Trying to figure it out

Jak chuckled at the new recruit's entire demeanor. "Listen, we pull this off and I'll introduce you to the best graffiti artists this side of the Outer Rim. Lets go!"

He dipped his Skipray Blastboat into view of Kota and began a serpentine pattern around the bow of her ship, inviting her fire while taking evasive maneuvers. Red Eyes wiped a bead of sweat from his mighty brow. "Full shields to the stern!"

"Sandra, any time you want to get involved..."

Sandra jumped out just in time to "do the thing" as was described to her by Jak. The YT-2000 kept a course behind Kota and fired a volley of ion blasts to the engine of her YT-2400.

"Newbie! Run distraction on the the leader!" He hollered and broke course to engage the second YT-2400.

"Gotta be a hero, right?" Red Eyes grimaced as The Bandit's shields absorbed fire from Kota. He pulled hard to barrel roll up and out, pointing the nose of the Skipray away and back at the topside of her escorting YT-2400.

[Marlith Laurien]

She charged at the head ship ducking and rolling going this way and that way with hardly any pater to to her movements.


“Now this is fun”



Being a thrill seeker at heart she was up close and personal at times she was there to distract so she was going to distract but that didn’t mean she wouldn’t have her fun she was even smiling.

Nose pointed topside at the escorting YT-2400, Jak sent a full volley of ion disruption. It was a risky move - had he failed to pull up in time, he would be space debris. Red Eyes let him know in an expletive-laden rant, but fortunately for both of them he was able to pull the ship up and skirt just over the topside of the craft.

"Was it worth it? That's all I wanna know, was it worth it??" Red Eyes was out of breath.

"When we get that sweet sweet cargo, absolutely!" Jak declared with a wide smile, as the Blastboat swung hard to the right into Kota's view once again. "Let's keep dancing, shall we?"

Meanwhile, Sandra was doing her best to match pace behind Kota's YT-2400, throwing ion blasts at the rear engines.

[Marlith Laurien]

The A wing kept flying this way and that way up and down. Marlith didn’t really have a pattern this time she just stayed out of the way of the bigger ships.
She was pushing her a wing to its limits as she darted around the ship. She teased the ship by slowing down and speeding up.

[Lady Kota]

The droid was programmed to take evasive maneuvers at the least. However she wouldn't be taking any chances. As she fired she fired in a spreading motion before looping back around to cover the cargo. Hopefully the spreading fire would cover her as she preformed this stunt. She just hoped that everything she did would be enough.

[Jak Bexel]

"Awe, hell. They're good," Red Eyes grumbled. "Spinning it is."

Jak held onto his seat as the ship rotated in an effort to evade the spreading fire. He didn't know that they would come out of it clean, but at least they could get out of the splash zone.

"Kid! Watch the cross fire!" He pressed the comm up against his mouth without thinking, sending a muffled message to Sandra in the YT-2000. She did not have time to respond as her trajectory was immediately on the defensive. Tailing Kota was proving a bit more challenging than she was willing to admit, but she was as reckless as she was relentless.

[Marlith Laurien]

She flew straight up to avoid the cross fire. Marlith took a minute to think before swooping down taking a few shots and swooping back up she stuck to this pattern but she didn't hit the same place twice she wanted to be a nusseince to the enemy ship and it's pilot.
