Prazutis sighed, rolling his eyes. “Well, as long as it doesn’t start spreading around, I suppose I don’t care.” He set the helmet down beside him, giving another heavy breath, trying to relax himself as best he could.
“Well, since we’re all here, Rhoden, please introduce me to your friend here.” He gestured to Darik, having never seen the man before.

Darik's eyes flicked up briefly, but he said nothing and made no further indication that there was an issue. Rhoden would ask him later, but since he doubted his brother could see anything or anyone from their position he was willing to bet that the man had gotten something from the Force.

Rhoden smiled at Prazutis's response, "Excellent!" he said, turning to Darik, "Darik Carbine, he was an Inquisitor under Palpatine's Empire, until he came here to nose into my business he was off trying to study the Force more or something like that." Rhoden shrugged. "And that is my meditation chamber." Darik said, "You may, of course, use it if you so wish." Rhoden said, laughing slightly. He aimed a kick at Darik's shin but he stepped out of its range.

Mora keeps quiet in the chamber as Prazutis, Rhoden, and Darik trade words. She tenses as a wave of scrutiny fills up the chamber. Mora fiddles nervously with the hilt of her knife.

"You've study the Force?" She asks Darik with fake ease.

Prazutis thought for a moment, feeling the disturbance in the force around him with Darik's presence. "Indeed. You must be quite the experienced one, then. If you have come to serve once more, it will be an honor to fight with you." At the small exchange of possesiveness and Rhoden's blatant embarrassment from Darik, he chuckled a bit. "Well, it is an interesting place to have a chamber. Surrounded by life, it helps to center one's mind." Prazutis took a moment, hearing Mora speak, to quiet down himself and focus on his purpose here. He would let them converse a bit as he centered the constant fury and anger he held, between the sith and the Alliance... He pulled his feelings together, sharpening them into a blade, his focus making blind rage into something much more focused, much more deadly...
And quickly bottling it all up within him, only to be used when the time is right, when he is ready to use it on the people that deserve it.

Darik narrowed his eyes and Rhoden was fairly sure he was silently grinding his teeth together, but it was of no matter. Darik turned to Mora and tried a smile that looked a grimace, "Yes, I study the Force and--do forgive me if I sound presumptuous--I do believe I've become rather adept at some aspects of it." Rhoden rolled his eyes, "He's great, but he's gone all monk--at least he's not a Jedi, I suppose. But I doubt he's come to join the Inquisitorious." Rhoden said.

"Oh, you never know, I might look into what the organization has become." Darik said smoothly, his apprehension and anonymity towards "Pretzel" quickly fading behind the usual calm and control. "If Rhoden will have me I'll stick around and oversee his Force training--or at least make sure he doesn't do anything stupid." Rhoden stared in mock outrage, "Stupid? Me? Never!" he said, Darik snorted and looked to Mora again, "I certainly would like to spend some time with you, I find you... intriguing." Rhoden suspected Darik held some concern for the girl--as did he for that matter. The Other One and Desade had not been the best of influences on her but he did feel a certain pride in her combat effectiveness.

Mora smiles wide at Rhoden's mock exclamation and ducks her head sheepishly at Darik's comment about her.

"And why are you intrigued?" She looks back up at Darik and tilts her head curiously.

Prazutis took a moment as he sharpened his own skills, centering himself to feel the environment around him. The disturbance in the force... The light invaded the presence of the dark. Darik... He was a light side user, Prazutis thought. Perhaps that's why he seemed reluctant to talk to Prazutis... Well, he'd rather avoid confrontation. Different methods for the same purpose, he thought.
As Prazutis opened his eyes, he looked at Darik for a second, before leaning back a bit, silently observing the conversation before him.

"There's just something... different... about you." Darik said softly, glancing at Rhoden who gave him a neutral look. "Might I ask how you came to work with Rhoden, how you began learning the Force?" Darik asked.

Rhoden looked to Prazutis, "I hope we're not proving too much of a distraction, Pretzel." he said, smiling softly.

Mora glances at Rhoden and Prazutis, but tells Darik her story anyway.

"I was a thief, stealing food and other essentials as well as parts that I traded with others for food. There was this new merchant in the city and I had stolen quiet a lot before he realized, causing me to run." Mora aims a smile at Rhoden. "Apparently someone saw me because after I got to what I called home Rhoden and his friends came up onto my roof. Being a thief I of course tried to run, but they stunned me. Rhoden tried to recruit me into the Empire, but I refused him at first because I had a run in with two Imperial soldiers before living on the streets that scarred me, literally."

Mora taps the spot on her left bicep where her scar lay. She takes a deep breath and chuckles at herself, from street urchin to member of Inferno Squad, what a shift.

"As for the Force, I guess it was always there, but when I got here, De- Agent Silence began to teach me how to access the Force and use it."

Prazutis only gave a slow, annoyed breath at Rhoden's attempt to get under his skin. Was he always this obnoxious, Prazutis thought? If so, he hoped he would be able to focus more on his inquisitor rank and less on this task force he seemed to have been tied to all this time. But he remained silent, listening to Mora as she spoke. Once she had finished, he looked to Darik.
"Hm... She gave her story, what about you? What made you leave the imperial ranks? What gave you such a thirst for knowledge on the force?" Prazutis' fingers intertwined, his fingers on his left hand feeling the metal of his cybernetic right.
"And what made you choose the path you now follow?"
It was not a question to provoke. Rather, it was a curiosity that Prazutis had. Everyone felt the pull to the dark side, some more than others, but it was there. Was the lure not enough for him, or was he trained enough to resist?
