Rhoden sneered as he looked from the foolish girl to the Sith. "Be my guest, girl." he said giving her a small push in their direction. He had decided that he really didn't have a care to give for the girl anymore. "Come on, let's go." Rhoden said turning and walking briskly away with Jorvan at his heels. Once they were a reasonable distance away Rhoden spoke into his commlink "Sith on-site, we proceed tonight and get off this rock before morning."

Not waiting for a response Rhoden lowered the commlink and looked back towards where he had left the girl, "It's a shame we didn't have any high-yield explosives on hand." he said, "I'd not bet on that dropping those freaks." Jorvan replied. Rhoden grimaced but made no further comment, he took a turn down a narrow alley and came out near the repair bay where Darnik's ship was supposed to be, as well as his makeshift office and temporary residence.

He looked between the two and shrugged. "Well the job I was hired for is already taken care of so I'm off to see about the next one. Still have a ship to repair and supplies to get."

He walked off back to the upper end of town to see if the local powers needed anyone else brought in.

Cora stumbled backwards, she glowered at him. Her face flushed with anger, not able to conceal her emotions anymore. She watched him start to walk away and then yelled, "Go to Hell, jerk!" Her mouth was dry, and she began to bite her lip again. The familiar taste of the salty, sweetness of the blood from her peeling lips came again, so she bit her lip harder. She deserved this. God, she should of just sucked it up and stayed at home with her annoying, stuck up sister.

No.

This was her sister's fault, her god damn, snob of a sister. All of this mess was because of her sister. Her stupid sister. Her name didn't even describe her. Aura, meaning fresh air. When you're around her, it was stale air rather than fresh. She always acted like nothing was wrong! It was all Aura's fault that she was now mad and in this mess. Aura was the sole reason she, Cora ran away.

With her hazel eyes she watched the two walk away, and then she was alone again. It didn't feel like she was alone but, she hoped that she was. She didn't want to be in the presence of any living thing. Cora looked ahead, but she didn't want to to return to the hotel just yet, because now her reason of returning later has grown. She chewed on her lip, wondering what to do. Maybe she should just go and return to the hotel. She could grab her bag and find somewhere else to go, but where else would she go with the little money she had and the even smaller will to interact with people.

It was a rarity that the Sith Empire, and the Galactic Empire wouldn't kill each other on sight. This Sith had no idea the identity of the two, however, and considered them both possible Mercenaries, or bounty hunters. They weren't as rare on planets like these- compared to a core world, or something closer to the inner rim. Though why were they here- and why were they heckling this girl? As Dastan neared, he could hear angry voices, the girl's- and his eyes squinted in the darkness-

Was that Lord Blood nearby? Had to be. Not many other Sith Lords left to run recruitment- traveling outside the Cloak Of The Sith and other Sith Order worlds to look for hopefuls.... Voices echoed quietly off the alley walls, and just over the sound of the rest of the city they were in. Constant humming of transports, hovercraft, speeders, power centers, and air conditioning and filters for the nearby buildings.

He passed through a slow rolling mist before coming in close enough for his voice to be heard without having to raise it- a dim light showing his gray-green jacket over heavy (but not bulky) spacer clothes. Rare form for this one. Though he had since pulled up the collar on the jacket, and stayed somehow beneath the lights to make his face difficult to detect. Maybe it was even through manipulation of the dark force, though naught but his nose, and cheekbones were easily visible.

"You, girl." he spoke clearly- and direct. His irises would shine slowly- appearing a yellow-gold color, surrounded by a thin line of red, appearing from the dark shadowed holes beneath his eyebrows. He then looked to Lord Blood- and gave a nod. "How would you like to learn to not get into situations like these?" he gave a slight smirk, realizing the first words he said would need to be molded carefully, and without masks or metaphor, or hidden meaning. "I know this may be very direct, or short- and admittedly, it is. Though my time is valuable, and I'm sure yours is, too." He awaited to see if she would run, or stand her ground and either ask questions- or wait to hear he or the other Sith Lord had to say to her.

She indeed was force sensitive- Dastan could feel it's raw power laying dormant. Something like that would control someone's destiny pretty heavily- with forces of the galaxy coming after her. Dastan felt it was his duty to not only strengthen his own numbers, but to keep this girl out of anyone else's hands. Almost like he treated all young force hopefuls as his own property to covet, train, and let loose on the galaxy with a new mindset. A Sith mindset- constantly searching for truth, answers, and to constantly better oneself to not only survive- but to emerge victorious and successful- to whatever success means to the beholder.

Blood watched the two comply, them leaving with little less that unceremonious departure. Seemed this girl irked them.
And seemed she had no clue who had come to her own rescue. The 'bad guys', the stereotypical 'villains'. The ones without morals, the 'nightmares of children and adults'. Anything and everything they had been dubbed. It was almost comical the names. Or atleast it was to Blood. Just a bit. Just until there was no fear behind the words, just until he had to show exactly why he was worth being feared. Why he truly was a "Nightmare".
A tisket for a tasket,...
A bleeding and bloody basket...

The Wolf unruffled his mental hackles, hostility vanishing as proper as if they had never been present. Turning, he was not only face to face with the girl who seemed more and more unstable as the seconds went by, but with the Agent as well. 'He is a man of large stride, it seems; he was not as close the last I felt.' he mused to himself.

A courteous nod was returned to the mysterious man as he laid his own eerie irises back on the situation they both chose to intervene their daily lives with. This girl.
This confused little girl.

"I think she has a reputation for finding herself in more than what she can handle..."

Blood narrowed his eyes at the petite female, his Sense in the Force rubbing almost knowingly against the immediate abrasion in her heart.

"You can almost smell how little regard she has for safety. And currently, from what I gather, I taste the intricate blend of self doubt and recklessness in her."

The Sith Lord was tempted to take a step back form the girl, just to pull himself from the urge to snatch her up and plunge her into a world of absolute chaos and malicious energies. His instinct to ruin whatever innocent beauty she may have held. To drive a stake of Sith claim directly into the center of her mind...

But he kept his stature sturdy and awaited whatever came next in this little event of theirs.

There was that irk, there in her stomach. Deep down but, she knew someone was there. But who?
She was so lost in her thoughts she didn't see the people who set off this irk of not being alone. Cora looked up and around at them. Not knowing if she should be shocked or what. There were two of them, one close enough to be heard and the other one was closer. She felt their eyes.

Hearing the voice from, Dastan, made her step back, when he addressed her. She didn't appreciate being call, girl, it gave her a bitter taste in her mouth but, this isn't what should be running through her head now. She should be thinking about what he said. She watched their movements one nodding to the other. They probably knew each other and judging from their clothing, the way they looked and acted she wondered if she should be unsettled. Cora didn't feel uncomfortable or unsettled, to her there was nothing really unsettling about them. Maybe, that would be different if she wasn't in such an angry mood.

She registered what he said in her mind, what was he offering? Was this the whole truth? Cora looked away from Dastan and then to the other who was standing close, Blood. To her it seemed he was eyeing her differently than Dastan. But, their eyes were both strange and different. Creepy in some way, but not scary enough for her to run away, but instead they made her more curious then she should be. Cora knew the price of curiosity and the price was bad more than it was good. So she kept her wits about her, she took a calming breath to try and soothe the remaining angry , but her voice came out rough and edgy, "Who are you?" Cora knew she was ignoring the question that was asked first but, how was she supposed to answer not knowing who they were? This was one of many questions that was in her mind. She didn't want to ask so many, she wasn't that person. Cora kept her stance not wanting to run, but she took another step back, cautious but not truly afraid.

"We are from the Order of the Sith." Was all he responded with. "I can feel a glint of the force within you. Maybe something you've felt, but didn't know the meaning of. Maybe a stroke of luck, rash emotions... maybe you've got vivid dreams, or coincidentally great reflexes when under duress... Something within you that you just can't explain."

He placed his left hand casually to his hip, looping his thumb over his thick swordbelt. "We don't care who you were before this moment." he shook his head. "We are here to offer you a chance to grip your future with your own hands. The chance to learn the ways of the force. To take control of your destiny." and giving a brief paused before he mused- "To join the Order of the Sith."

He looked to Blood to see if he wanted to add anything. Though normally he wasn't this forthcoming or nice to new hopefuls. Though times were changing a bit- and something was happening with the force. It's like after the slaughter on Ziost earlier that year of a large portion of Sith warriors had brought on a bevy of young force sensitives that Dastan's Watchers picked up. Like old lives being replaced by new ones...

In times of old- it was join or die. Because force sensitives who 'weren't' sith could be considered threats. Dastan was indeed a Sith- believing heavily in the laws of nature, and pure Kratocracy. Though he also believed in free will. Posing the chance for the girl to make her own decisions- whether or not they were influenced by white lies, or biased descriptions. He would await her response before either having to disclose that if she wasn't with them, she would indeed be against them. The world of a sith was rather black and white.

Cora looked at them, feeling shocked, "That explains..things?" She whispered, thinking of the dreams she had in the past. They weren't always bad, but, most of them were. For example, when she was still was living with her sister, the dreams were bad. She constantly woke up in the middle of the cool nights, too nervous to sleep again.

Cora starting chewing her lip again, making her lips more raw. She listened to the rest Dastan had to say. The Sith. Hesitating and unsure of what to say, she replayed his words. This could be something that she needs. Whatever this power was in her, she wanted to know how to use it. It intrigued her and maybe it could help with her dreams. She could find a meaning to them. Maybe? She looked at the ground Cora opened her mouth and then closed it, not knowing what to say. She thought, quickly not wanting to waste their time. She really just wanted to ask, why now but, she could of course answer that herself, and she didn't want to just say, that she wanted to join. She looked at the ground, "I-I don't know what to say?" She muttered, "I having a feeling that it is the right thing to join. I feel like the dreams I had have been pointing me in this direction." She looked down at the ground suddenly insecure about what she said, and then back at them. Cora forced herself to say one more thing, "But, will you keep your word about helping me?" Her ability to trust was mostly lost, from the years of living her family. So it's hard for her to exactly trust them especially with their appearances but, what they said sounded true enough and matched up with her feelings. The dreams and her anger surges, could this just be the power that was in her?

He could see her kneeling, begging, crying, words tumbling from those pretty and ruby-encrusted lips as she coughed a heave of garnets from her gut. 'Please, stop, Please stop, please stop,', a delicious melody of pain and brutally slow execution echoing her distress into the cold and careless silence of the alley. No one was here to help her, no one was here to love her. She would die, this girl, sad, alone, and forever engulfed in uselessness-

Blood snapped out of the vision, his mind snatching him back into the reality he had mentally drifted away from. Molten sun orbs hardened as his fantasy vanished as a memory and he had fully taken on what was currently happening. What had prompted that?

"But, will you keep your word about helping me?"

His consciousness had picked up on her weak independence, and molded it into an illusion he had immersed himself in, it seemed. And as if he had been fully into the entire circumstance, his baritones bled into the conversation, a response from the Sith Lord.

"Coincidence does not exist. There is only one thing, and that is the End. If you chose to ignore your purpose, then the Void will take you much sooner than what was originally meant to be."

'sฬถhฬถaฬถtฬถtฬถeฬถrฬถ ฬถmฬถeฬถ...'

Something tensed up in him...his patience, maybe? His fists contorted into fists, smoke slipping from between closed digits and meat. His temperature was rising, specifically in his chest, and he knew then it truly was his patience waning. What triggered it?

"We are only a piece of your destiny. Take it by your own free will, girl, or it will be your own undoing. Only then will you find help, and it will be from you helping yourself."

"Then come with me." He spoke succinctly- flat- emotionless. Hiding completely his impatience. Then she asked him to keep his word. He reached his gloved hand out to help her up. He wanted to just take her by the hair and drag her to his ship. These impulses, like many other things, were kept under control. The darkness was different in everyone.

"Help you? Of course. Though he has a point- That's what this is about- helping those who help themselves." Though his version of 'help' may be different than most people's. His honeyed words coating the bitter truths that would come. Helping her meant indeed directing her in the ways to become stronger, and the ways to more control- and setting her on the path to ambition and power.... Though that also meant an incredibly stressful life to come. The Sith have a way with taking the 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger' attitude very seriously.

"And I can tell that you want to help yourself. Maybe you just haven't had that particular chance until now..." His eyes narrowed. His ability to be kind and patient were beginning to wane. He needed to get through this, and quickly.

Through the force, he could feel her dormant anger. Though it wasn't like a scent, like many things come to him. It was more like he was looking at a balloon- ready to pop. There was a lot of pent up emotion in there, and he would peel those emotions slowly through the foreseeable future. Though, of course, only if she did his bidding. He would train her to understand those emotions, and understand how to use them to push herself.

"So- come with me. Let's see what you're capable of." His eyes narrowed at that prospect. Seeing new hopefuls was always a curious event, watching them grow- or die in the ranks. He had a feeling about this one, though... This would be one who would do what it takes to survive.
