Broken Pieces of a Moisture Farmer (Kita / ask)

Post by Kell Sangros » Mon Dec 13, 2021 11:25 pm

=Location: Unknown, on a Desert Planet=

It had been another virtual sleepless night for the lone man. Once more the nightmares ravaged the man's sleep. The heat and humidity of this world that he had found himself on was bad enough, and now he had nightmares to add the growing list of woes. It was mostly the same one every night. Two armor clad warriors bearing swords clashing fiercely one trying to smite the other. The man always saw this from the outside. He had known that both warriors were very skilled. The Battle would wage on for awhile before the point of view changed, Now he found himself staring into the other man's face, one dead eye, the other radiated with anger and dangerous purpose. It would last a moment as then he would feel the cold steel pierce his armor and through his flesh, tearing through muscle, and damaging vital organs. It would be here where it would stir the man awake breathing heavy, covered in cold sweat. Sometimes it was a different dream, as if he was in a void, imprisoned, helpless calling for help and not being heard, then slowly the walls of his cell would start to close in around him until it crushed the life out of him. Tonight it was the former, Sleep would not find him again tonight.

Before sunrise the man would go about his day. He would repair any malfunctioning moisture vaporators, or harvest its crops. The moisture farm was quiet this morning. A stillness settled over the desert. The man had a mechanical hand he had no idea how he lost his biological hand but his first memories he had this synthetic one. He had claimed this small moisture farm surprisingly the little he had in money was sufficient. So far most of the vaporators were functioning so it was just a daily harvest so far. This would be good for profits. By mid-day he found himself back in his dwelling, it was a small make shift hut. It sheltered him from the sandstorms that would ravage his farm from time to time, in the corner he stared at the menacing armor, In his earliest memories he had been wearing it not knowing the significance or purpose of it let alone no recall on what happened. He had no injuries. Standing next to the armor was a sword. It was equally menacing, he could barely lift it, It weighed a ton in its' grip, if he did not know better it was like the sword itself resisted him. But it was an inanimate object it had no will. The idea was ludicrous at best. He had woken with both in his possession. He knew who he was, his name was Kell and while he remembered some nuggets of his life there were a lot of gaps in his memory. What haunted Kell and his nightmares was one of the figures he'd see was wearing this armor, fighting with this same sword.

What set of circumstances led Kell to his predicament. He knew his wife Feluela was gone. He did not know how he knew she was gone. He had no family, and had become a hermit in the community he found himself in not really living, more like he was waiting to die, and what's more is he had to go into town to get supplies. Some in town responded to him with a general friendliness, some with a mild neglect, but to all he was mysterious as he was a man with no past. Sometimes he would meet with mild hostility but it was never a situation that turned confrontational.

It had been a short hike into town in his speeder. He parked it in the usual place and visited the same trading posts as he always did, bartering supplies with his harvested water. It had been a good exchange. Those who had dealings with the man would say he was pleasant but his eyes had a haunted, tortured look as if he was disconnected from himself. He had always dealt fairly and honestly with the people of the community, some say he was a broken man. Truth is all those things about Kell were true. Sometimes he would visit the cantina but not often. It was a lonely existence for the man who went by the name Kell Sangross but his simple existence was just that, simple.

That night he was back in his hut, he was missing his late wife. He felt such a gaping hole within him without her by his side. It knawed at him. She had been taken from him, and he had no idea by whom. Without her he had nothing, often he had wondered why did he keep living. He had no future , he had no skill set that was of any value to anybody. Sleep for awhile claimed him, giving him a normal night's sleep. Nightmares and all.

This night the nightmare was new. Kell stood in a settlement, he recognized it, a place from his distant past. A young beautiful woman, pleading with him to stay and not leave. Grief was heavy in her eyes as the bloodshot red rimmed eyes imploringly begged her husband to remain. Instead he turned to leave. The scene faded out as another one appeared. The same settlement, the same woman in front of him, a look of bewilderment heavy on her features.

"Why Kell?" she asked as the life from her was leaving her body.

He looked down and saw his hand holding a blade, which was thrusted into the woman's chest. The horror of what he had done changed the point of view, now he was on the outside looking in, and with his own voice he could hear him speak

"I am Warvanus, apprentice to the Sith Emperor, I am War Personified, and you , you are my sacrifice to my Emperor, and to the Dark Side itself"

With that admission, Kell woke up in a sweat more unsettled now than he ever could recall in his life.

The next morning was different than most mornings, he slowly and sugglishly arose to find bandits raiding his moisture vaporators. Three of them all armed, though it did not help them as Kell one by one dispatched them. He had been skilled in Teras Kasi, but even in his use of it seemed different. It was not until Kell killed one of them by breaking the neck that the others ran in terror. Shortly after rumor began circulating that during the fight the eyes of Kell changed from his natural blue to radioactive yellow. Raiders were common but this was the first time Kell had killed one in cold blood. It had always been in defense or even rescue, he could have let the one live but something inside him snapped, he had felt an intense anger, it gave him strength. One thing was for certain the settlement when they learned of the events here had a whole new outlook on the broken moisture farmer.

This was how life was for the broken moisture farmer. No matter how bad some of the harvests he had, He always seemed to get by, he never seemed to run out of credits. He never questioned it. Little did he know that his business interests kept his account stocked with credits. With it he could afford replacement parts, and supplies when the harvests were little to none. Whether it was due to the machines or raiders.

=Elsewhere, presumably in the mind of Kell=

In the deepest recesses of the moisture farmer's mind , someone or maybe even something was locked inside, like an caged animal , denied his freedom, denied the power he embodied. The mental barriers that were erected were strong almost unbreakable. Warvanus knew because he had erected them during his apprenticeship under Darth Tormentous. It was the space where the bit of him that was Kell was kept, the mental by-products of the War-Bringer. He should have just destroyed him outright. He hadn't because he did not have the power to. Those walls had been weakened when he had battled his Master for the throne and failed. That had been the start of it.

While it was the Sith way to be ambitious and treacherous , that had not been Warvanus' way. He respected strength and skill as well as power, he admired the level of skill his Master had demonstrated, in short He was loyal to Tormentous, and to perform such a despicable act that was not in his character had caused the barriers to weaken significantly. Time had passed. He had after his banishment encountered and battled the man who claimed to be his progenitor. In that battle he had finally slain his foe. It did not have the desired effect on him, He had felt no remorse or guilt in it but it had not been as fulfilling as he had hoped. It was quite an empty victory. It was shortly after. He had crashed on a barren desert world which had lead to one morning Warvanus found that Kell had escaped his bonds, and placed Warvanus in his place.

Kell was weak, pitiful, powerless, his existence was merely a static shell his existence was to serve the Sith Lord the vessel contained, if Warvanus and Kell were standing face to face, Warvanus would kill Kell without a second thought. Warvanus walked in the current of the Dark Side, being cut off from the power he embodied he now craved it like an addict on his next fix. He lusted after it, Kell was untrained, which was a plus in the War-Bringer's favor, as that knowledge belonged to him alone, he would need to find a way to free himself from these mental barriers, and once he did, find a way to permanently eradicate the by product of his rise to power. The walls had weakened when Kell killed that one raider but not enough for the War-Bringer to assume control. Maybe bits of him were integrated with Kell or maybe Warvanus was an imprint of Kell but better.

=======

The next several weeks was the same empty routine, Kell was barely functioning due to the lack of sleep, and the immense weight of guilt he was feeling, on the few occasions he had been able to sleep but not with natural means, he had resorted to taking Spice to help him sleep and to forget. He did not like the coming down part but in the end it helped give him rest. One particular bountiful day, he had gone into the settlement to trade his surplus for supplies, and more Spice.

Kell returned to his small moisture farm and found it in flames. His hut, his vaporators, all in flames, destroyed. He climbed off the bike, nobody was around not a soul. He walked slowly towards the hut. Anger, outrage rising within him. Of course he was powerless to exact Revenge. He had never felt such violent tendencies that he could recall, but in truth he had the difference was now he could not do anything about it By the time he reached the hut, the fires had all but subsided, everything was destroyed or severely burnt, everything but one item. The menacing sword that sat undisturbed. What's more there was no signs of burn marks, or damage. He approached the weapon, cautiously touching the handle of the sword only to find that it was cool to the touch. The Armor was burnt but not destroyed. If he could only hold and wield the sword he would grab it and go hunting. He tried to pick it up but it was too heavy to use as a weapon. He left it where it was placed.

After several minutes he walked away from the hut and began inspecting the equipment. On the ground he saw a patch, what looked like from a uniform of sorts. It looked familiar, he had seen it once or twice before and the memory associated with it bubbled to the surface. The bandits who he drove off weeks earlier. They had done this. It was them. It was the planetary militia, who were no better than raiders, bandits, or pirates. They would have to pay and Kell would make them pay the ultimate price.

----- Elsewhere-----

Warvanus could feel the rising anger and surges of hatred within Kell, he drank it in savoring its flavor. He fed off of it like a parasite from its host. It made him stronger, it gave him sustenance and when he was strong enough, he would break from this mental prison he found himself in. A few more instances of intense emotion like that would give him what he needed. He had to bide his time for now.

---------

Kell had made his way to a nearby settlement, it was an hour's travel by speeder, it was not the one he usually did business with, but nevertheless he had business here. He had done some tracking and found the raiders hang out at a cantina, and it was there he found them.

He approached the unoccupied speeders with the incriminating emblem painted on its sleek body. Without knowing he had rigged two of them to explode when the riders tried to power them up. He had manipulated the battery and one of the wires which would cause it to spark and make short work of it.

He had a dl-18 pistol on him, it was holstered when he entered the cantina. He made no pretense on his motives, he did not feign that he wanted a drink or information, Kell was all business. He got to ten feet of their table. Half a dozen of them sat around the table drinking, being roudy and lewd. Kell studied them, the vision of his burning farm displayed before him, sending hate and anger, and a lust for revenge. It was not wholly his own. Little did he know that Warvanus in this state could influence his emotions.

He drew his pistol and raised it, aimed and then pressed the trigger. A shot rang out, hitting a rodian in the head, before he knew what he was doing, he turned the blaster on his second victim, a young human male and ended him with a similar shot. The shots were precise. He never questioned it especially he had no real experience with a blaster pistol. After the second one dropped and the shock and confusion within the cantina wore off, which prevented him the chance to squeeze off a third shot. He would have to be content with the two he dropped.

Next thing Kell knew, he had found himself relieved of his weapon and taken down to the ground as he was being cuffed. Kell fought them off using Teras Kasi, but the numbers game came into play, and once more he was brought down and this time they successfully cuffed his hands behind his back. The Militia had the power to arrest individuals, no doubt he would be brought to their overseers. He had made a valiant effort before local troops entered the cantina and took custody of the broken moisture farmer.

As he was being escorted to their speeder, the sounds of explosions rang out from outside. Kell knew it was his handiwork and he only smiled in delight. He had single handedly killed most of the gang but his revenge would not be satiated with this. Oh No this was only the beginning. Kell thought.

In the prison of his mind, Warvanus chuckled with glee, he could feel that he was close to being released. That is until the Troopers subdued him into unconsciousness, and that emotion that gave him power was as gone as fast as it had come upon him.

The Troops had liberated the footage from the cantina, and removed it and the assailant from the premises. While another team tended to the smoldering piles of smoke that were three speeders, Militia emblems on them all. The troops were militia conscripted by the Sith. It was common knowledge to the locals, Kell might have even known it but he did not care. Reason and Logic left his thoughts as revenge filled his mind, now he had no home, no farm, and now no freedom. The lone surviving bandit knew if he was freed he would be back. They knew why he had been there. They had laughed it off . He would return to the farm and loot anything of value. It was the least he could do for the trouble Kell had given them.

The officer in charge of that province reviewed the video footage, one thing looked familiar about the man his stance, his style, he was skilled, definitely not one of the local farmers. The officer then recognized the man, he could not believe it, as he was supposed to be dead. If it was who he thought it was why didnt he use the Force, he had many questions and no matter how far up the chain of command he would elevate this, nobody would know. He was aware of someone, who had wanted to be notified if and when any sightings or activity related to the War-Bringer came up. She was the Emperor's apprentice. He had her transponder link, he would contact her. Maybe he would be richly rewarded for bringing back one of the Emperor's personal servants. Yes He envisioned a reward for himself for being responsible for delivering Darth Warvanus the Traitor....

Silvanius had been in the middle of watching the construction taken place of her own wing to her "previous" Master Lord Tormentous Citadel. Silvanius still hadn't accepted her new Master Silas Karn...but remained neutral at best. She patiently awaited until her masters return, expecting the day with eagerness to see the echani's head smashed through a brick wall and lifeless body left sitting on the stone cold floor before being dragged away. Until then...Silvanius was going to proceed as she had before her masters decision to disappear.

Glancing behind her, the young sith apprentice noticed her nexu sniffing about the area, seemingly to enjoy intimidating and scaring the slaves who were busy at work. "WARV!!! Come on!! Leave them alone. I want this project done as soon as possible!!"
Turning back to one of the slaves, the nexu growled lowly before bounding over to his owner, tail high with a prance in his step. Placing her hands on both sides of the nexus face, she rubbed them lovingly, not caring who watched. "Your mama's big, soft, scary, protective baby aren't you?" She said in a baby talk tone. Had the late Darth Warvanaus heard her say that, he may have found it amusing, yet unsettling for others to hear.

In the moment she had finished her words, Silvanius eyes glanced down at the sound of her personal comm link. Checking the information of the signal, the sith apprentice rechecked the information twice before knitting her brows In thought. "What could they have found?"
After only being given a simple holographic message and dagger from the late war-bringer, Silvanius had found herself unsatisfied. She wanted more of his memory then just two simple items. But everything he had owned was burned and torn down to ruins. Not a thing left for her to possess. So she had someone within the sith privately checking out and notifying her on anything they could find concerning her old battle Master.

He had in a way, been a older brother as well as a mentor. And despite knowing he was once a sith, she couldn't accept his loss.
"Let's go Warv. We have someone to visit." She said seriously as she began moving away from the construction and towards her ship Silverpelt...

♡♡♡♡♡

Following the directions given, Silvanius had ended up on a remote desert planet. Given the sith apprentices lack of geography, she wouldn't have known what the planet was called, much less care about where she had been led too. All she honestly cared about was the information that was about to be given by her associate.

Normally Silvanius left her nexu at home on moraband, but decided against it. Something in the back of her mind told her it was best to bring the large beast along. The moment she stepped out from her ship, she felt a familiar energy in the force. A small tremor shaking her senses, and it had the familiarity of the war-bringer. Not huge, but something seemed to linger in the atmosphere that caught her attention.

The feeling clung to her as she approached the building, entering the place to which the officer stayed.
"Interesting choice for a meeting. I suppose you have found something for me?" Silvanius said curiously, her voice like honey to the officers ears. Her now giant nexu strolled in alongside her, picking up some form of evil intent. In turn, Warv growled lowly, eyeing the officer menacingly like a piece of prey. Silvanius had found her pet's demeanor much like the war-bringer she named him after. But she loved him for it. For the many times she felt alone or afraid, she had her nexu by her side. Looking down at Warv, she gave a hand signal to sit, to which he did obediently before addressing the officer further.

Meeting his gaze, she walked to his chair and sat in it, knowing all to well he wouldn't dare protest in the act.
Over the passing months, Kita had found herself changed in many ways. Never before had she cared to disrespect or overstep boundaries with anyone, yet here she was taking their seat as if she owned it herself. In a way she did. He worked for her and the sith. Technically she owned him. "I was in the middle of building my quarters on my masters property. This had better be good." She added. Not a moment went by when she was keeping in mind her pets reaction to the officer. To make him at ease, she attempted to reassure the man the nexu was no threat. That was...unless she gave the command. But the Sith apprentice wasn't going to show all her cards.

Stretching her arms, she rested them behind her head, a calm expression on Silvanius's face.
"I wouldn't worry about my "baby" Nexu. He won't hurt anyone unless they hurt me. Go on. What are your findings?"
In the word "baby", Warv the nexu was still one. He was large enough to cause harm and protect, but not big enough to ride quite yet. He still had another 6 months or a year before he grew large enough to ride. The sith apprentice was in no hurry however. She loved her pet remaining the average size of a large dog. As he grew bigger, she realized that she would have to accommodate her part of the Citadel to allow her nexu entrance to be with her at all times in her quarters.

The Province Commanding Officer had been working on routine reports, he had checked only an hour ago on the prisoner. The prisoner was now dressed in rags, but otherwise put up no resistance, he had a blank look to his face, his body language one in resignation. The prisoner was ready to die. The sweet release that would soon come, would put him out of his misery and the galaxy would be better off without him. One of the militia had returned to the Moisture farmer's hut to scavenge anything of value, and had only returned with a sword. A sword that weighed five times than it should have. When the militia dog tried to keep the weapon for himself, the Officer stripped him of his militia status and then rewarded him with a blaster shot to the face.

The Sword was also placed under guard, it was covered even concealed the sword made him feel uneasy. He personally dare not touch it himself.

The officer went back to his reports when a sub-ordinate reported a craft had landed and its occupant was heading in their direction. The cameras showed a young woman with a nexu walking beside her. He recognized the young woman and immediately left their small building to greet the distinguished guest.

He was escorted with a pair of junior officers in standard uniform, sidearms holstered. When they approached Silvanius, they stopped and snapped to attention, hands clasped behind their backs. The Province Commander stepped forward.

"Lady Silvanius" the officer began as he bowed his head in greeting and a show of respect of the power and authority she embodied. Sith Apprentices were higher on the chain than officers at his level but the apprentice of the Emperor himself put her a cut above the other apprentices. This much he knew. He eyed the Nexu

He acknowledged her comment, You honor us with your presence at our humble outpost he began then continued "Indeed I do have something good. if you would follow me"

As they walked he whispered to one of his junior officers to bring the prisoner to his office. Once they entered the building the two junior officers broke formation to carry out the senior officer's orders.

The Province Commanding Officer entered his office and noted as the Sith apprentice took his chair. He would not dare protest as this was the Sith way. Instead he addressed Silvanius with one eye on her Nexu despite her re-assurances.

"We have apprended a farmer who has been charged with murder and terrorism" He began "He possessed uncanny skill in Teras Kasi a style I have never seen, we had searched his home and had found one item of interest"

Just then one of the officers came in carrying a draped pillow, he laid it on the desk almost reverently and left the room to assist one of the guards with the prisoner.

The officer looked at Silvanius and withdrew the covering, and a sword of superior craftsmanship laid on the desk it almost seemed to hum, something that had not happened since they had taken possession of it, the humming was in response to the presence of Silvanius.

Before she would have the chance to examine the Sith sword laying on the table. Two more guards came in and escorted a man inside and sat him in the chair. Each guard standing on each side of him.

Kell looked to each of the guards, his mechanical hand disabled he was virtually helpless and then Kell looked up his hair in his eyes, his blue eyes laying on the appearance of Silvanius, no recognition in his eyes, his features were different as the corruption of the Dark Side was gone from his features. In his eyes she would see emptiness his presence would be slightly familiar but not the intensity or power associated with the War-Bringer.

The officer spoke "I am sure the Emperor would richly reward the one who brought in Darth Warvanus the Traitor" he said getting a bit cocky now.

Kell shifted his eyes to the Nexu, and then back to his Inquisitor, he did not know her but something in the back of his mind told him that he should.

-Inside Warvanus' mental Prison-

Warvanus was secure inside the mental walls that were errected around him, he could feel Kell straining his mind to try to remember something, which had gotten the War-Bringer's attention, and there through his memories he could see her. Kita, the chosen apprentice of Darth Tormentous, she had been his student in the ways of combat and warfare, and she had in his mind been regarded as his finest student. He renewed his efforts to break free of his prison. For all the good it would do him, he might as well try to rip apart the hull of a capital ship with his bare hands.

She was close and he had to reach her, he could not use the Force while disconnected from his body. He owed her an explanation, the Sith believed him a traitor for challenging Tormentous for the throne, but it had to be done for the mission he undertook had to have the bonds of the Order removed, he had to appear a renegade for what purpose only Tormentous and Warvanus alone knew. He wondered if Kita knew , Tormentous had promised to fill her in on the plan. Either way he owed her an explanation, He did not see her as underling but as someone who could inherit all his knowledge, both in warfare and in the Dark Side. If he could have chosen a sucessor it would have been her.

He had almost been able to break free, when Kell was under intense anger, had he remained conscious at the cantina he would have been successful and he would not be here in a prison. Yes He had to reach her somehow....

-------

Kell after a long moment spoke "Let me go, and I might let you live" it was a false bravado from the farmer but he was addressing the Province Commander.

The officer slapped him across the face for good measure "Silence you insolent dog"

The officer was not going to tolerate disrespect from the traitor let alone in front of others and superiors. He turned to face Silvanius "I only ask for a rich reward for delivering him, and the privilege to watch his slow painful execution"

"Lady Silvanius"
Kita was not used to being referred to as the title of Lady. In fact many of the other sith never used it. Only the guards.

"We have apprended a farmer who has been charged with murder and terrorism. He possessed uncanny skill in Teras Kasi a style I have never seen, we had searched his home and had found one item of interest."

Watching the men carry in a covered pillow, the silver clad apprentices interest piqued.
As the white sheet was raised, exposing their find, Silvanius stood slowly from her chair and approached it. She could feel and hear the energy of the force running through it as it was shown to the young sith. She knew this was Darth Warvanaus's treasured sith sword.

"Akkan Burkida"
Silvanius voice whispered the name, happiness and sadness mixed as she stared at the well forged weapon.
Surely the sith sword alone missed its master.

However before the blonde sith apprentice could even have a opportunity for further examination of the weapon, her faded blue gaze looked up to see two of the guards force someone into a chair before her. Instantly she met the man's blue eyes, her eyes widening in surprise as she looked the man over. Before closer observation, the sith apprentice almost hadn't recognized him. His yellow eyes gone, his demeanor more relaxed.
"Warvanus?!?" she thought.
It was obvious he didn't even recognize her. If anything, he seemed...afraid. And normally she would understand this fact...but not with the war-bringer. He was never afraid of anything.

"I am sure the Emperor would richly reward the one who brought in Darth Warvanus the Traitor."
She had picked up the michevious sneaky tone of the officer, side glancing to see a wide grin on his face. Something in the force told her to be weary. Besides just her nexu's behavior alone, it became clear something was up. No officer dared act this cocky unless they felt entitled and safe from the siths wrath.

"Let me go, and I might let you live." His cry was desperate, barely holding out the threat in his voice. It strangely tugged at her heart seeing him...so...broken. Never before would she have thought to see the war-bringer like this. It was disturbing.
Turning her head back to her previous battle Master, Silvanius watched in silent horror as the officer dared strike him. And despite she knew it was because he was considered a Traitor in the sith, this was a issue to be dealt with and by the sith alone.

"I only ask for a rich reward for delivering him, and the privilege to watch his slow painful execution."

Silvanius couldn't bare to lose the famous battle Master a second time. The officers words had hit her like a boulder rolling down a path, unable to get out of the way.

Closing her eyes, Silvanius hid the anger hidden underneath a bright sly smile. If anything, she looked happy and amused by what the officer had brought her. Who he brought her. And In truth she was. However, the treatment of the war-bringer was not one the sith apprentice would stand for. At the mention of watching him die a slow painful death and turn him into her master, Silvanius for once felt the need to intervene and hide this discovery. To get rid of all traces and knowledge that Darth Warvanus lived. Kita never liked killing unless it held a justified reason. And for once she felt this was a good reason to rid of these people. To protect Warvanus.

"You have done a fabulous job officer. I certainly appreciate what you have brought me. And you will indeed be rewarded for your efforts."
The blonde sith never cared to advance on anyone other then Jacobi. But she found her allure of the opposite sex threw off and lowered their guard, making her missions easier to conquer. Meeting the officers gaze, she tilted her head slightly, tracing her finger along the officers shoulder. "In more ways then what you have requested."

Unseen to the main officer and the guards in the room, Silvanius's hand had been creeping down towards her hip, grasping the saber before swiftly igniting the blade through the officers torso. The snap and hiss was heard, the smell of burning flesh filling the room as it remained in place, never leaving the officers gaze as he stood In shock, his life force slowly evaporating. "Rewarded with death that is."

Giving a signal, the sith apprentice's nexu leaped onto one of the nearest guards and began tearing him apart, his screams of terror filling the area before suddenly being silenced. It wasn't a sound Silvanius relished in, but the deed needed to be done. As a sith she had to cover her tracks. The second guard tried to escape, running for the door of the building, but quickly found himself with the same fate as his co-worker. His insides had been opened and strewn across the office floor, decorating the place in a way that looked worse then the damage really done to the victims.

Pulling the saber in one fluid quick motion, she let the officer succumb to his fate and faced the farmer, holding a hand out to Kell. "Your safe with me. I won't let anyone harm you. And if they do," her fading blue eyes seemed to darken as she spoke "they are bound to find death coming quickly for them." If there was one thing Silvanius wouldn't stand for, it was those harming or trying to kill those she cared for in some form or another. This also applied to Kita before joining the sith.

She glanced at the monitor, needing to remember to rid of the video footage once she had helped the war-bringer to his feet.
Why he hadn't told her he was alive, she wasn't sure. But Silvanius was definitely pissed off he had made her believe he was dead in the first place. After all, she could keep a secret. Why didn't he trust her? She had a urge to punch him hard in the arm for causing her any unneeded grief, but knew from his attitude alone, that he wasn't himself. Or...at least the person he had first met.

Kell watched as the young woman drew herself closer to the commanding officer, his expression did not change as she had run him through with her Lightstaff. The next events that unfolded next happened fast. Slowly the dawning that he was not going to be executed began to register on his features. Why was she rescuing him? He did not know who she was, but yet at the same time he felt that he should.

Inside the mental prison the War-Bringer was restless as a caged animal , he could see Kell's memories, the few he possessed that is, and he was impressed with Kita, she would have never done that before. Then extending her hand to help him up, rang with irony, had he not done something very similar for Tormentous , he had protected him while he regained his command of the Force and now while he did not have access to his power his body, the same was extended to him. She would not have come he concluded if she did not know of the plan that had been in place. Had his Master kept his word?

"Your safe with me. I won't let anyone harm you. And if they do,"

Kell raised his hands to show the cuffs placed on him, the mechanical hand was inactive it was a weight on his arm. He would have to choose his words carefully as he did not know her intentions and who was this Emperor that kept getting mentioned. Why would a Force Adept have an interest in a lowly broken moisture farmer? He needed answers and maybe this woman was the key to them. His features must have conveyed so many questions and uncertainty. He rose from the chair as his bonds were released.

As the guards had fallen a very short time passed when an alarm was sounded in one of the camera screens more guards were showing converging towards their location. It was no time before three more guards stormed into the office, and three more behind offering support. It was strange to see Militia conscripted by the Sith to be gunning down a loyal servant of the Sith and Apprentice to the Emperor. They would more than likely share the same fate as the others.

"Looks like we are going to have to fight our way out of here" He had said. He stole a brief glance at Akkan Burkida, but the sword weighed a ton and useless to him. He got into a fighting stance, ready to fight his way out. Afterwards he would address the wildcard but would have to be careful and delicate about it.

Silvanius was unaware of the irony she extended to the war-bringer. Here the sith apprentice had just become Darth Warvanus's own Warvanus. As he held up his hands, she unlocked the chains, letting him do what he wished. Silvanius had figured he wasn't going to he harming her after this valiant rescue. "If you have questions, your free to ask them. It's obvious you are not the Darth Warvanus I knew."

It was clear he must have either lost his memory, or his time apart from the Sith had reverted him to his old self before becoming the great war-bringe. In which case, Kita had seen this happen before with not only Tormentous, but with the Sovereign as well.
Turning towards the moniters, the blonde sith apprentice began the work of deleting all the video footage of Waravanus. "Better I do this now then later. Otherwise your going to be having a ton of people and sith on your back until your dead."

Startled, Silvanius saw the alert on the moniters and heard the siren warn the guards of the intrusion. All this after successfully deleting the files of the war-bringers existence.

"Looks like we are going to have to fight our way out of here"

6 more guards had arrived, 3 of which stormed the office, rifles high.
"Obviously."
Reigniting her lightspear, Silvanius dodged one of the officers shots and spun her blade, dodging a hit from the guard and bringing her saber upwards in a diagonal motion from the man's hip. The blade had cut him all the way through, both halves of his body falling to the floor. Taking a breath, her senses warned her of another oncoming attack. A guard in the back of the two who went for Kell, came at her with his pistol, but first attempted at taking a swing at her exposed midsection with the butt of his gun to disable her. She saw the move coming and blocked his move with her arm before trapping him in place with both arms wrapped around it. In one quick motion, she used what force she had and twisted his leg, breaking and dislocating it from its socket. A loud POP was heard, the guard left moaning in pain as he fell back holding his injury, unable to focus on the sith apprentice further.

Realising Kell was going defenseless, Silvanius tossed the moisture farmer the dagger he had given her.
"Use this for now! Can't always just rely on hand to hand combat." She yelled before stabbing her saber through the guard chest as he withered in pain on the ground. The act alone quickly brought him his demise.

She fought further, helping her nexu take care of the other two men by the doorway. His attacks were quick, clearly enjoying the kill and the taste of their blood on his teeth as he bite into one of their legs. Warv the nexu was friendly, but even a wild beast like him had a need to follow his instincts. To hunt. To kill.

"Good boy Warv!"

One thing was certain, Kell had alot of questions, questions that needed answering, about himself, about his situation, about his predicament and why would his presence need to be masked? While the memories of his idenity were in his mind, most of what he was and knew was locked away from him. Given the situation though those answers would have to wait. He rubbed his wrists, as he gave her a look that says Thanks. He had opened the panel on his mechanical hand and plugged a wire that was unplugged into a small power port and just like that his hand was active again, it was not perfect but he could at least use it and he would need it. He closed the panel to his hand and as He took a stance ready to fight his way out.

The Dagger came at him casually as he caught it in his mechanical hand with no effort.

"Thanks" partially unsure how effective he would be with such a basic weapon. Then again he really did not know what he was capable of.

Just as more guards stormed into the small office, six in total, three moved to Silvanius' position, the other three to Kell's. Kell went on the move, what he would do came in a blur as it happened so fast. conscious thought left the man, and instinct kicked in, first he threw the dagger at one of the guards, to his surprise the dagger found its mark as the guard started to gurgle with a dagger buried in his throat. Kell capitalized and relieved the guard of his rifle. He finished the guard off with a shot from the blaster rifle. He squatted down to grab the dagger but now he had a blaster. Disposing of these guards now should be easy or so he thought. As he had squatted down he found another guard on having taken his boot to kick Kell in the back , the blow knocked Kell off his feet. Kell was on his back but did not have time to react to the guard who was poised to end him. Kell grinned, if Silvanius saw the look she would recognize the expression, Kell kicked the knee out of the guard which bought him time to get on his feet and with the blaster pushed the trigger which only clicked. Thinking quickly now he took the rifle and used it as a melee weapon, taking the stock and clocking the guard in the face with it, repeatidly , before turning around and tossing the rifle to the incoming guard. The action was unexpected but it created the opening he needed to take the dagger and stab his attacker with the dagger.

Three of the six guards were down, but three more found their way into the room surrounding Kell. By all appearances they had him contained again. Kell still wore the grin like he knew something they did not..

=Inside Warvanus' prison=

Intense emotion either weakened or strengthend the War-Bringer's prison, the one contained deep in the mind and psyche of Kell or what was left of Kell. Though rare, positive feelings like love, joy, happiness while rarely came upon the broken farmer, actually helped keep Warvanus at bay, fear, anger, hatred, weakened them, however there was one feeling above all else that was more potent than anything on the emotional spectrum, it acted like a boost for the War-Bringer, which was the lust for battle. The anticipation for a fight, and right now Kell had it in abundance, especially when the realization that he was not a helpless farmer. His Teras Kasi training had happened long before he was baptized as a Sith. Kell did not know this, he just knew he had the skills but not his power. The heat of the battle, the lust for a fight, and the adrenaline coursing through Kell was all he needed to break free.

--------

The guards surrounding Kell wasted no time and fired a round of stun bolts at him. He was able to dodge and avoid two of them out of sheer reflect but the third one struck him square in the chest,Kell went down like a tower of bricks. Had he lost consciousness a few moments earlier the bonds that held Warvanus in would have been reinforced as he would have lost the power to break free, but it was for them too late.

--------

Warvanus had broken from his mental prison, the sweet freedom was like a fine wine. The embodiment that was Kell stood before Warvanus, the two stared each other down, this would not be a lengthly battle Warvanus thought to himself. Warvanus had thought long and hard for months on what to do with this moment. Before Warvanus could smite Kell something unexpected happened. Kell had resigned himself to his fate. and when that happened. the reminants that was Kell were gone. Not in a prison, but fully and completely gone now the two had become one. At long last the fractured soul of the man once known as Kell Sangros was once more whole, no more mental prisons, none of that ever again, He was free and He would celebrate later, right now he had work to do.

----------

The guards surrounding Kell were hesitant to check on their victim. Kell was laying there, his eyes remained closed. One guard approached closer, and Kell's eyes snapped open, the blue Iris' replaced with radioactive yellow ones. with his mechanical hand he reached out and grabbed the closest guard by the throat and squeezed. The metallic fingers crushed his windpipe, with a flourish he released his victim from his grip. Now on his feet he assessed his surroundings. This took less than a second.

The other two guards converged on the War-Bringer. Warvanus threw the dagger once more, at one of the guards this time using the Force to guide its trajectory it had found its home in the neck. Capitalizing on the attack he threw a front kick to the dying man which had sent him on his back, twirling now as the other two began to advance on him, he called on the Force extending his hand. Calling Akkan Burkida to his hand. The sword flew from its resting place and into the hand of its true Master. The sword hummed, as if happy to be reunited with its maker, its Master. The only being who can feed its lust for blood. The blade was feather light in his grasp, Such were the mysteries of the lore... but now he had to curb its lust for death and blood.

Warvanus tightened his hand around the grip of his weapon and spun and impaled the guard who was closest he drove Akkan Burkida deep into the guard. Its' cries for blood answered. The Blade had came out the other end of the guard, but it was the look on Warvanus' face that they might remember if they lived that is. He had a look of glee, a sinister sneer formed on his lips, as he clenched his teeth. With a hiss he pushed the guard off his blade the corpse fell to the ground with a thud.

He turned now and saw Silvanius fighting off the remaining three. It did not appear anymore were coming but that did not mean they were out of danger. He did not assist he knew she could defend herself in fact she did come to rescue him after all. He watched seeing how her skills progressed in his absence. She had a confidence, about her, her skills more fluid than he remembered. His Master had done well in taking her as his apprentice. Had Tormentous not claimed her as his apprentice the War-Bringer would have, and he would have imparted everything to her.

Right when she thought they both killed all the guards, six more came in their place. Surrounded, she began swinging her lightspear hitting one man in the side with the hilt of her blade, making him fallback onto the ground. Her attention was averted however as Silvanius heard the shots, watching in stunned silence as the action alone kept her in place. "WARVANUS!!!" She yelled.
It took mere seconds from seeing Kell fall, only then to be waking and picking himself up again in a rage. One the apprentice could read easily in the war-bringers face that her battle Master had returned.

Silvanius senses warned her of the guards she still had to deal with and swiftly turned back on two of the guards while her nexu proceeded to bring down the third one. Swinging the other side of her saber, she cut down another guard in a instant. The fallen guard had picked himself up by now and shot at the sith apprentice, who then dodged a few shots before managing to lop off the mans head.

She turned the moment Darth Warvanus slid the guards body off his sword.
"I assume your back to your old self?"

Holding the officers leg in his mouth, Silvanius turned to look at Warv the Nexu and sighed shaking her head.
"Your not bringing that home. Forget it."
He looked up at her giving a small whine before dropping it on the floor in disappointment.

Warvanus bent down to clean the blade off the corpse, and rose still holding the blade in his hand. It felt good to have Akkan Burkida in his grip again. He turned and looked at Warv first and then to Silvanius.

No, I definitely do not feel normal, in fact I am unsure what had happened or how I got here” Then he made an approving nod towards the lightstaff the last time he had seen her she had not constructed a weapon yet. They were harder to master.

It suits you” Then turning his attention to the Nexu he had grown, just how long of a gap did he have in his memory?

I am sure Warv, we can find you something much tastier” He said as he squatted down to give the Nexu he had given her a pat. Rising back up fully to his feet.

I assume that the Emperor sent you for me?” Of course this was not the time for this. He went to the console and started entering keystrokes, he was at the console for a couple of minutes before he spoke again.

Sealed off the barracks and most entrances as well as security and the turrets it should be relatively uneventful from here on out

With that he took Akkan Burkida and destroyed the console with a downward stroke. He had to get out of here and find some more suitable clothing, he was dressed in rags. For now it could wait as he headed out of the room and towards the exit. It did not take long to reach the exit out of the main building upon exiting, he looked and the fences were intact, the turrets on each corner looked inactive. It was a virtual ghost town. He shifted Akkan Burkida to his mechanical hand as another half dozen guards blocked them from the exit of the outpost. They were not dressed as the troopers were, if anything these looked more like thugs. Behind the thugs were three swoops and a landspeeder.

The head thug addressed Silvanius

”Thank you for busting him out now you have made it easier for us to take him from you” The thug sneered cockily

Warvanus glanced at Silvanius, he found this situation amusing, six thugs against both of them, the thugs were seriously outmatched.

“No, I definitely do not feel normal, in fact I am unsure what had happened or how I got here”

Silvanius crossed her arms as he spoke, and finally noticing her creation of her saber. "Thank you." The reply was curt.
The sith apprentice was holding back. She had a ton of anger and confusion where he had been. And he seriously didn't remember anything over the months he was thought to be dead?

She watched as Warv pet her nexu, the comment from the war-bringer seemingly to cheer up her pet.
He wagged his tail and gave a loud grumbling purr, happy to see Darth Warvanus. He remembered well the war-bringer from his younger kit days.

“I assume that the Emperor sent you for me?”

As he stood, Silvanius gave Warvanus a questionable look. "No. He didn't. Believe it or not, I was not told about you still living. And by the way..." her voice rose as she began pacing. "First you run off to fight my Master Lord Tormentous for the throne! Then I find you here after getting a call from the officer if their was any information on your possessions because, Tormentous had them all torn down to ruins and I was unable to keep a single thing! Except for the dagger and holocron u gave me."

She approached him, a angry look on her face as she stood their staring him dead in the eyes. "But most of all, I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!!!" Silvanius threw a punch at warvanus's left arm in hopes of landing the hit. "I DON'T LIKE BEING LEFT IN THE DARK!! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO ME!?" Quick as a flash, she turned and scowled at Warvanus. "Things have changed since you have been gone...the sith now has a new Dark Lord. And I refuse to accept it."

She sighed, closing her eyes. "Tormentous has vanished. And I know he is alive and will return. I sense it. But I am not strong enough for the throne. I couldn't fight back even though I wanted too. And it's frustrating. I have been left as the sith lords apprentice, but I'm merely following it to hold out til our true Master comes back."

Looking up, she watched as he approached the consoles.
“Sealed off the barracks and most entrances as well as security and the turrets it should be relatively uneventful from here on out”
Silvanius nodded in reply before the two had destroyed the consoles and headed out of the building.
"There is more to fill you in on in smaller details..."

The moment they stepped out, they found themselves trapped again.
”Thank you for busting him out now you have made it easier for us to take him from you”

"Grrrrr..." Silvanius nexu growled as his master and warbringer were surrounded with him.
The blonde sith apprentice smiled slyly, a twinkle of mischeif in her fading blue gaze as she observed the situation silently. "Six people a piece..." she thought. Silvanius tapped her fingers against the hilt in thought. Amusement hit at the idea these thugs thought they could beat her...or Warvanus. "Well that's impolite. You could have just asked. Besides, you wouldn't harm a lady would you?" She gave a sincere expression to her question at the thug in hopes of faltering his reaction time.

Igniting the silver blade, Silvanius was ready for battle. A smirk painted her face as she awaited for an attack from the enemy.
