He said his name or tried to. "Annan. What you box?" He also said. This sentence made no sense, but it was obvious that no one spoke her language not even this droid. "Drajunas buti dishonered." She said. (Family was dishonored) Kubu was smart enough to figure out what he meant. "Tikurzi sua nu? Tikurzi kash nuyak clan?" She said again. (Where am I? Where is my clan?) The droid listened to her, it seemed to be picking this up a bit better.
She attempted to move, she was able to move a few fingers. 'Why was it so hard to move?' She thought. It shouldn't be so hard, but then she didn't know that she had been in the casket for a really long time. "She said her family was dishonored. She also asks Where am I? Where is my clan?" The droid said. "So who wants to tell her?" Gigi asked. Gigi didn't want to be the one to break that to her.

Re: That belongs in a museum (alliance)
Zechs walked back in with his bottle of whatever it was. It was sad even he had forgotten and he was carrying the bottle. He took a seat at the desk beyond the airlock and brought up a view of what was going on inside. The jedi looked like he had everything under control. His duck seemed most capable, even if he was a terrible spy.
The worst news arose. Predictable news that might make things a little awkward. Zechs had forgotten glasses. He popped the bottle open and took a sip. Glasses were overrated. Just like pigeons. Ducks were where it was at and so was sharing a drink right out the bottle.
Ani's duck had been watching him. He lifted the bottle and called out to him. "I think your friend is about to give someone some real bad news. He might could use a cute distraction." It wasn't every day you found out you were 5,000 years old and everyone you ever knew or cared about was long dead. Best to come from a duck and not from a jedi.

Re: That belongs in a museum (alliance)
Gigi smacked her hand against her head and shook it. She couldn't believe these where alliance leadership. "*****! Tell her she's five thousand years old at least and the last of her kind." Gigi said. She was going to need several drinks after this display. "J'us buti dyim, 000 kursas seniai sso ankasio ir tave galas iv tu'iea mure." The droid said. (You are 5,000 years old at least and the last of your kind.) Kubu's look was confused, though she understood the droid.
'5,000 years old!' she thought. She was finally able to move her arms, but she really wanted to sit up. "Kam rast?" She asked. "What happened?" The droid translated. Gigi looked at her, there were no answers, the Sith just seemed to vanish. "Don't know." Gigi said shaking her head. "dary nenx zenoti." The droid said. (don't know) Kubu looked around, she was confused and sad. She didn't understand how no one knew what happened. It made no sense to her, how she ended up here, and why she wasn't opened in 200 years instead of now.

Re: That belongs in a museum (alliance)
Jedi Rainwalker processed all of this with a hand at his chin, his face contemplative, as Dafi the Quadduck left Papa Zechs to once again come and sit on Annan's shoulder. The Quadduck saw the girl, and just blinked. Meanwhile, Annan was engrossed in contemplation: someone had placed the girl in a stasis casket that dated back over five millennia. What kind of a person would do this to a girl? What kind of a girl was so special as to warrant such preservation? Something was fishy about all this; and if there was one thing Annan knew well about fish and all things fishy: it was that there was always a bigger fish.
Through the Force bond, Annan felt Dafi the Quadduck agree with him completely regarding fish. The Quadduck would know all about fish, after all, being a waterfowl.
So what was the bigger fish in this fishy scenario? Annan could only wonder.
In any case, before he could get to breaking the bad news to the little girl, this Gigi person decided to dive straight into the pool.
Okay, maybe Ani needed to cut off his Force bond with the Quadduck for a few moments, before he made any more mental water references, and think clearly regarding this entire ordeal.
In any case, one never broke bad news suddenly like that, without prior warning. That was a really sad thing to do to a little girl, and Jedi Rainwalker gave Gigi a glare, but, well, the damage was done.
Annan ran a hand through his hair, already crouched down to eye level with the girl. He turned to do the Protocol Droid. "Ask her if she would like us to leave her alone for a while, and if she would like anything to eat or drink," she probably wouldn't considering the shock she suffered, but, well, she hadn't had breakfast in five thousand years so he felt he was justified in asking.
"And tell her," Annan continued instructing the Droid, "that we're here to help her, and we'll do so in any way possible. And, if she's feeling well enough to do so, she could tell us how she handed up in that, or she could do so whenever she feels at ease enough to tell us..." Annan pointed at the box.

The droid translated everything Ani had said. Kubu turned at when he asked how she ended up in the box. "Nuyak drajunas buti dishonered, tau laviti irus arlsisio jen' vi buti gtijegea. Tau degiklis va kia aukotis vi buti gtijegea, tau degiklis va kia misini vi buti gtijegea. Tau visa dotigi sas tave chwayat, Nu buti nam'ju, vyres aikste nun is tave Oubliette mazo anas Nu valia nenx kesti sulig nuyak drajunas ai uzkres. Nu buti kia buti lomurstims va kia satyi is yun hama kursas." She said. "My family was dishonored, they practice light instead of dark as is tradition. They refused to sacrifice as is tradition, they refused to fight as is tradition. They all treated by the law, I am twelve, elders placed me in the Oubliette so that I would not suffer from my family's poison. I was to be released to serve in two hundred years." The droid translated.
Gigi looked at Ani. "Sith didn't look kindly on the light side of the force, it wasn't a good thing. Her family probably suffered." She said a bit sad by that, chances where that even if she had been opened in 200 years as planned she'd be the last of her family. Kubu was finally able to sit herself up. It took a great deal of effort to do so. She didn't know what they had for food or drink. "Nu valia sari kaienas kia kristi ir gerti." She said. "I will try something to eat and drink." The droid translated.

Re: That belongs in a museum (alliance)
Annan cringed as he heard the Droid translate sithspeak and Gigi input what she said. The young Jedi Knight could not believe what kind of a horrible race would do this to a child. Take away her entire family and then condemn her to live in a generation, a galaxy, a people that was not her own.
Jedi Rainwalker sighed. Now, how could they salvage this situation?
Calling on the powers of the Light Side of the Force, Jedi Rainwalker waved a hand and, out of a corner of the room, telekinetically lifted up a glass of water and levitated it towards the girl. It would hang in the air, waiting for her to drink it if she so wished. Meanwhile, it was a demonstration of the Force, "I know this can be hard to accept, at first, but the world you lived in is gone. Perhaps, that is for the best... here, using the Light," Jedi Rainwalker signalled to the levitating glass of water, "is not a crime. If you wish it so, it can become your path."
He saw the girl trying to push herself up, and placed a hand on her shoulder to stabilize her. "Take it easy, you don't have to find anything yourself, not in your current state," he proffered kindly. "You can rest in this facility, and let the medical droids watch over you until you recover, and I'll get the Grand Admiral to deliver you something to eat," at that point, the Quadduck flew up and back towards Papa Zechs to convey the message, "and once you can move properly again, you can choose whether to go to the Jedi Temple, where you can stay as a guest for as long as you like until you find a better place, or I can get the Grand Admiral to pull some strings and get you a place to live on your own."
Meanwhile, the Quadduck flew back to Papa Zechs, and attempted to peck its gigantic duck beak on Papa Zechs' head to get him to pay attention to the child. The girl needed food and rest, and Papa Zechs had to make sure she got it.

Re: That belongs in a museum (alliance)
Zechs sighed and petted the poor duck. It was like everyone expected him to do everything. It didn't make sense. And it was like everyone was trying to tell him he should start calling himself a Grand Admiral until the Alliance decided to bend the knee and accept his grandness. Maybe he'd even get to be his jedi friend's maid and clean up after his duck. Yeah, none of it was going to happen.
"1. I'm not a Grand Admiral. 2. This isn't my command. 3. You're in there with experts, my friend. This isn't their first patient. They'll get her whatever she needs. Once they clear her, I'm sure they plan to transfer to far nicer accommodations. Beyond that, those are decisions made by someone well beyond our pay grade, but I'll see what I can do."
The Alliance took care of its people, even if they weren't really their people yet. A helpless child from ages long lost was what the Alliance was designed for. Someone was hungry, they did what they could to feed them. Someone cold, somebody had a jacket they could spare. They were all in this galaxy together and together was the only way they were going to survive it. Sith or no sith, this girl deserved the best.
With that, Zechs closed the bottle and went to make some calls to the totally not corrupt politicians who might be able to wiggle some nice accommodations for their temporally displaced friend.

Re: That belongs in a museum (alliance)
Kubu took the food and water offered to her, she looked at them carefully before tasting. She gagged at first, after all this was the first things in over 5,000 years. Also there was the fact that she'd never tasted anything like these. She swalled slowly so not to gag again. "Nu adata kia xauti cali, xauti nuyak aikste, ir amzi." She said.
"I need to find answers, find my place, and time." The droid translated. Gigi couldn't argue with this logic. Kubu may have been twelve, but figuring out life was important for everyone. So the biggest thing for her right now was to figure it out. The biggest question was what did one do when you are the last of something.
