Prazutis closed his eyes, seeing the lights in front of him. Either the Alliance to collect their prisoner... or the Empire, to retrieve the man who had failed them. Needless to say, Prazutis felt the same disappointment in himself as he could hear in the tone of the high inquisitor.
As he was picked up, he thought to himself. His armor... if it was cut off him, it gives him all the more reason to learn the secret that the holocron held within... but for now, he had to focus on the present.
"I failed my mission... and couldn't defeat him..." He closed his eyes as he was brought on board.
"I failed..." And though he knew what he needed to do, the cover-up... he needed to report about the crime boss he had spoken to. That was how he would justify this. But, this would mean that he would end up following up on this event. He said he didn't want to get into the crime world... but he supposed there was no avoiding it now.
What was on that datapad, he wondered... It had to have been something important. It was held in the same place as a holocron... it had to have been something big.
For now, he had to focus on his report. The Jedi, suspicious of him... the crime lords with the datapad, discovering the holocron with the encrypted datapad with unknown information... and Dowery. He would be visiting the man again soon enough. But this time, it would not work out so well for him.
