Opening

As noted within the contents of this document, this has been written to join together 2 warring factions under a common enemy in the empire of the Sith. This document is being written to temporarily bind the Galactic Empire, Galactic Alliance and the Blue Star Pirates in order to bring an end to the tyranny and oppression of the Sith Empire. At the end of the time where this document is voided or expired, as noted later on in the document, battle will continue with the limitation or permission of other documents that are still valid between the factions, unless otherwise stated.

IA
This document declares that the Galactic Alliance and Galactic Empire will use assets liable to both factions in order to press an assault on the Gordian Reach, along with other planets that are held by the sith. This document also declares that any and all information known by the Galactic Alliance about the Sith influence on the planet of Onderon will be shared with the Galactic Empire, but will not enforce any influence on the planet or send soldiers in order to avoid conflict in the area.

IB
This document declares that retreat by any faction, excluding the Blue Star Pirates due to limited resources, is forbidden without consent and agreement by the other. Any call of retreat by one faction, excluding the Blue Star Pirates, will result in the immediate violation of this document, rendering it void effective immediately. It will also void any and all documents that limit the amount of force used by one faction or another, resulting in a possible large-scale assault by either faction.

IIA
If the assault is successful, and the Gordian reach is completely free of Sith control, the Galactic Alliance agrees to render all control of the Gordian reach and planets within to the Galactic empire, under the condition that they are allowed to construct small militarized bases for the sole purpose of hunting down the remaining Sith loyalists, sympathizers and leaders. Any unprotected or unwarranted attacks on these bases will result in this document being void, and any clear evidence found by the Empire that the bases in the Gordian Reach have purposes that are targeting the Empire itself, the document will be void and an attack on these bases by the Galactic Empire will be justified.

IIB
In exchange for political and military control of the Gordian Reach, upon a successful assault, the Galactic Alliance will inherit control over the asteroid field of Roche, with the Empire granted the same permission on Roche as the Alliance in the Reach, in which all terms in clause IIA describe.

III
If the assault is unsuccessful, and a retreat is ordered by all factions, then this document will be voided, but all other documents regarding limitations and/or permissions of war between the two factions will stay in effect, in the hope that another document similar to this one will be put into effect and another assault will be attempted.

IV
If the assault is not completely unsuccessful, but an amount of territory is gained from the Sith, both factions agree that all territory, excluding the Roche system, will be held by the Galactic Empire, with all terms above applying to any and all territory gained from the campaign.

V
The Galactic Alliance and Galactic Empire will give a financial reward to the Blue Star Pirates for their assistance, with an amount of their agreement. This also applies for any independent party agreeing to
assist the assault, including those from Mandalore, the Hapes Consortium, the Jedi coalition or Hutt space.

VI
Upon the end of the assault, the Alliance agrees that it will, after necessary refueling of machinery and personnel, transport all forces not remaining to station the bases described above, will leave the Gordian Reach and return to Alliance Territory.

VII
Any prisoners taken by either faction are to be kept alive, and interrogated by both factions in order to receive any important information regarding the Sith as possible. Any and all information is to be shared between the two factions. Any violation of this clause, such as a prisoner kept from the other faction or information withheld from the other faction, will make this document void, with the void terms described in other clauses.

Closing

While the two factions do not share the same views, and do not agree politically on many issues, they both agree by signing this document into validation that they agree to all terms listed above, and agree to follow them. Both factions understand what will happen upon breaching the terms listed in this document, and agree to follow them as closely as possible. They also understand that the term Gordian Reach refers not only to the Yavin system, Arda and the surrounding area, but Korriban and Ziost, Ord Radama, Lucazec and Vjun as well, if the terms apply.
