Seemingly something of mass importance had required his direct intervention before others had caught wind of it- being the selfish puppeteer that he was, he rather dabble his hands in the scenario before others had a taste.
The ramp lowered as the shuttle touched down upon the merciless humid planet. Of course he had alerted The Silver of the transfer prior to this, and the appropriate accommodations had been made to meet the order. The woman had been successfully handed off, and Blood remained on the ship, already zooming off to handle other nefarious matters.
