Zechs couldn’t hold it back any more. He couldn’t contain it. The awkwardness built up inside him like a great wave of embarrassment. The subtle motions joined in an ever growing dance deep inside him. There would be no stopping its colossal might. He let it out, on his face.

He smiled. A polite smile. Nothing too grand or too unnoticeable. Just something that made things a little more weird. “I think I’m married to a death wish. You?”

Waiting. It was a dead man’s game. Thankfully its end was near. There was a tiny tap on the window. Their fifth story window no less. Zechs had a feeling whatever they were waiting for was either sitting on the window sill or was about to fly threw it. Either way, it was better awkwardly verbally making out.

"Deep." Salem replied curtly and then the noise from the window drew his attention. He stood and gazed through the glass at a spherical droid, no larger than his fist. It hovered patiently and when he slid the window aside, a data-slate appeared from a slot on its body. Norongachi took it and the droid moved out of sight.

"This is all a bit cloak and dagger, eh?" he spoke as he fiddled with the computer screen on the desk-top, finally he slipped the slate into the reader and the monitor hummed to life. "What the crap is Division 31?" he asked anyone that cared to answer, as the words appeared on the screen.

Division 31. It sounded like someone had a sector in mind then found out that'd be infringing on someone else's copyright. He had never heard of divisions 1 through 30, so 31 rang less bells than a jedi did on a lazy afternoon. In fact, it would not be fair to say that you'd be more likely to find a jedi in a strip club then him have any idea of what division did what in the Alliance, unless it was clearly labelled. What was a number good for? Absolutely nothing.

Zechs shrugged. "No clue, but I have a feeling they don't do windows."

He slapped a key and got it on with. A title page told one very little, and it was rude to judge a mysterious and potentially ominous name by its name. Best to turn the digital page and see what mess they had found themselves in.
