"I could sip you like a vintage wine," [Kressara]

Blood had successfully managed to leave the planet with less ruckus than he had initially expected to befall him, being on a non-home planet, and all. He was disappointed he couldn't keep his composure when it called for it, but sometimes some people simply needed to have a foot on their necks to ensure they knew who was the Alpha, vs. themselves. No one was to contest, whether it be a simple stranger, or even his own Hopefuls. As such, the devilishly handsome man turned to the woman who had boarded as they sailed themselves through the stars to the planet she would be best suited for, at this moment; Dromund Kaas.

This woman was not ready to join the populace of Sith. She had too much resilience in her, and he would not tolerate such mockery in his Pack. He also considered throwing Belladonna in there for good measure, but his focus for the moment was this new blood; Kressara.

"Interesting fight you put up. Your choice between the two evils was well warranted. Sucks you didn't flinch over my threat against Tam; I wanted to see more horror on your face."

A roboticized voice called out from the pilot seat as he was asked, "Where to?"

"Dromund Kaas."

His presence was overwhelming to say that least, almost crowding. It was as if Blood’s very spirit could contaminate an entire room and crush out the energy of all those around him. Kressara was left a little less confident than she’d hoped she would be once they boarded the ship and now that there was nothing to do but sit and answer the man she felt more nervous than before. She took a seat nearby and began going over her options when his voice broke her train of thought. Was he serious? He’d already gotten her to follow him and he was STILL trying to demoralize her? Her frown said it all.

“That girl is with you...why would I follow you because you threatened to harm your own ally? You’d have been doing me a favor. Contrary to what your beliefs seem to be, I’m not that foolish.”

Kressara wasn’t the strongest person he could have kidnapped, but she wasn’t about to just crumple to his every whim and show him the horror he wanted to see. His musing about her lack of panic only solidified her will to stay brave.
The ships thrusters picking it up off the ground caused a small jolt in the hull, one that rubbed Kressara’s hidden wound the wrong way. She jumped and sucked in air briefly, quickly cursing herself for even giving him that. Her frosted blonde bangs fell even further over her face after that slight jogging and nearly hid her angry glares towards the Sith lord. How badly she wanted to plant a fist on those lips of his. She really would be an idiot for trying that here of all places, so instead Kressara kept her hands by her coat pockets and a watchful eye on Blood.

“What do you want with me?”

She had a point. Blood was moreso distracted with the random man who simply insisted on being there to be in his way. it had the Sithian wonder if the man was some member of an agency sent to stop Sith. If so, he hadn't done his job very well, but in the end, the blonde had ended up being an accomplice to her own kidnapping. She had assisted him, and that was all that solidified his initial belief in this situation being destined to work in his favor.
He wouldn't allow himself to be too bigoted on the favor, however.

"I don't simply want anything from you, sweetheart," he scoffed as he drew near her. His hands clasped behind his back, tightening the sleeves as they pressed against the sabers that were hidden underneath the tasteful fabric.

"I want all of you."

Blood locked his eyes with her own, pure and untarnished gold meeting the fresher and more verde and vibrants of her own chartreuse stare.

"Your heart, your soul, your mind, but what I want most of all, is your power."

Blood was a greedy man, selfish, and egocentric. But he was much more cunning than the average madman. Turning away from her, he sighed, almost reluctantly.

"But such a thing is too easy. I could have killed you and simply been done, but what in the end would that have given me? Not a damn thing. Instead, I don't want you to die for me, Kressara," he slung the subject off the side of a cliff, just barely hanging only to rope.

"I want you to live for me."

A shaking head begun his new sight on this conversation as he vocally let go of that rope.

"But now is not the time for you to do so, as you have not chosen to pledge yourself to me. So instead, as a gift from me to you, I'm going to not only keep you alive, but I'm going to ensure you know just how far your chain stretches before you hang yourself from your own resistance."

Power? What power? I’m a farmer's daughter! Unless you want some crops harvested, I doubt I’ve got anything to give you.”

So she really didn’t know about her connection to the force, which would likely play to his advantage. Had she any real idea the potential a force sensitive was capable of, she’d have had the guts to at least attempt to hurt him. Now he was talking about living for him and choking herself on metaphorical chains. It was all just too much for Kressara. The one person in the entire galaxy who wants nothing to do with any of it, and she ends up being conscripted into a madman’s quest for power and dominance. If this was some higher powers idea of a joke…

“You’re not asking for much then. Surely there are other people in the entire universe who’re better suited for whatever means you’re looking to accomplish? One that...I don’t know...might actually want something to do with your agenda.”

The sass is strong with this one. In truth she was indeed terrified now after hearing his spiel about life and death in his name, but in that fear she was beginning to realize something...there was nothing left in life to stop her from facing her fears. She had nowhere left to hide, no one left to live behind. Before she’d lived her life in the shadow of others and for once she wasn’t attached to anything. Something in that made it harder to handle, but somehow the fear of facing it just made her all the more quick to protect herself. Maybe she was finally learning how to stand up to others. The anger she felt over everything that had happened was actually fueling her desire now, not letting her give in.

“Who are you really?”

Blood listened to her, his auds attuned to the sassery. Her words didn't necessarily go in one ear and out of the other; quite the contrary. Her exasperation only confirmed her story; the poor Hopeful had been surrounded by ignorance. Just another victim of the 'know nothing' club.

The Sith Lord knew not every Hopeful had idea they were something more special than the rest that surrounded them. Farm girl, or not, the Force had gifted her with manipulation of it's own essences, and Blood intended for her to empower herself, but only for his cause, and the Sith's cause.

"My agenda," he snorted, as if she had actually meant to be funny with her taunt. "What do you know of my agenda?"

He had done what several 'regular' activities. Gualara-riding, swimming with Melodies, Bonecrusher-watching. Tending to business affairs, overseeing agriculture, even establishing communications with those who would have slaughtered him had he chosen to be what the stereotypical Sith was supposed to be. Survival came not from how much strength you exuded, but how wily you were. How cunning you were. Tormentous had taught him to use his brain, not just his arms. How else would he have bested Kroxata? He was the Dathomirian Hammer for a reason.
But hammers didn't have a purpose, they were meant for only one thing-
Hitting stuff, over and over again. That's all they were used for.

Blood was caught up in his own mind long enough. Snapping himself from the memory lane, he turned back to Kressara. "I am the man is going to give you purpose, Kressara."

He knew well enough that he didn't answer her question properly. But as courtesy called for on his end, she hadn't come to better him, and she surely hadn't come to see him be successful. He wasn't obligated to tell her a damn thing.
So he didn't.

A wave of hatred washed over the hull as he gave his answer. Kressara found his lack of answers to be in poor taste given the fact that it was HE who kidnapped HER, however she supposed in his own twisted mind it was perhaps her snarky attitude that earned his silence. Instead of trying to do the impossible, winning an argument with a person she believed to be insane, she decided to give him a taste of his own medicine. Not before spitting out her final opinion on the matter however.

“What is purpose? It’s merely an excuse one gives themselves to justify their life or lack thereof. It’s something people hide behind when questions about themselves leave them feeling empty inside...A man looks at his own hands and wonders why they haven’t made the galaxy a better place, then blames it on his purpose. Dreams are crushed by purpose when all purpose thrives to be is a dream.”

And with that the girl crossed her arms, slung a dainty leg over the other, and stared angrily at one particular bolt in the wall to avoid eye contact with Blood. She was a fuming mixture of disgust and fear, anger and regret. Her very aura was manic and without direction, constantly changing and unsteady. She went from terror to bravery in mere moments, anger to misery, and false confidence to true disbelief so frequently. Kressara was unstable to the point of mystery, leaving her potential masked by her particular brand of chaos

That was the problem with idiocy; it was hard to scrub it away. There was no polishing rust, and this poor girl was rusted all over.

"Purpose, love, is what you make it to be. I choose my own purpose, and you will choose yours. It does not choose you. If you allow anything to choose you, then you are just as weak as the rest of the slaves we command to toil our labors."

The Sith Lord was an independent man who ran on his own accord. He man not have had the struggle or decisions his own prior Master had to decide against, but he didn't need them. In the end, Blood remembered his Sire for who he was, and he knew enough of how he thought and acted to determine what was victory, what was fruitful, and what wasn't. He chose his own fate- no one else, and not even the gods themselves could jurisdict his end.

"The man who fails himself is only meant to blame himself, not his hands. That was where his folly lie. His ignorance. Dreams and hopes are for the meek. If you want it hard enough, if you are passionate about your goal, the only enemy in your way is your own self."

Tormentous was a man he saw who ensured his will was done. No one stood in his way, and those who had, were reckoned with. Tormentous could have easily taken Slade and siphoned the power from him. He could have allowed that Echani to murder him with lightning, but he hadn't. He protected those under his rule, spoke for those who were loyal to him.

Blood had already decided Kressara's fate. And there was no one possibly alive who would be able to stop him, other than himself. She was going to be loyal to him. She was going to live for him, to obey him, to serve him with an undying loyalty that rivaled what Blood had with Tormentous. It was going to be absolutely remarkable what he was going to accomplish with his increased power, simply from having her by his side. She would be no pariah within his hold.
She would find paradise.
But first, he had to shatter her.

"Take me to the sun,
I feel I'm chasing rainbows,
" he sang lightly to himself as he turned from her rebellious stance in the seating. "And now I'm lost and I'm alone, waiting for a chance to," he continued as he went up to the viewport. "Sink my teeth into, another desperation." he abruptly cut the lyric off as he brought the holowatch to appropriate vocal vicinity.

Not all knights in shining armor,
can make your dreams come true.
He's not quite as charming,
As he may seem.

He sent his Son a message. "Guvus zo cele ant Dromund Kaas."

Her fixation on the wall eased as he spoke, face still pointed away from him and yet her eyes turned to stare from behind her bangs. He talked as if he knew it all, but then again so did she. Kressara and Blood were likely not all too different when it came to their most base patterns, though everything that stemmed from them grew vastly apart from one another’s point of view. The Sith seemed to look for what he wanted around him and looked for potential in others. Up until this point in her life Kressara only ever sought her happiness from within. Maybe that’s why she wasn’t completely lost after the tragedy that befell her home and family. Maybe it’s because the people who hunted her never actually managed to take from her what she most cherished...herself. Of course Kressara loved her parents and would miss her home greatly, but even in times of happiness she could be found alone enjoying her own company.

Now here a man stood who threatened to make her live outside of herself, and Kressara was none too happy to accommodate such a prospect.

“Then I won’t let you choose me.” She growled, still not having much to say to him.

Instead she focused on the future. He was taking her somewhere and chances were it was NOT pleasant. She needed to find a way to escape him once they landed. Trying to take over his ship was no good. She didn’t know the first thing about ships and the fear of losing herself in space was a little too real for her. That left only one option. Run like hell as soon as her feet hit solid ground. His singing interrupted her daring plots. Kressara slowly turned her head towards him and blinked as if he’d just coughed up a handful of rocks. Was he for real right now? The baffled look only became more pronounced the more he sung.

At least his voice was pleasant on the ears, even if it was unnerving.

“You’re absolutely mad, there’s no doubt.” Kressara grumbled and slipped her hand into her coat pocket. Her fingers laced around the vile of powder she accepted from Tam, thoughts revolving around how she could possibly use this one single tool to her advantage.

Blood knew her current distaste in him was extreme. The mixture of feelings she produced called to him as a steak would a voracious Nexu.

“Then I won’t let you choose me.”

"Well, it's a bit too late for that one, Kressara...." he reassured her with a smile that would have been charming if it hadn't have belonged to someone of his mindset. But her words, they were fuel to him, and with the words came that enticing roll of perfume only his Senses could be attuned to.It was a noxious aroma that serenaded to him as he did unintentionally to her.
A delicious and hearty meal to his Dark Side's taste buds. He savored them, feeling nothing but an expanse of pleasure at her felt opinion of him.

"I almost want to release all of it in this single room, just to quicken your heart, just a little bit more..." he turned to her, eyeing her less like a human with every inch he traveled in gaze over that feminine frame of hers.

But that wasn't to be. Not yet, atleast. There was still much to do, and to own the mind of a beast, you had to break it. Had he had that thought prior to now? He couldn't exactly remember when he had conjured it up, but deja vu was clicking in his head from it.

"We will see how long you feel this way about me, Kressara. We will see how long you accept this world before you too decide the life of someone sane is simply too bland of a world to live in. The Sith are seen as monsters, yes,"

He turned away from her, eyeing the planet that was swiftly coming upon the ship's view: Dromund Kaas.

"but to the pylat, the nexu is a monster. Yet to the worms and beetles, the pylat is a monster."

Turning to speak over his shoulder, Blood finished his monologue.

"We will see how long it takes before you join the madhouse too."

Her spine stiffened faster than a lightsaber could ignite and with a slight twitch of her left eyelid the discomforted girl uncrossed her legs and scooted as far away from him as possible from where she sat. Her hand gripped the vile a bit more tightly now as her palms began to sweat and the thoughts in her mind raced. She didn’t dare look away from him now as his gaze paired with the words he spoke to her set her on edge. As if to warn him off every emotion, thought, and energy emitting from her visage seemed to scream “Stay away from me.” all at once.

He’d at least succeeded in freaking her out, so much so that she looked prepared to leap out of that chair and beat him with whatever she could get her hands on. Suddenly she was no longer clouded with the energy of someone scheming over different ideas and possibilities, but instead focused on her own preservation in which fear could be felt. He may be attractive, maybe even alluring, but Kressara wasn’t some teenage brat at the mercy of her hormones. She didn’t even think about men often, so being stared at in such a freakishly animalistic way bothered her deeply.

I swear if he so much as takes one step my way, I’ll make him eat my boot. I don’t care how strong he is, or how scary he acts. If you beat a man hard enough HE WILL FALL. Don’t you dare...away, stay away. I’m not kidding you psychopath. I’ll kick you where it counts, I promise. Crazy person!

Her mind was throwing threats and warnings his way like she somehow stood a chance of defeating such a foe, but all the girl outwardly said in response to his creepy leering was, “So you’re a Sith…”

At least he finally gave her a little information, though it was a bit late now that they were approaching a planet Kressara was certain she didn’t want to step foot on.

“I’d really rather not…”
