Just try and describe what you have in mind for your character, what he/she looks like, etc.
And whenever you're ready head over to Docking Bay to get started on the RP. Once you've done the 10 days of RP posts and stuff in your thread you can apply on the SLIU site thing and become a full member.

Oh, and make sure you join the Empire. Bring peace and security to the galaxy.

This is what he looks like. This is the OC i came up with like years ago and i have always used this image as what Jortian looks like.
I usually have him as a force sensitive in my Roleplaying. He likes to hang around in the middle so hes not dogmatic like the jedi and hes not some crazy power hungry sith either. He loves to kill and he loves to rescue.

I plan on joining the Empire so maybe i could be some force wielding assassin :O?

There is an Inquisitor group if I am not mistaken, though that is not my expertise. I will see about sending the one who is versed in such things to say hello.
