The two did their own dance, so to speak, inside the empty bar. Patrons had been long gone by now as the two had caused quite a scene. The bar was torn to pieces and bodies laid lifeless along the cold hard alcohol stained floor. A parting of a crowd was something the young Sith were used to, but this scene was beginning to look like opposing forces finally colliding in one enormous eruption of madness.

Memories flooded into the mind of the young man as the two traded blows. They were distant, but still prominent in the mind of the Initiate. They had practiced this type of situation many times before. Raphael had often toned his efforts down a bit, so that he might ease the loss of the bout as he usually overpowered his sister.

In this instance though, it was different. They went blow for blow as Raphael gave everything he had. It was surprising to see his sister finally match up to her twin equally, the young man was not prepared for such a revelation coming from Lilith. The girl was finally showing her true worth, but in the wrong condition. Any other time Raphael would have been proud, but this time he was worried.

Silver met gold as they whirled around each other; two forces collided in one grand endeavor.

Before he could even react, his sister was moving at such a rapid pace. A bottle was suddenly in her hand as his eyes were diverted. Before he knew it, his legs were taken from out under him. His back slammed to the ground as he felt a shooting pain race up his spine.

Almost in slow motion his silver eyes could see the shattered bottle raining directly down on him. As the glass came down, Raphael quickly put up a hand in defense. The shattered glass met his flesh as it stuck deep down into his palm, crimson thick blood soon followed.

Suppressing the excruciating pain in his hand, Raphael quickly turned to counter her bold move. All in one motion, Raphael swiftly pulled the glass from his palm and attempted to sweep her dominant leg from the ground.

More blood rushed from the palm of his hand as he turned the glass right back on her, aiming for her ribs if he were to successfully knock her off balance.

Back and forth they traded blows now as the sibling pair squabbled. It was to be expected that some one in this dance would receive a wound however as Lilith brought the bottle down upon her brother its stain left behind stunned her for but a moment. Eyes growing wide when the glass did not shatter on impact but instead cut flesh.

Time may have slowed to her mind but at the rate her mind traveled in those moment she could not take in all the details. Such as a whole bottle as instead the already broken piece she used.

Be it broken against the table in mid flight or during the commotion from before now the bottle did in fact mark Raphael and he aimed to press a counter. He moved with speed yet he was flat on his spine where Lilith was not. However, more over, Lilith became distracted by the blood spilt against her brother. Yes indeed she did not water the ground with tears at her father's maimed face but Raphael was another matter.

That distract, the sudden drift from reality, found her unprepared for Raphael's attack. Instinct shot her limbs to move as his legs found footing and went in to sweep her feet. Easily she found space enough to avoid it by shifting her weight and springing upward until the glass found her face.

From the lower position on the floor Raphael aimed true until Lilith's motion compromised it to avoid his ulterior assault.
Blood splashed down to Raphael and Lilith's hand shot to her face holding fast to the pain that split her cheek and traveled up towards her nose.

Lilith stumbled backwards against the floor with one hand propping her upright and her knees bent to plant her while still flat on her rump. Starring through the claws of her clutching hand she shook with raw unfathomable rage. The shadow of her eyes highlighting the Topaz glow of those feral eyes saying nothing. No words were needed as the blood pooled at the base of her chin dripping to the floor.

Slowly she rose to her feet and slower still she started to take a pose removing her hand to reveal the deep gash Raphael cut into her face though as the girl now saw things as clear as day. Raphael cut paled in comparison to how he cut her soul, just now.

Eyes widened as he watched his attempt fail then suddenly take a drastic change of direction. Thick crimson blood shot down splattering a little up his arm as he remained in shock. He watched as she grasped her face hiding behind a thin veil to mask her hurt and pain. Their little spats hadn’t reached this level before, it made him feel faint as his heart raced faster and faster.

Feeling as if a statue made of stone, Raphael found it hard to move even the slightest of inches. His eyes moved from the girl to his hand, still grasping the shattered glass tightly as blood continued to stream out of his palms. A strong beat of his heart could be heard as the two sat in silence, his sister still hiding her pain.

Silver eyes moved towards her as he saw hers glaring back from the curtains of her makeshift veil. The look behind her golden eyes revealed one of a deep pain. Not only had Raphael left a visible wound, but it seemed he left a whole in her heart as well. The young man was vividly shaken from her pain; it was as if his rage was subsiding as hers was flourishing.

She rose to her feet revealing a wild look about her face as he took in the gash that he had caused. Raphael placed his hand on the ground to regain his footing, feeling the sting from the cut while leaving behind a bloody handprint. He looked around at the devastated bar, it would take weeks to recover from the damage that they had caused.

His eyes found hers again as he held out his hands in a defensive position. A soft tone set about him, “Listen… We can still end this. You can still come back home with us.”

Raphael felt uneasy about his request as he saw the rage building up from deep inside her. He knew he was about to take everything she could throw at him, thus preparing with a sturdy defensive position.

"Listen..." More words, "You can still-" How arrogant of him. Damn Raphael for this recession from rage and woe. He, the son, who wanted this dual just as she through action alone only now thought it foolish after delivering such a blow? Blood trickled to the floor one drop at a time beating the steel ground like a drum echoing louder then Raphael's own heartbeat.

That symbolism of blood spilt in hate sounding greater then the heart weeping in shame radiated in the Sister. Lilith did not reply to her brother Raphael in words but her body gave short reply in the stead.

Raphael was foolish to think to turn away from this path he had set to when he first charged Lilith through the bar's threshold though he himself was no fool of mind. He saw the pain in his other half and witnessed an unyielding attraction to conflict after she set herself to in as seen in his readied stance. Internally Lilith cursed her brother for the pitied plea to halt their aggression but praised him to not abandon this path and ultimately his own character by adopting the defensive stance however no smile beautied her face.

Instead she seemed feral.

Instead she lept at her foe with a raised knee simply to initiate as her right fist cocked back and hammered down from above in the flight. The left followed through and both hands joined in a flurry to not land a decisive blow but instead hope to put Raphael off for a future opening.

Had their Father Slade been lurking near perhaps he would see exactly what he desired of his daughter in this moment. That of a unshaken witch focused on a single task unable or willing to falter even in the face of an opponent she thought her better. Except after this day Lilith would only look back with the totality of her guilt weighing heavy as the stillness whispered deceptive thoughts of paths unseen prior to her actions ultimately equating to nothing but empty emotions of scorn.

Blood spattering all over the cold steel floor echoed throughout the entire bar, an eerie emptiness to follow as well. The girl before him still stood firm as her wild rage pooled out around her. She gave neither response nor cause to waver in his efforts to subdue her. Although seemingly unnecessary, Raphael would have to continue on with the bout till she finally came around to accepting who she truly was.

Wild and untamed, the feral wolf stood before him just as she wished to be… alone. The lone wolf running from her pack, just as she always wanted, it made him so tired attempting to suppress her rebelliousness. He grew exhausted from all the bickering and sparring that came from being the duplicate of the lone wolf.

Raphael wanted this over with, all of it, everything that came with her annoyance. His rage had subsided from her previous defiant acts, all he had left was a grim outlook on the future that they had always had mapped out. She no longer wished to be apart of it, causing a kink in Raphael’s beloved destiny.

He wished to be free of this bar and this filthy planet that she had brought them. Momentarily, the young man thought about dropping everything and just walking away. But it seems she wouldn’t allow that to happen, her craving for attention had to be satisfied first.

A hand extended outward to signal his willingness to end this dispute, “Lili----“ Before he could answer the bloodthirsty girl leapt forward in retaliation to his prior words. His request to forego this bloodshed and return home ultimately left her unsettled.

Elbows and knees met his forearms as he attempted parry the flurry of attacks from the girl. It was as if she was attempting to boil the rage built deep down inside the being of Raphael once more. He countered with a couple of soft strikes intended to ward off her attacks from progressing. Head and body moved in unison as he evaded some of the strikes she threw at him.

Creating enough distance, Raphael moved himself behind a table. He looked her over, a ferocious look about her face. Father would be proud of what she had become inside this bar, something truly mad. Before she could move to pounce once more, Raphael picked up the light bar top and flung it towards her in attempt to silence her efforts.

Raphael wavered in his assault. Continuous sparing in the past made the pair know one another more then most siblings as it may have tied into the age old saying, "You never know someone, truly, until you fight them." Maybe that is why she was so angry with Raphael right now. Maybe this was why her fist clenched ever tighter and her eyes strained with the tension driven by emotion.

Raphael's heart wasn't in this fight anymore after he made the mistake to charge his sister. Lilith could see that she easily goaded him to bare his teeth when wounded as any dog would. Though the brother that she loved and trusted found her boot a fitting messenger to allow him to see that Lilith was an angry child lashing out. Even an outsider could determine this fight was one girl's hate painted on another. Who should be in this bar being beaten to a mess was their own father.

Still Raphael stood in her way as Slade's vocal defender.

So here they both were fighting a useless battle that settled nothing. Win or lose Lilith would still hold contempt for her Father who killed her mother, for the man who imprisoned her beneath a ceiling of fear, chained to the illusion of family, and then when confronted walked out without a word.

As Raph used his strength to send the table top flying Lilith winced as the large object met her left forearm deflecting the force downward and away as she side stepped then leapt. Momentum carried her slender figure skyward into a tilted twist as her right leg extended out to deliver another boot. "Fight me!" She screeched.

Images of their father flashed within Lilith's sight. More energy to fuel her flared emotion boiling the idea of a brother away. "He wants to be alpha so bad?!" She thought. "-He'll turn belly up to his Master for the sake of a chance at life. No Brother I'll take my life into my own hands and no one else!" "Defend your Master; I am your enemy so fight me for real!"

maybe she desired death after all?-

The tabletop flew across the floor at an unrecognizable speed, it seemed the young man had been gaining some sort of strength with his training. A realization came with this that maybe his hard work was paying off. He was becoming more and more motivated to leave this situation so that he may return to his training with his father aboard the ship.

Raphael watched as his sister quickly defused the incoming danger of a table thrown at her. Another demand left her lips as she leapt forward with a boot after her acrobatic twist. The young Sith quickly moved out of the way, retreating a few steps back. He then moved to his holowatch, glowing a bright red upon his left wrist. Fingers tapped away at the controls on it as he commanded his protocol droid to have his father prepare for departure of this wretched planet soon enough.

His pale face had been ignoring his sister for a few seconds as his face was illuminated with that watches light. The holowatch powered off as he finished tapping on it, his eyes moving swiftly to gauge his sister’s reaction. Raphael was ready to be free of this place, but ultimately not free of her yet. His rage had consumed him prior, as he wasn’t thinking clearly; all he wanted was for everything to go back to normal.

“Don’t make me hurt you,” he said somberly.

Posture was corrected as he stood up straight to meet her, asserting his dominance in a passive way. A scrunch of his eyebrows fell upon his face to indicate a deep thinking. It could be the best idea to face her and upon defeating her like he usually did, leave her in this wretched place. Raphael would have to assume she was dead at that point, telling his father the same thing. Maybe then she could live the life she always wanted to. That was the best he could offer her, it was a chance at freedom. It was all he could offer at this point, he knew his sister would never want to return to them.

Facial expressions turned downcast, as he looked upon her, still raging and eager for a fight. The young man had to do this; she wouldn’t be able to on her own. Raphael wouldn’t tell her nor give her any indication he was going easy, he had to lie to her. Memories of their past sparring raced through his head, this would be the last time they did so and he would give everything. He only expected her to return the favor as well.

Stuttering his way through the sentence, “If you wont willingly come back... I will have to drag you there, beaten to a pulp…”

He awaited her reaction patiently, it would surely be one filled with rage.

Lilith could not have known the sacrifice her dear brother had just undertaken. Instead she saw him as a monster or a beast at best who disregarded all his love in favor of their Father's grand design. At first it festered in Lilith's heart as a sliver of sorrow thinking his gesture to the wrist mounted device hinted at arrogance. After all if he did not regard her demands it wasn't illogical to think he boasted confidence in victory while the conflict raged.

Father's instruction demanded focus was centered on the opponent and only that focus mattered unless you wished to fail.

Now, however, his words twisted that annoyed undertone into nothing more than hate. Being that his plea fell on deaf ears because if he truly didn't wish to cause his sister harm Raphael could have simply walked out that door.

Lilith said nothing. Instead her body adopted a wider stance and shifted her weight slightly in favor of her right leg. Both hands slowly raised clutching tightly into balled fists not thinking but dwelling on the final statement all the same, "If you won't willingly come back... I will have to drag you there, beaten-..."

Willingly... -I will. I will drag you there. For father I will return you. For Father I will beat you. "...-to a pulp."

No tears came. Not a sound murmured. Just a loop playing in Lilith's brain over and over again. So redundant it edged her closer to madness yet if she gave in Raph could claim his puppet trophy for Father and Lilith would rather she died trying to pound her answer into Raph's memory. If Lilith voiced a reply it would only answer, "You can try."

Lilith stepped forward tossing a light right and then a left ducking low as a faint with the same left she threw. That was how her heavy right gained enough energy to move with ease before Lilith finished the combo off with a knee.

Her demeanor was cold, it seemed as if she did not care anymore. The girl standing before him was not the one he had grown up with. She had become stronger and more independent, the other twin knew what she wanted and would do whatever she had to be free of them.

His heart was full; he knew if he were to go through with this it might just be the last time he ever see his other half again. Through all the bickering and rage that culminated in this bar, he knew deep down in his heart he was wrong. She wasn’t meant for this life. Lilith was meant to be free of them and their unstable patriarch.

In some ways, the young son envied his twin. She was destined for greatness but it seemed she would follow her own trail on the way. Raphael in some ways wished he could as well, but for now he needed to be stronger. The young Sith needed to train more, so when the time came to be free of their father permanently, he would be prepared. Raphael knew that if he ever wanted to truly be free, he would have to be patient. Lord Blood would not let the both of them go free; he was smarter than that, more paranoid in fact.

For now, he would make the sacrifice. He would take the long painful lessons, the burden of their father’s anger. He would take everything so that if they were ever to meet again, Raphael would make sure he would be strong enough to rid them of their father. Only then will they be able to follow their own path together again.

But that was the future and this was now. She had been and always will be, his true weakness.

It was time for one last bout between the two. Raphael had to make it believable.

A smile rolled across his pale lips as she rebuked his plea. It seemed she was angry enough to give him everything she had, he too would return the favor.

Quickly, she leapt forward, throwing most of what she had at him. To the left, now the right, he blocked away whatever she threw at him. They were light, but he anticipated a far more heavy attack here soon. Swiftly, the heavy motion of her right arm came in as the Sith had a hard time reacting. Just in time, he parried it away before a knee connected lightly with his ribs.

She was improving as they continued on with their dance.

Trying to ease the pain away, Raphael came back with a push of his own. He moved forward into his strikes with a soft and quick left jab to throw her off. As soon as that distracted her, he threw a heavy cross of his own with his right hand hoping to connect. Raphael slid back to allow more room, analyzing how effective his strikes were landing.

Raphael Xandir was nothing more than magnificent in contrast to his sister when others compared the twins fighting styles. Lilith had always been impulsive and underhanded especially when emotion was quick to claim her calm. While Raphael took any and all criticism investing on the ability to adapt and overcome his individual obstacles. This time there was little difference from those accounts to now save for the birth of a desire long suppressed.

Being that the woman, Lilith, witnessed but a taste of the freedom she so desperately craved. It was plenty to boast that here, and now, in this dual she had something Raphael did not, Drive.

If and only if she were to put Raph on the floor would the dream become reality so the fire in her eyes burned like no other. A yellow hue alight with an inferno only the most powerful of Sith could mimic yet this was not the calling of the force however instead energy of mind over body. A perfect synchronization of emotions to sighted goal, mind to body, and body to mind.

Her attack failed for the most part as Raphael expertly took the hit for a counter.

A flurry of strikes put the girl on guard as it was all Lilith could do but to cross her forearms and block the onslaught of light assaults. This was a mirror of a dual. Lights and then heavy. Both having trained as one in the past and maybe this was Lilith's downfall. As if a holy man gave a story of prophecy Raphael heaved a heavy right hand and Lilith was powerless to do anything to stop it.

Flatly she was not set in her footing. The knee failed to deliver enough and with Raph keeping her from recovering quickly with his attacks she stumbled the defense only to waver at the end. The hit passed her guard and bounced off her jaw. Blood from her wound misted the air and her head rang with endless echoing bells. Thankfully her brother did not press the attack and that gave Lilith a breather to reapply her stance. Then again that was the repeated mistake of an idiot.

A thought struck her brain in tune with the heavy blow delivered from her dear sibling.

In the training ring this was how they were. Mask the real assault with minute hits and parry accordingly in a simple dance of skill. Lilith didn't have the skill her brother had. Only in the last twenty minutes did she become so effective because of Raph's blinding anger but now he was calm in his assured victory. Lilith did not advance in a square off but instead saw herself as a feline seeking to irritate a mighty bear. Only agility wore such a creature down did it not? Lilith was going to take even more damage it would seem as the mind found only one answer, endless initiative.

Lilith darted at Raph once more but did not square up. Her legs leapt to a table and kicked off in mid flight to deliver a kick. Hit or miss it didn't matter. She'd drop and sweep, jut backwards to her feet, and shoulder check with a high pitched war cry!
