Here we go. Ultimately please understand that getting the Co-FL job does not put you 'in-line' to become GA FL someday. That will be voted on just like this position and the GA FL comes with the added measure that you must be approved by the Staff as well.

We have a few in the running for the Co-Faction Leader of the GA.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in decisions that will affect the entire Faction.
Recruitment.
Active RP of yourself and putting an effort to keep the Faction busy.
SLIU duties.
Any OOC issues or concerns.
Dealing promptly with the Staff.
And anything the GA FL decides to delegate.

Honestly it is an easy job. But it does take up some extra time do make sure that the GA/JC is running like a streamlined machine. Please note that crap rolls downhill and you will be blamed for all mistakes.

As I stated in chat, I don’t know enough about those running OOC in terms of the faction. Y’all all good peeps, but I’d prefer to have a better feel of the group dynamic and each of you before inserting myself in such a choice.

And it is a fairly easy gig. Between Ben, me, and whoever else was FL, most stuff is already setup. But as the #2, it does mean all that activity stuff.
