Before you spend another deployment hunting Turned Components, check what you've already collected. The 3D Printer recipe calls for 100 Metals and 3 Stock Rods, so a missing epic item doesn't have to stop your crafting plans. If you're browsing MW4 Bot Lobbies while planning your next session, keep that material requirement handy. Turned Components carry a cash value of 1500, but selling them means losing an ingredient you'll need for other equipment. Check your intended recipe before deciding whether they're worth more as cash or as parts.

Know what you're making first

Two Turned Components go into either of the main recipes that use them. For an Impact Warhead in the Fire Support category, you'll also need 3 Nitro Compounds and 5 Detonators. A Parachute, found under Gear, instead requires 5 Nylon Cloth and 10 Rigid Synthetics alongside those two components. That's a useful distinction before you start filling your bag. Want both items You'll need four Turned Components altogether. Pick your immediate goal first, then collect the matching materials rather than carrying half of two unfinished recipes.

Head for the Rice Mill

If you'd rather find the finished component, make for the Rice Mill in Imjin Farmland on Hajin. The facility sits above the surrounding agricultural ground, making it a clear destination when you're planning an approach. It's a medium-threat location, though, not somewhere to wander through with your attention fixed on loot. Hostile forces guard the buildings, and fighting can turn into close-range encounters once you're inside. Use cover on the way in and deal with nearby enemies before opening containers. A promising toolbox isn't much help if you're caught searching it.

Give the red tool chests priority

Inside the mill, focus your search on the large red tool chests spread through the buildings. These are the containers to check for Turned Components, alongside regional combat notes and ordinary building materials. Finding the component isn't assured, so keep an eye out for Metals and Stock Rods too. An otherwise disappointing chest could still move you closer to printing what you need. Watch the radiation countdown as you search. It's easy to spend too long checking another room when you've already gathered enough materials to make the trip worthwhile.

Leave with a workable plan

Before heading out, check whether you've secured finished components or enough resources for the printer recipe. Either result gives you something useful to work with. If you're deciding whether to buy MW4 Bot Lobby, keep that choice separate from your material checklist. For this crafting objective, the practical route stays straightforward: search the Rice Mill's red chests, collect the required parts when the item doesn't appear, and leave yourself enough time to extract.
