Family is everything(Remake, Krox, Tormentous)

Post by Neive Undant » Fri Oct 06, 2017 9:11 pm

In the expanse of the galaxy, everyone had their own sides. Whether it was good, evil or their own interests, there was no neutral zone in this war. However, that doesn't mean there is no place for enemies to meet out of battle.

Nar Shadaa. A planet known for its many bars and places of business throughout the planet. However, it was a planet ruled by the hutts, and Neive knew that a place that had large crowds and wasn't controlled by the alliance or empire was something rare. So, as his trilon aggressor sat in orbit, neive thought. "There's just not enough information... I need more details." He shook his head, leaning back. "I can't just send in a fleet without knowing what they'll be combated with... of course they'll be preoccupied but that still won't do it. One fleet moving in won't force their force across the galaxy, it would leave them too open. So how would they react?" Neive looked down, not sure what to do. But he knew one thing, and that was he needed more information. However, time was of the essence at the moment, and it was too late for him to try to get any more information. It was time that the other side came up with a battle plan... and if they were going to pull this off, he needed to get them to band together.
"Pilot... send word to the hammer. Tell him that it's time that I cashed in on that plan that we had." So long ago, Neive remembered. Although they were enemies, they were still family. The plan... for Neive to give Krox information on alliance plans so that they could use it against them... it wasn't exactly what they first had, but it was close. It definitely wasn't something to use against the alliance, but someone else... They would not expect a thing.
The droid in the pilot's seat opened a holo-communication to Krox's ship captain- or whatever his title was now, and spoke. "Attention sir, this is pilot droid X2-88. I speak on behalf on Neive Undant, and ask for this message to be sent to Kroxata Akhoi. Mister Undant states that he wants to "cash in" a plan between him and the hammer. With this communication comes coordinates to our current location. Such is subject to change depending on the planet we currently orbit. Mister undant awaits your response."

Neive nodded a bit. "One more message. However, don't send it verbally. I want it encoded."
"Who is the recipient?" The droid asked for clarification.
Neive hesitated for a moment before responding. "Send it to Ziost. A channel should be open for this ship. Direct it to Darth Tormentous."
The droid nodded and started the transmission.

As the message was sent, Neive knew it would meet its destination without any decoding. The sith were secretive, and their communications had to be as well, even if the other party was not apart of their ranks.

It had been a few weeks since the Dathomiri Hammer, Kroxata had earned the title of Dreadlord from his master and lord of Darkness Darth Tormentous, and yet with every responsibility thrown to him from the idiotic officers that leech off their power like an addiction, he had not yet shown the might of his wrath. The Nightbrother dreamed of the day he could enact his visions as a conqueror to the galaxy, to finally have the authority and strength to show the crumbling Empire and naive Alliance the error of their pathetic never ending conflict. How petty their issues were to instantly result one to attack the other, like watching rodents fight over the last spec of food they could devour.

Though an interesting turn of events with the small visit of the newly proclaimed Lord Blood about a certain Nightbrother who sought a treaty of sorts, despite the immense amount of treason he had caused on numerous occasions. It came and no coincidence that Neive Undant would send a message to his last fellow Nightbrother seeking to meet once again, they had in the past but the meeting there only showed the darkness that still lingered within the Zabrak, yet the Light swayed over his thoughts, his will. However the message only passed through the bridge to the communications officer, Kroxata’s attention was set on another matter, his own meeting of sorts. The Dreadlord’s captains that organising separate sectors of the fleet came to their Dreadlord to discuss their next move aboard the Maul the Naga-class Dreadnought, many officers came bearing the standard Sith officer uniform with no originality, no sign of personality or differences to show their battle scars, if they had even seen battle, or feats of victory, a small badge meant little more than a piece of dirt to the Dreadlord.

For those that decided to have the bravery to see the Kroxata in the flesh, they were all sat around the long black coated table, Kroxata sat himself as he usually did, upon the largest chair opposite the grand view point that opened wide to reveal the empty void of space. Admiral Graden took his spot beside his Lord, being the second lieutenant to the entire fleet, still taking a liking to his battle armour ad long black trench coat over the standard uniform, his cybernetic eye and arm were both coated in a shiny plating of hard steel to create a much more elegant attire. Those that would rather not be frozen in fear to the sight of their new Lord took to staying on their own flagships, a holographic image taking their place instead, the blue vibrant image of the loss class projection field could only produce such images, not until he was viable for the upgrade in technology.

Graden stands to his feet, brushing his coat off of any dust that was caught on the way to the Beast’s lair, clearing his throat before speaking, “Ladies and gentlemen, as per request, the Dreadlord you had sought an audience with has agreed to this meeting, it shall also be recorded for any further use in the near future, the Dreadlord will now hear your proposals.” The first brave soul to step forward was a young middle aged man who immediately took to the stage the moment Graden had finished, appearing to be the highest ranking member besides Graden he also clears his throat, standing to attention, “Mighty Dreadlord, the news of the Dark Council’s destruction would bring many of our enemies to see us as vulnerable, we must show them the Sith are the true rulers of the galaxy, we should strike at the heart of their systems!”

“And risk the destruction of our entire fleet?” a female’s voice interrupted the bold officer, from the far corner a small young girl say quietly twiddling with her thumbs but her face seemed emotionless, she slowly reared her head up to the officer standing and spoke to him with a very soothing but deadly voice, “You wish to push all our efforts into a single strike? To leave the rest of our territories unprotected? We may be spying on our enemy but they are spying on us too, to make such a mistake would be the immediate end for the new Emperor and his legacy.” The room filled with nods of approval and voices of agreement to her statement, “I concur with Captain Salken, she is right. Though I had a another way to go by this.” Graden sticks a small data card into the small port in the table, upon doing so a small hologram of the Graden Reach appeared surrounded by the many enemy territories, “We could expand our lands by continuing our Emperor’s work, he took it upon himself to rid the false Galactic Empire, and this fleet is the will of the Emperor. If we are to make ourselves seem strong, then our enemies will see us as a more potent threat to be taken care of, prioritising us over each other.” Throughout the officer's arguments over which faction to annoy first, Kroxata simply sat in silence knowing fully that they would never come to a decision, he instead averted his gaze to each officer arounds him, all reeling the same way when his glowing amber eyes set directly to one, fear.

After a few minutes of discussing their next plan, the small communications beacon set on Kroxata’s wrist began flashing, a message for his eyes alone, could it be Tormentous? No, he would not contact him like this. The Dathomiri Hammer stood to his feet, finally catching a glimpse of the chaos that ensued before him. All the forces were standing now, debating over their petty squabbling and with one big booming voice that silenced the rest, “Enough!”, the room became very quiet, and they all heeded to the Dathomiri Hammer. “You will have to squabble elsewhere, there is something else that requires my attention.”

“It better not be that small primitive girl you call your apprentc-” the officer stops in his speech, with a giant Zabrak slowly coming to his feet, a scowl present on his face his eyes glowing vibrantly with the added anger to his words. Without another word spoken, they quickly retreated from the Lair, Kroxata stopping Graden briefly, “Find my apprentice Graden, bring her to me. She should be training with the droids right now.” “Of course Dreadlord.” Kroxata returns to his throne where he opens the small transmission, listening intently to the droid that spoke, as the message continued a smile developed on his face and then a back to a scowl. Indeed it came from none other than his Nightbrother, seeking his audience once again, opening a small private frequency he issues the coordinates to his flagship, contacting the bridge, on the other side of his throne, the holographic image of the lieutenant taking temporary command stood at attention to sight of the Dreadlord. “Dreadlord! What is your order?”

“Prepare to move to the edge of the Gordian Reach, once there jam all communications in the local area and await further orders…”

As Neive looked through the scanners around him, he sighed. As far as he could see, the neutral planet had no alliance cohorts. So off he went, the droid pilot travelling towards the coordinates.

Maridun.
As the aggressor moved into the planet's orbit, Neive watched for the flagship that he had seen so many times before. The Dreadlock. As Neive sat, he thought. If the alliance and the empire are such bitter enemies, what would ever bring them to a united front? And more importantly... how could I destroy any kind of trust between the two factions?
Neive thought. It didn't seem possible that such opposing forces would ever work in unison. However, when driven to that point... Perhaps even the empire knew what the sith were capable of. But that doesn't mean they would take lightly to alliance ships in their territory, no matter the reason. So perhaps with the right push... The two would be at each other's necks more than ever before.

As the Dreadlock came into view, he alerted his pilot. "Move towards that ship. we're docking." The droid acknowledged his command and engaged the aggressor, making a slow approach towards the ship, Neive going onto the comm.

"Dreadlock command, this is Neive Undant. I am here by order of Kroxata Akhoi, permission to dock?"

A myriad of metallic corpses and limbs laid across the ground, scattered over the red surface in the centre of the large hall of the ship, signifying the space which Xendiss had used as a square training ring. Though a generally calm scene with dimly lit candles accumulated in each corner of the ring, a rampaging beast spun around in an elegant, crazed flurry of dancing blades and motions, performing a plethora of strikes into her next robotic opponent that had been programmed to halt her relentless berserking rush. Or, at least, attempt to. One shimmering vibroblade coursed through his metallic neck, breaking away wiring and the metallic structure in the brutish slam, where the other sword came swinging round with grand celerity and momentum, joining through in the same technological wound made. Sparks of electronic embers flew as the blade struck in, rearing the bot's head aside, causing it to twitch in malfunctioning breakages and uncontrolled spasms in its cybernetic joints. The initial blade clamped within caused the bot to screech loudly in a digital tone, only for it to power down, decreasing quickly in pitch until cutting off completely. The second strike's blow ensured of this, finishing the job with a swift executing decapitation, only for Xendiss to use its falling body to kick off from and haul her agile figure into the air with grace, spinning back midflight. Still airborne, she sent yet another flurry of her vibroblades slamming down into another droid's pike who sought to seize the vulnerability of her undefended rear. The punishment came swift, the heavy strikes falling down brutal blows that savagely slammed into his pike's handle, exerting such force that it caused one of the metallic joints grasping the weapon to clamp back and collapse in on itself, utterly jammed.

Xendiss' graceful descent cascading her blades in suit, barbarically tearing away at the droid's front, cutting away any wiring, bathing her in miniature fireworks of bright orange embers that spat up her bare skin which was clad in minimal training armour.

Satisfied with yet another wave amongst many cut down, the Miralukan, crazed feline girl powered down her blades as the automatic door had swiftly thrust open half-way through her display. Graden's intrusion was evidently not welcomed - a heavy snarl twisted upon her face as she caught her breath, standing upright, still lacking intimidating in her petite 5'2" size, made even more inferior at the distance. But her skill as a warrior and athletic, strengthened build gave an equilibrium to balance against this.

"Yes?" The girl inquired, a bitchy tone of aggravation sounding over her growl.

The Maul tears its way through hyper space morphing in and out of existence temporarily, coming to a complete halt within seconds, drifting in the empty vacuum of space, their location, the very edge of the Gordian Reach where the small collection of Sith controlled planets were zealot to their new masters, by will or by sheer force it did not matter which route they chose. As per request of the Dreadlord, a massive jamming beacon pulsated through the nearby systems, ensuring no unwanted listeners could observe this exchange between two Nightbrothers, the ship itself did not feel any different at all, the main life support system developed to withstand the impact of hyperspace travel, merely a mere jolt could be felt but no physical effect occurred.

Graden watched the insane Miraluken dismantle the very expensive Bx commando droids that were programmed to help with her skills in combat, their parts scattered all over the training guards as if marking territory, a disappointed look being present on his face, his cybernetic eye focusing in on the Dreadlord’s latest Acolyte of darkness. Although her frame was slim and not built like the monster that was Kroxata, Admiral Graden immediately noticed that her looks could be quite deceiving, after all these commando droids were designed to be an elite tactical battalion, capable with dealing with the Imperials finest whilst being much more maneuverable. “You understand that these droids cost us quite the hefty price?” He asks in quite a condescending tone, after all he was talking to a young girl that appeared to have no concept with the problems of finances. He hangs his head down sighing “Nevermind that, you have been summoned by the Dreadlord, your master …”

Two magnaguards arrived either side of the Admiral, their electro staves flickering a purple electrical field, neither of them took a battle stance but neither did they appear to be defenseless. Their red beams of optics did not trail off the latest apprentice to Lord Kroxata, programmed with the past experiences of her crazed outbreaks and sought procedures to instantly prevent such an event, that was -if- she failed to comply. Graden showing his hand to the exit, hoping to escort her back to the Beast’s Lair

Meanwhile within the sacred chamber of the Dathomiri Hammer, Kroxata could sense the swirling forces of the Dark Side sway back and forth before him, primarily in conflict with something, a warning of sorts and Kroxata knew of what they saw. It was Neive, his mere aura across the galaxy send ripples of doubt and deception to the Sith Lord telling of the betrayer of both Light and Dark, yet little did their warnings matter, the Nightbrother would never let go of his word, if not to keep hold of his culture that survived through the two then it would be to save his own life when the time came that fate came to him.

A hologram quickly illuminated the room in a bright blue glow, the communications officer taking his message to the Dreadlord with the absence of Admiral Graden to give any order. “Dreadlord, we are picking up an incoming shuttle, it's appears to be running on the same frequency as the transmission.” “Give it permission to board, and ready am escort team in the Main hanger.” “As you wish my Dreadlord.”

And so, as the ship docked, Neive put away his weapons in a small compartment meant for storage of such. Neive walked out of the ship as the small hull opened, a confident but serious stance he had himself in as he stepped onto the docking bay of the ship. As he examined the ship's interior, he was quite impressed. How far his brother had come from being that brute on Dromund kaas. His mind was now much sharper, and it seemed that he quickly rose through the ranks of the Sith. An impressive feat, no doubt.
"So... this is what you've been up to..." Neive almost whispered to himself as he stepped forward, walking towards the chambers of his brother. Through the ship, he could sense the forms of many different men and women, however one stood out. One dark presence that he knew oh so well. And that was where he headed.
Meanwhile, The pilot droid inside the ship began to run diagnostics on it, making sure the personell aboard didn't interfere with the ship. The droid may not have accompanied Neive through all of his adventured, but it certainly knew that Neive's reputation among the sith's ranks was not good whatsoever.
"I have a bad feeling about this..."

Fixated upon the admiral, Xendiss regulated her respiration, chest heaving back and forth as she flexed out her fingers, cracking each and everyone corresponding knuckle in her idle gesture. Slowly, her upper chest reared down to a more casual stance, perspiration trickling down her forehead and tickling her lip, causing her to trace his tongue around her petite set to absorb its salty taste.

Her face squirms, as if in disgust to the bitterness of her own heated sweat, but in fact swishes around a concoction of sweat and saliva in her mouth, pursing up her lips before redirecting her sight down to one of the fallen, mangled machinery. The robot lays down with most limbs and technological components severed and springing out in malfunction, obliterated by her former massacre of the programmed humanoids. Suddenly, she unleashes the tight purse of her lips, ejecting pressure forth and sending a splatter of spit down unto exposed electronics of the droid, causing the erupting sparks that splash out repeatedly to suddenly thrust out with more violent sparks and a spewing reddened flame.

"Best increase your budget then, admiral. More where that came from." The tongue she carries hosts an extremely mocking and provocative touch to it, speaking with a light smirk twisting on one side of her face. Turning back mightily with a spin of her heels and striding forth with a now completely formed grin on her visage, she takes delight in her instant dismissal of the subject, assuming herself triumphant.

All emotion then drops from her expression, inquisitive to the lack of life essences expelled from one of the man's eyes, a light twitch uncontrollably spasming in the facial muscles of her upper right cheekbone. Perceiving the cybernetics and simply staring, not drawing her Force vision towards the other technological guards aside him, Xendiss becomes distanced and almost entranced, clearly contemplating on plans for herself. This could potentially be a way to better her physical form from the height and overall strength that she lacked in when it came to her anatomy. She felt her size a curse, and sought out other ways to enhance power and overcome this hindrance. Perhaps, augmentations were the answer.

Quickly, she snapped back into reality as Graden held out his hand towards the escort, waiting formally for her departure to join her. Complying with a grunt of dismay, she strode forth to her cloth on the ground, picking up a jet black cloak and hood that she slung over her hood and shoulders, letting her arms slip through the red-trimmed sleeves as it enveloped her training armour, the top of the shadowy hood cascading down and covering her blindfold.

Tilting her head even further over to shroud her face and reveal only her smug, twisted lips in a smirk, she strides towards Graden. "Gentlemanly." She comments, coming in close, lifting an index finger in temptation to tap at his cybernetic eye, her childish curiosity shining through, as well as her lust for exploration of bodily modifications to compensate for little height. Only to realise the two magnaguards. Immediately, her mood shifts, feeling the bots presence an added intrusion as she listens carefully to the positioning and electronic pulsations of their energy-coiled staves. Anger quickly contorts and clenches in her face, the hand rising to a revolutionary fist in front of his face, only before storming off before him, echoing into the grey shadows of the distant corridor from her chamber. She was familiar with the route to the lair of her Dreadlord master.

The many Bx-series commando droids followed by the Sith troopers kept their faceless watch upon the arrival, most aboard the Maul knew of this Dathomirian’s past deeds, acting as a bringer of treachery and deception. No one aboard trusted the Nightbrother, but they also feared the wrath of their new master, the Dreadlord, he had already made an example of those that dared defied the orders of the Dathomiri Hammer. That did not however keep the many guards and troopers from keeping a gun constantly pointed at his head. After the traitor had finally departed from the main central hanger, the troopers began their small investigation of the Dreadlock inspecting everything they could reach to ensure Neive’s means of travel did not contain any means to assault the flagship of the Sith armada, or any beacons that could be used to contact the various enemies of the Sith.

As Neive entered the the pitch black chamber, he could notice the only visible object being the bottom half of Kroxata’s stone throne, his black armour shimmering in the light from the open doors into the Beast’s Lair. His towering figure now came with much more of a dark presence, something far greater and more powerful than Neive had ever felt from his fellow Nightbrother, the sheer magnitude of anger and rage that swirled around the chamber. The face of the monstrous behemoth however was concealed by a shadow, blocking out the more in depth details, though it can be seen through the shadows that he possessed a scowl on his face. He respected his brother for being the last of his race, though that did not bring pleasure to know that what he deals with here could lead to the Emperor himself after his head.

“This mere conversation alone is enough to have my allegiance questioned by the Sith, if I had been more lenient to my armies then they would have rebelled against me by now.” He rises from his throne descending from the steps to the same level as his fellow Nightbrother, both of his fist clenching with the swirling presence of the Dark side extending in its strength “So tell me, what do you have to tell me, that places my own legacy at such a great risk brother?”

Neive looked down, thinking over what he would say. After all, with what happened at Koda Station, what would he tell his brother? His plan had ultimately failed before it had even begun. However, he could still make it work. He had to make it work.
"I came here to ask you something. A few months ago, I had made a plan." he looked at his brother. "Something that would not only push tensions between the alliance and the empire to the brink. However, my original plan had failed. I had thought that while the alliance held an assault on Endor, the empire would be distracted and the sith could make an attack on the planet of Botajef. However, now the alliance plans on moving forces to Botajef to defend it. So, I have made a backup." He held out a holoprojector and a map of the galaxy showed in front of them. Neive gestured to the planet of Botajef. "Botajef is on one of the empire's most trusted trade routes, the hydian way. However, since the alliance is moving towards it, we can instead take a different planet on the same route: Celanon. If we can manage to successfully capture celanon, then not only will it expand sith territory, but it will also force the empire to use a different trade route: Specifically one that moves on the border between the empire and alliance. The close proximity will have some people get jumpy from both sides, and more and more battles will play out. This will make the resources in the transports change hands and will also bring casualties from both factions." Neive put the projector away, looking at his brother. "This plan can work. But nobody can single-handedly take a planet. If this is to work, I need help." He sighed, looking at his brother. "I will not be able to help take Cellanon in person. But I can do my best to keep the alliance blind as the sith take it. Then... I will return." He smiled, a malevolence in his eyes like his brother had never seen in him before. "Cellanon will be your first conquest, and a major one at that. And with both of us together? The empire doesn't stand a chance."

Echoing through the corridor in her mighty, intimidating stride, Xendiss walks with a heightened pace, the echoing metal of her boots and the surface beneath her unable to be heard, giving no warning of her descent towards the sound-proof Beast's Lair. Checking her waists, Xendiss ensures the lock of the vibrations and plasma, vibrant powers of both strapped vibroblades are all tightened, staying weary of any motions being perceived as hostile. Her hand actions were subtle, as to not act as if she was reaching for her blades upon entering the Lair, despite the fact that her direct advance on the shadowy room in the distance was extremely aggressive, causing Graden and the magnaguards quicken up, too, only before halting.

"Protect the room." With one command, the guards nod, striding forth just behind Xendiss as Graden observes the Sith's maddened steps, shaking a head in dismay before leaving for the ship's bridge once more.

Both automated, bulky machine-driven doors slide open, parting for Xendiss' entry, not slowing down whatsoever before stopping just aside Neive, deliberately distancing herself from him. His presence evidently puts her in dismay - she believed this meeting was just for her. Further pursuit on her training, most preferably. But no. Damnable official business. His aura also aroused some uncertain dismay, but her practised control caused her to retain respect, falling to her knees, a pool of the cascading black cloak splaying out across the floor. The hood dips even further over her face, covering her little nose. Silence ensues as she awaits.
