In an effort to help increase the quantity and quality of roleplay, it has been decided that the Empire will follow the current trend and will start offering incentives for its members to help in this board undertaking. There will be monetary rewards for starting and/or participating in threads, the amount will vary depending on the number of posts and their type. There is no actual limit to the number of threads a member can put forward to be claimed. As well, in most cases, a thread can only be claimed once; the general exception being those participating in a Campaign. The FL also has the discretion to turn away seemingly poor quality posts or those posts whose purpose it seems is to solely obtain rewards. Additional bonuses will be given to members whose roleplay follows that of Imperial canon conduct. All following rewards are also cumulative, unless stated otherwise.
- Starting or joining an IC thread - 1,000cr
- Starting or joining an IC thread with at least another character outside the faction - 2,000cr*
- Contributing at least 10 posts to an IC thread - 2,000cr
- Contributing at least 20 posts to an IC thread - 5,000cr
- Battling a member of the Rebellion or the BSP - 3,000cr
- Actively participating in a campaign, with at least 5 posts per month - 3,000cr**
* (Replaces previous bonus)
** (May be claimed each month for the duration of the Campaign)
At the end of each month a post will be submitted by the FL within this thread that will request members for their bonuses application. As a member, you must reply with a post that contains the thread titles, as well as a link to said thread, and then mention which bonuses you are applying for.
FAR
The Faction Activity Rewards, or FAR, is a system that rewards factions for their activity on the board with bonus production on Galactic Wars. As such both members and factions are rewarded for the quality and quantity of their roleplay, which in turn, helps to strengthen the name of the Galactic Empire further.
Additional Incentives
As an overall incentive for both volume and quality of RP from faction members each point given to a thread created by a member may be claimed in this thread for a 1,000 credits. All that is needed is the link to the thread and the username of the individual who granted the point to the thread.
Recruitment Benefits
As yet another additional opportunity to earn credits, each PC a faction member recruits will earn that faction member 5,000 credits. If the new recruit stays active for six months the faction member that recruited them will earn an additional 20,000 credits.
