
and
general-roleplay-f6/retribution-and-jus ... -t454.html (Made in March, lasted through 2 months, and first conflict, confrontation occured between April/May)
If not gennable within the same month, is the one created earlier than the other the first to be genned, as it happened earlier in the timeline than the other?

Re: Gen Timelines
If I understand your questions correctly, the rule applies to when the generation is finalized on the SLIU. For example, if someone turns in Generation A on June 5th, and Generation B on June 7th, Generation A will be generated first and will count as your one battle for the month. You'll have to wait until July for Generation B.
It doesn't matter if you started the thread containing Generation B in January and the thread containing Generation A in March. The only thing we look at is when it's turned in officially on the SLIU.
To be clear, we're going off of calendar month when we say one battle per month, as opposed to 30 days since your last battle. You can generate a battle March 31st and April 1st, for example.
Does that answer your questions?
