Upon the planet in the Abron System, Alpheridies, the trio of Miralukan kin circled together in a lush forest, a tranquil scene enveloping the three with the nature and idle calls of wildlife around them. Two stalwart and stoic adults, clad in dark brown robes, far from a royal regalia but instead tattered and worn yet still serving their purpose, stood together, shoulder by shoulder with their hands crossed over at their front, slipped into the opposing sleeve. Both were evidently of the Jedi ilk, revealing composed but scarred faces as they tilted back their covering hoods, only to reveal a strip of bandage strapped around their eyesockets, covering up the lack of eyes that rested within. Despite their masking, they saw the final of the three perfectly ahead of them; a young being, spryly kicking into her young ages of puberty, a heavy set of crimson locks curling their way down to her shoulder, the tips of her strands tickling her bare arms and shoulders. They were able to perceive her innocence and affiliation with the Light side of the force through means of their Force Sight, the natural way that the Miralukan kin saw the world around them, even allowing them the ability to watch over the stem of energies around themselves and others' auras. They saw the very Force radiating off of their offspring, flowing out in a manifested form before the sight evoked by their vestigial sockets, proving all to be Force sensitive, which Miraluka were by nature. They relied on this power due to their lack of natural visions through means of eyes and their anatomy, so instead were able to harness their natural affiliation with the Force to not be able to view deep details of their surroundings like colours, but instead harness increased senses to perceive the environment around them, allowing them to even see through walls, as well as life - even death. Both of the adults present had gathered to teach her the ultimate ability to harness and become an expert in this practice that was more than natural to her kin, whilst also giving her greater control and attunement to the Light side that her parents followed and so vindictively sought to have their daughter follow.
In turn, Xendiss looked back at both of her parents that stood ahead of her, formulating their familiar image perfectly, seeing the peace-evoking, gently swirling mist of Force emanating from their body. The stem of exuberant, natural lifeblood of the galaxy flowed through and around the shared aura of Light, neutral in its powerful waves that strung around in snaking motions, much like airborne streams, leaking into lakes that enveloped their bodies. She could feel positivity, zeal and peace exuding from her parents, as was the norm. This Light side they spoke of, which Xendiss slowly adopted, was most certainly present. Its proof of existence left little to persuading her, but she still wondered about the nature of this side of the Force as the adventurous young girl she was. Was the Light truly the way? Such stories she had heard from the darkness... and she had felt it before. Familiarity with such power was not foreign to her, but she had only teetered on the edge of sensing it in the past, and it struck her with an uneasy feeling that threatened to mingle in catastrophically to her increasing Light-attuned spirit.
"Focus. Let it enhance your reflexes. Tell us what you see," spoke her father in a calm, low tone.
The two Jedi deliberately stood ahead of their daughter in order to blockade her, forcing her to attempt perception through their overwhelming Light-aligned spirit. She tensed up, seeking to reach out even further in a strain of her Force Sight that begun reaching a depth only evoked through training.
"Relax. Focus." Her mother reassured her, looking over the mist of her own shrouding aura of unsullied serenity to fixate on her beloved daughter, observing over her carefully.
And so she followed, laxing out her muscles to enhance focus through means of peace, not through means of forced tension. Xendiss almost felt herself elevated from her position, thrusting out with her Sight like a severed eye, still connected to its linked mind. Both of their figures were relatively easy to see through, appearing translucent to her upon focus, but it she struggled to see through the fluent flow of Force present prior to even their existence, alongside attempting to puncture the Light, fiery visages of her parents.
Ultimately, she endured. The Miraluka felt the powers of the Force ripple down her senses, amalgamating and focusing its core to her vision which began to pick up what was behind. It surpassed trees, giving off a pulsating pump of accumulating energies of life. A beast in the distance grazed at the natural foliage, and from thereon, she began perceiving even more of the fauna around her, following her locked observation that gently followed through branches, plants and wildlife, picking up every last detail and patterning line of Force energies through the whirring Light that now acted to enhance her vision. A serendipity to her.
"I see life. The Light. The Force..." She spoke, amazed and fascinated at the depth of which her perceptions could dive, as well as the graceful sensations that tingled over her body as she managed to sense the very presence of Force by mere nature - its disturbances within her general vicinity, alterations, and ability to distinguish between the innate flow against the Light. And perhaps even the Dark.
