The Nazzri Trial (Part One)

Neive walked down the hallway of the GA's main legal headquarters. In his hand, he held a datapad that he had sent in not long ago, a report of an incident that was still fresh on his mind.
He entered the office of a chief officer in the GA: Tals entiban. One of the best authority figures in the Alliance today, and the one who handled the prisons, POW holding facilities, and most notable of all, the Alliance watchlist and most wanted.

Neive dropped the datapad on his desk, Tals not noticing him until the screen and metal made the distinct sound of metal on wood, right beside him.

"Hm? What's this?"

Neive sighed, the man had forgotten Neive had even made the appointment to meet him.

"It's a report of an incident that was triggered on an alliance base not long ago. The one I told you about over the comms, where the 2 transports were destroyed?"

The man nodded, looking over the report. "And you want me to put this man on the watchlist?"

"I want this man in alliance custody, no matter what list you put his name on. He commited a war crime, he killed over 50 men that were in unarmed transports, with no way to defend themselves."

The man nodded again, lost within his thoughts for a moment.
"I understand. What evidence do you have to support your claim?"

"Security footage from the base's cameras that show his ship firing on them, and another report. Written by the man himself of the incident. Practically a confession."

The man looked at the report he spoke of for a moment. "How did you obtain this?"

"informants relayed the information wirelessly to my ship during an incident on Nazzri."

"Nazzri... alright. Well, with everything here, I think we have a case."

"There's one more piece of evidence I also have for you. But it won't be ready for a while. It'll surely make sure that if he comes into custody, that we can get a conviction. "

Tals nodded, looking at the reports and camera footage.

"With everything here, we may be able to get a conviction now, but try to get that last piece to me ASAP."

Neive nodded. "I will indeed."
