It was dark and damp within the spires prison. Kita's time in the dungeons was unaccounted for to her. She had given up keeping track after the 4th month. Having been takin in by Jacobi Wylcott aka Tormentous as a apprentice was short lived in the past year after being kidnapped from her home planet of Tibrin. She had not known he had been the previous Sith Lord ruling in the galaxy. Neither had she known he would have been brought back into power. Kita had soon unknowingly been captured and thrown into the prison by Lord Blood during his rule. Little did she know that he was now dethroned and cast aside by Tormentous. Kita had secretly been hoping for months Tormentous would have come back for her.
Kita sat huddled along the wall of the cell, scrawny, long blonde hair a disarray mess as she held her knees up close to her body attempting to keep her body heat level while waiting silently for the guards to come by again with food and water. It wasnt much of anything. Just enough to keep her alive. She wondered what would of happened if Kenobi had managed to rescue her on the beach of Tibrin that day so long ago...

Blood walked through the hall, dull eye seeming to be more aware than the live one. The level he was on was a peculiar one, one he had chosen for a specific person seemingly forever ago. It was for a Force User, untrained almost completely, and an aid to his Master. Or who was once his Master. Now just an overlord, a person to obey, a teacher-
Impossible. He couldn't teach Blood any more than he had, could he? His clawed left hand gripped the side of his head, grasping his pounding head as he limped forth on lean limbs. Guards followed him, ensuring he wasn't releasing anyone in treason or disobedience to the returned Dark Lord. There was no way. There was no one left. Not anyone he could trust.
The scent within the Force snatched his attention as he reached cell 0982904. It was familiar, and one he remembered tossing into this very cell. Checking the chart with a carless twist of his wrist, he barely glanced at it with the reptilian eye before the Force confirmed it for him. The dark claw reached forward, inputting the verifications and release codes, to which the cellbars hauntingly creaked open.
"Come out", his growl ended any nice formalities. Here on official business, he had very little time to try anything else.

Kita felt his presence as he entered the room. The sounds of footsteps echoed within the prison hall as the guards and...HIM made their way down to her cell. She didn't care looking in his direction as he stopped in front of her cell door, entering the codes on the pad. Kita would have loved to punch this guys lights out if she wasn't so weak from practically starvation. Still, that fire in her never died of the hate she felt for leaving her in the prison to rot.
A small smile formed on her face as Kita stared straight ahead, remaining in her sitting position against the wall. "What makes you think I want to leave this "oh so cozy" cell you have delighted me with for who knows how long?" She asked sarcastically. Kita sighed and tilted her head slightly up to gaze at him with a mocking twinkle in her blue/grey eyes as she took in his partial reptilian form. "Your reason for getting me is...what exactly?" She rested her head tiredly in her right hand as it rested on her knee. "To kill me?" A small chuckle escaped her. "That honestly would be the best news for me to hear right now." She admitted.

"If I had less than my life or this body on the line, I would drag you out and eat you, girl." His words a lot less civil than what he once was, now plummeted into a much more depressed monster who hadn't fed in cycles. There was no craze in his voice, nor the passion for the meal. It was spoken in an annoyed term, almost as though she were a pest, a fly in his way. But as a needle in the haystack, Blood had to puck the fly from the sky, by demands of the reinstated Dark Lord.
"If you don't want to abide, then either the guards will be forced to drag you out, or their boss will." Their boss was much worse. The thing about his dragging was-
He didn't have to lay a hand on you. You would come out.
"And this meeting is being recorded. Both Visual and audio. Consider that."
A sigh sizzled out the growl that threatened to roll from charcoal lips. The girl didn't realize how every second she wasted-
"Can you even stand? Is that even possible?" The sithian narrowed his eyes at the shrimp inside. She hadn't even been inside the walls besides a year. If not a pinch less, or more. Surely she was capable.
But his patience was not.

She grimaced at his annoyance. She really didn't want to deal with the guards, or the boss. "Fine." Kita didn't fully understand the need for the recording. Nor did she much care as she got up slowly and leaned up against the wall. "I'm not completely helpless." She stated bitterly. She was weak yes, but when she felt the energy over the passing days, she walked a little within her cell to keep her strength up. ...Or what was left of it anyways.
Kita stood, shaky as she walked towards the prison cell door. She grabbed hold of the bars to keep herself steady as she glared at Blood in his one good eye. "See? I can walk." She stated cooly. She was indeed scrawnier then when she has left Tibrin. Most of her body mass had been eaten away by her own body to stay alive that past year in the prison. Kita walked out slowly, following along with the guards and Blood. Kita was unsure exactly what was going to happen to her. She honestly was expecting the worst. She hadn't been outside in so long that her once tan skin from the hot Tibrin sun was now pale. There were days she dreamed of seeing the sunlight once again.

"Hrmph", his growled contempt kept her attempts at sassy replies from reaching anything typical within him besides vexability. With this being recorded, there wasn't much more he could say or do, other than retrieve the girl. Leaving the cold cell agape, ready for it's next soul to be received within the next hour, Blood watched as the two aliens struck her limb pairs with shackles and a Force-Null collar. The current ran throughout both shackles, allowing no Force of the user to be utilized. Then began the march. They began their shuffle down the dark and damp corridor, halls twisted into so many kinds of mazed, it required even people who weren't meant to be here to use a map, lest they end up entombed, themselves. Candlelights and dim prisoner lights on barcode and reader strips kept this place as inhospitable as possible. Moss couldn't even grow in these pits, one of the hardiest plants that survived most wet and dark conditions. This place was a rancid and terrible place, and those who didn't go insane over time went insane from hearing others go insane. Either that, or they went insane from lack of others. Hearing your next door cellmate dragged from their cell because their no longer breathing, the next one heaving their guts up, or the next with some sort of plague infesting their body. Who was to say you were not next?
Barely any could contain their jealousy, or even their rage, their disbelief that this rank little girl was able to be next for even release from her previous cell. Some speculated she was being released period, ramming their thin limbs at their bars, reaching out to her in hate, be damned everyone else. A prisoner knew a prisoner. Some felt sorry for her, a withered togrutan staring feebly before turning his shriveled stare away, hoping she made peace with her gods prior to leaving her home. Perhaps she would be going to a better place, but most often those removed from a cell did not return. And usually it was for typical execution, or slave work. The togrutan had seen many come and never return. You could only assume the worst, in a place like this. Many others did not even attempt to figure her situation as they shuffled past. They only rocked back and forth, or like this sick Morganian, screaming her mania at the northwest wall. Noise was never absent in this miserable Spire.
Surely she had a wonderful year, yes?

Kita stumbled a bit as the cuffs were forcefully put on her wrist and ankles. She personally hadn't been cuffed in a long time. ...Not since Jacobi had her in a containment unit on his ship when she was first kidnapped by him and Mercy. It was the collar however she eyed as they put it on around her neck that was new. She didn't dare say anything. What was the point? There was no benefit in provoking Blood or the guards. However many sarcastic comments came to mind in her head that caused a slight smirk.
As the shackles activated, she was pushed forward to follow behind the previous Sith Lord while the guards took the rear ensuring she didn't attempt to escape...which honestly she would have taken the chance if her odds weren't so low. With Malnutrition, shackles, guards, and an unending corridor of a maze to consider...it would have been difficult to escape even for someone not in her current condition. It was amazing she even survived for as long as she had the past year without falling ill. Everywhere around her she could hear people and aliens alike getting sick and dying in these cells. Some even resort to killing themselves before even being taken out of the prison walls. Kita had enough sense and anger driving her to stay alive that whole year in those dark, cold, damp conditions. That, and falling in a river of ice water while training in battle with Jacobi the previous year had kinda prepared her to survive the climate in that cell all year round. Would he have been proud to know that? Kita thought so.
Kita shifted a little to the side as hands reached out towards her from the passing cells. She wasn't strong enough to pull away if she were grabbed towards the other prisoners, so she avoided them as much as possible. Only some even minded keeping to themselves. Their looks of pity cast her way caused her deep sadness for them in return. Kita hated knowing some of these innocent prisoners would die...if not sooner...than later. She looked away and kept her gaze to the floor as they moved on. She hadn't come out to mentally disturbed from her stay...to much. Kita did hear the sounds of wailing prisoners in her sleep from time to time. That would always seem to follow her in the years to come.

Sovereign stood in the expansive control room watching the closed circuit array of vid screens monitoring the proceedings. Blood had been his charge despite the fact that ensuring the once proud dragon king remained in line was a duty split with Warvanus. The High Priest had taken enough interest in the beast’s mind that the inconvenience of surveying his actions was mitigated in his eyes.
Yet as the deposed Dark Lord of the Sith elected to return to the darkest depths of the galaxy it had the Sovereign intrigued. Yet the retrieval of one singular prisoner out of all the vast array of doomed souls stood above all other aspects of this journey. Silas had held little presence in the days of the first rise of Tormentous. This was despite the fact of his considerable prestige beyond the domain of the Red Cauldron.
It had been intentional of course, as with most strategic manipulations by the Dark Lord. Silas was too great a threat and at the time far too untrustworthy to helm the reigns as an apprentice. The threat of almost certain genocide being enacted upon the Echani held their former unified ruler in check. As such it was understandable that this woman that Blood now freed from her cell had not been made known to the now High Priest of the Sith. This was a curiosity, yet beyond this the reason behind her imprisonment or the immediate, unordered release of this individual had the cunning serpent openly grinning in amusement.
“Alert our dear Blood that I require an audience with him and the individual he has taken custody of.” Sovereign gave pause before adding, “Make sure that the one accompanying him is cleaned and presentable. I’d rather not foul the air of our transport due only to Blood’s penchant for tunnel vision in the fulfilment of his duties.” With his words heeded Sovereign departed for the shuttle that had borne Blood to this facility. However the dragon went about the fulfilment of his task the High Priest would act as its capstone.

The journey was not as awful for someone who wasn't supposed to be there, as it was for someone who was. But it was by the hair's breadth, and easily under this new rusted title that he was given, he was just that breadth from being on the other side of the bars. Blood surmised that which prevented him was his knowledge within the Force, his experience perhaps, or even what he and Tormentous had shared. There was quite a bit of history between the two, and frankly, he didn't know how much of it, or even what was preventing him from being in Kita's shackles. The draconian decided not to dwell on it any longer, as a sudden cold began to creep up his nape.
A guard had nodded, the one to the left of Blood as they finally had gotten themselves to an elevator, one of the few in this heartless crypt, and as the doors shut, his response of "Understood." Casting a look of curiosity to the guard who only returned a colder slight of secrecy, he only mentioned "We're takin' a detour. Sanitation showers then to Observation Deck 6." Blood kept staring at him, his curiosity of one thing sated, but not the other. Beneathe that flexweave light armor the guard wore, behind the insignias he bore, and even besides that tasteless rasp voice he had, how would he taste? It had been quite the minute since Blood had been able to enjoy a proper screaming meal in a bit, and churlish people were a favorite. The rude and uncannily mouthy. Or even unnecessarily mouthy, he stroked mentally, turning that same curious gaze to the Force Novice beside him. Age mattered not. He's eat a newborn if it annoyed him, enough. Maybe that's why Mnami had kept The Prince from him. A snort relaxed his gauntly hungered face, and it resembled something less predatory, deciding to watched the neon numbers flicker the floors instead of Kita's bare pulse.
Eventually the Elevator doors opened, to almost an even dirtier floor, wet grime littering more here than the others, which was quite a surprising thing considering the name of the floor. "Holder 3, please.", a guard tiredly grumbled as he finished the restock from the last use. Once complete, Blood sent a chipped nod to Kita for her to enter the opening plexiglass holder, the pair of clear doors that slid open within a thick metal pair that opened prior. The dripping showerheads on all 4 sides of the caged box awaited her, and another exhausted guard snappily awaited the girl to strip so he could replace her old rags with slightly newer ones. "Go on, in the showers." he chalkily caulked out.

As the doors opened to the elevator she walked in and faced back towards the door as the guards stood on each side of her. She felt bloods gaze boring into her hungrily but didn't know why or much care to glance in his direction. She relaxed a bit as she felt his gaze avert back to the elevators counter. Kita's interest peaked as the word "shower" was mentioned to the other guard. And the mentioning of a observation room only peaked her interest further. "So...they aren't going to kill me." She thought. Was that a blessing? Or a curse? Kita wasn't so sure.
As the doors opened to reveal the ironically dirty shower room, she realized something disturbing on her part. She carefully walked out so as not to slip and turned to blood after observing the showers were clearly visible, scowling at him. "The filth I can deal with. But showering in front of you or anyone is out of the question. I'd rather remain covered in 10 years worth of filth than shower in front of...of..." She was furious. "A bunch of pigs!" She yelled. With Kita being chaste, she never felt comfortable showering or being partially unclothed around men. The only time she didn't care was when Jacobi removed her clothing to keep her warm after falling in the ice river...and even then he had the decency to keep her undergarments on thankfully.
