Jedi or something else (Neive)

by Lady Kota
Her trip was as Lady Kota, she was simply looking to observe the so called Jedi Neive. She needed to know if he was traveling to the dark side or not. If he was she was going to do everything in her power to stop him from doing so. There were so few Jedi in the Galaxy and there certainly didn't need to be another Sith. One way or the other she would have to deal with the issue, she'd rather resolve this matter quietly.
Since few knew she was the Grand Inquisitor she only had Brutus's side of the story, she was not a woman of judgement so she need to observe him. Perhaps pass the story off as a rumor and see what she could fish out without exposure. Either way a judgement would have to be made when she did find him. Kota would not be the one to simply allow someone to slip to the darkness these times, not with the balance so out of alignment.

Neive sat in orbit of onderon, thinking as the sith space protected him from most immediate threats. Imperials were a bit slow, but they had enough sense not to engage when in sith space, he thought. But with that, he still risked being outed by the order and them trying to blow his ship out of the sky, but as long as he didn't have any incoming transmissions, he should be fine. He thought as he remembered the young man, the assault on him was fairly heinous, but he needed to send a message. But if the boy lived... it may mean certain doom for Neive. If nothing else, he'd be wanted by the empire even more than before, now that he is known for attacking an inquisitor in training. But because of this, there's a chance the grand inquisitor, his master... she could be hunting him. But until the day came that she found him, Neive had some time to assess the situation at hand. If he was going to find out who was responsible for the death and suffering that came to his family, everyone he had known and loved... he would have to do some research.
"So, he attacked an inquisitor student... I suppose from the story, it was halfway provoked. But I still think that the grand inquisitor will have his head before the next rotation."
Bex trinland. A retired grand moff for the empire, and the one who operated the third death star.
"I understand he left the planet of Dathomir moments before it was destroyed..."
"yes, sir." said one of the guards who stood with him.
"Then perhaps we will be able to meet this man, soon enough."
Trinland looked over the cameras that watched the event, although it was too far out to see a good image of the attack, but it was clear enough to see what had happened.
"What's your angle... Dathomiri scum?"

Her presence was masked as she continued to look for leads on where to find this Neive.(force mask) Kota had an image, but without the force he was harder to track.
She didn't want to spook him, as she was certain that her had felt her coming when he attacked Brutus. She only wanted to observe him, she needed to know what his state was.

Neive went into his navi computer, the multifunctional device going into a search.
"Trinland... where are you hiding?"
A map of the galaxy showed up before him, Neive looking through.
"The third death star was destroyed here, and he fled to here... according to transports, he moved around the outer rim, until he stopped..." Neive hesitated.
"Botajef... ironic." Neive laughed a bit before plugging the coordinates into his main navigation system, getting ready to make the jump to hyperspace.
"Hope you're ready, Trinland... because I won't be defeated."

OOC: I was wondering if it was okay for me to join. I'm brand new and clueless. Just let me know if I should leave.

Kota couldn't confirm where he was in this part of the Galaxy it seemed this Neive was a hard one to track it seemed without her powers. She sighed, she would continue to search for at least a clue as to where he might be. Her system beeped at her, it was finally a clue. "Ok take me there." She said as she put the coordinates in here ship took off.
When she exited hyperspace it put her near botajef. She began her scan of news channels or information. She hoped to get at least some blip of the Jedi or lead to where she would find him. Kota would be patient for as long as she could, but eventually this hunt would have to come to an end.

Neive entered the atmosphere of the planet, his comm coming online as he flew towards a large homestead away from the city.
"Unidentified aircraft, please state your business or give the imperial security code for this sector immediately." An imperial officer spoke through the comm.
Neive activated the comm as he slowed, finding an empty landing pad to land on as he spoke.
"This is-" He hesitated, before speaking, remembering the alliance watchlist for a moment.
"This is Jacobi Wylcott, here to speak to Bex trinland for a quick interview on his former place in the empire." Neive thought. Not the best excuse, but it was something.
"Jacobi Wylcott... we didn't have any PR interviews scheduled today."
"I know, we only needed to ask a couple questions, nothing of major importance, so we didn't put in an effort to schedule."
After a moment, the officer replied.
"Alright, Mr. Wylcott, we'll allow it. But next time, we ask you to make it an appointment rather than entering unannounced."
Neive exited, nodding as he donned a metal helmet, one that he hadn't even given a look at since he was on illum.
The helmet of tormentous... although it's not the exact one he wore, it was an exact replica, made into physical being during his trial of his spirit on the planet.
Neive got strange looks by almost all the imperial guards and soldiers around the home, Neive not giving them a second look as he felt the almost 30 soldiers around the house before opening the door to the balcony, seeing Trinland looking out at the plain, grassy land around the fenced in house.
"What can I do for you today, Mr. Wylcott?"
Neive shut the door, locking it before turning back to the man again.
"I would just like to ask you a few questions about the project you were assigned before your... decommission."
Trinland nodded. "of course, anything for the public."
Neive sat down in an empty seat, Trinland sitting down on the other side in another chair.
"So, Admiral, what was the point of the third project after the first two were a failure?"
"Well, we thought that with the way things had been going, it was just time to give it one more try. Of course, after its destruction, the idea was abandoned. Too many casualties in it."
"And what do you have to say about the planet that was destroyed?"
"Dathomir was a planet that I believe gave birth to this cult that calls themselves the sith order. The inhabitants were fools, people trying to play with the force, and that's the worst power imaginable to take lightly. It was only what was necessary, but it was all too late because now, we have that pointless group running amok in the galaxy."
Neive only nodded.
"One last question... do you at all regret your decisions in the project?"
"Not whatsoever." The admiral was confident in his response.
Neive stood, nodding. "That's all I needed, thank you for the information, sir."
Trinland stood, smiling as he held his hand out to the man. "Thank you, Mr. Wylcott. I hope you got what you needed from me."
Neive nodded, shaking his hand and taking out his blade from the other hand. "Oh, I assure you I did." Neive shoved the blade into the man's gut, letting go of his hand as Neive took the mask off. "As you give your last breath, know my true name. Neive Undant. Son of Jamal Undant, one of the men who died at your hand on Dathomir."
Trinland looked at neive, his body shaking as he felt the blade within his body. Neive turned the blade slowly, Trinland grinding his teeth in pain.
"I will not... give you the satisfaction of having my scream fill your ears. I will die with pride."
Neive chuckled, looking him in the eyes. "Well... so be it, then."
Neive took the blade out of him, pushing the man back into the chair before wiping the blood from his blade, donning the helmet again and opening the door, leaving the balcony. He closed it back, making sure it was locked before he shut it and walked towards his ship. The guards looked at him and then at the door, not taking any notice since they heard nothing alarming.

A name streamed over the coms, Jacobi Wylcott. She knew that name, but he didn't use it theses days nor did she see the dark lord since she was his prisoner. Kota would take a chance, she went to land.
Once she landed she looked for commotion. It was the simple course of action. "Excuse me did you see Jacobi Wylcott?" She asked a man.He pointed in the direction Neive had gone. She made her way to hopefully find Jacobi.

Neive looked at his ship, and the two guards in front of it. With the locked door protecting the fallen admiral from prying eyes, Neive didn't think he would have to worry about security, since they had seen him come in and out. He sighed as he approached them, the guards oblivious to what had happened to the admiral.
"Hold on, journalist."
Neive paused as he looked at the guard.
"You called yourself... Jacobi Wylcott. I have heard the name before, have we met before?"
Neive thought for a moment before he replied.
"Well, I documented many of the attacks on imperial stations by that cult that calls themselves the sith order. Were you there for any of them?"
"Ah, yes. Umbara... the man that tore through our men like dogs. It was chaos. You were there, you documented it?"
Neive nodded. "I even fought in it, somewhat. When the GA arrived, one of them mistook me for a sith myself. Tried to take me in, I barely got away."
The guard nodded in return. "That must be it. Thank you for the clarification."
