Upon the planet in the Abron System, Alpheridies, the trio of Miralukan kin circled together in a lush forest, a tranquil scene enveloping the three with the nature and idle calls of wildlife around them. Two stalwart and stoic adults, clad in dark brown robes, far from a royal regalia but instead tattered and worn yet still serving their purpose, stood together, shoulder by shoulder with their hands crossed over at their front, slipped into the opposing sleeve. Both were evidently of the Jedi ilk, revealing composed but scarred faces as they tilted back their covering hoods, only to reveal a strip of bandage strapped around their eyesockets, covering up the lack of eyes that rested within. Despite their masking, they saw the final of the three perfectly ahead of them; a young being, spryly kicking into her young ages of puberty, a heavy set of crimson locks curling their way down to her shoulder, the tips of her strands tickling her bare arms and shoulders. They were able to perceive her innocence and affiliation with the Light side of the force through means of their Force Sight, the natural way that the Miralukan kin saw the world around them, even allowing them the ability to watch over the stem of energies around themselves and others' auras. They saw the very Force radiating off of their offspring, flowing out in a manifested form before the sight evoked by their vestigial sockets, proving all to be Force sensitive, which Miraluka were by nature. They relied on this power due to their lack of natural visions through means of eyes and their anatomy, so instead were able to harness their natural affiliation with the Force to not be able to view deep details of their surroundings like colours, but instead harness increased senses to perceive the environment around them, allowing them to even see through walls, as well as life - even death. Both of the adults present had gathered to teach her the ultimate ability to harness and become an expert in this practice that was more than natural to her kin, whilst also giving her greater control and attunement to the Light side that her parents followed and so vindictively sought to have their daughter follow.

In turn, Xendiss looked back at both of her parents that stood ahead of her, formulating their familiar image perfectly, seeing the peace-evoking, gently swirling mist of Force emanating from their body. The stem of exuberant, natural lifeblood of the galaxy flowed through and around the shared aura of Light, neutral in its powerful waves that strung around in snaking motions, much like airborne streams, leaking into lakes that enveloped their bodies. She could feel positivity, zeal and peace exuding from her parents, as was the norm. This Light side they spoke of, which Xendiss slowly adopted, was most certainly present. Its proof of existence left little to persuading her, but she still wondered about the nature of this side of the Force as the adventurous young girl she was. Was the Light truly the way? Such stories she had heard from the darkness... and she had felt it before. Familiarity with such power was not foreign to her, but she had only teetered on the edge of sensing it in the past, and it struck her with an uneasy feeling that threatened to mingle in catastrophically to her increasing Light-attuned spirit.

"Focus. Let it enhance your reflexes. Tell us what you see," spoke her father in a calm, low tone.

The two Jedi deliberately stood ahead of their daughter in order to blockade her, forcing her to attempt perception through their overwhelming Light-aligned spirit. She tensed up, seeking to reach out even further in a strain of her Force Sight that begun reaching a depth only evoked through training.

"Relax. Focus." Her mother reassured her, looking over the mist of her own shrouding aura of unsullied serenity to fixate on her beloved daughter, observing over her carefully.

And so she followed, laxing out her muscles to enhance focus through means of peace, not through means of forced tension. Xendiss almost felt herself elevated from her position, thrusting out with her Sight like a severed eye, still connected to its linked mind. Both of their figures were relatively easy to see through, appearing translucent to her upon focus, but it she struggled to see through the fluent flow of Force present prior to even their existence, alongside attempting to puncture the Light, fiery visages of her parents.

Ultimately, she endured. The Miraluka felt the powers of the Force ripple down her senses, amalgamating and focusing its core to her vision which began to pick up what was behind. It surpassed trees, giving off a pulsating pump of accumulating energies of life. A beast in the distance grazed at the natural foliage, and from thereon, she began perceiving even more of the fauna around her, following her locked observation that gently followed through branches, plants and wildlife, picking up every last detail and patterning line of Force energies through the whirring Light that now acted to enhance her vision. A serendipity to her.

"I see life. The Light. The Force..." She spoke, amazed and fascinated at the depth of which her perceptions could dive, as well as the graceful sensations that tingled over her body as she managed to sense the very presence of Force by mere nature - its disturbances within her general vicinity, alterations, and ability to distinguish between the innate flow against the Light. And perhaps even the Dark.

"Good."

There was no personal commendation to the Miraluka's daughter. The very fact that she had achieved the ability to sense the life essences ahead was simply good enough. The comment came brief from her father's lips, low and tranquil in tone in the centre of the forest, keeping the serenity and silence in the opening to the maximum so that the surrounding life may shine vibrant with its natural sounds. Stepping aside, the tips of his brown cloak that cascaded from his robes brushed through the grass gently beneath his hulking white boots, where he continued to issue another command for her to act upon.

"Now control it."

The ambitious spry girl immediately obeyed, shifting unto her knees, caps digging ever so lightly into the moist, lush green ground beneath the familial trio. A high-pitched sound whispered forth as the girl stole air from around for her lungs, composing and calming herself with a leveled exhale, chest lowly balancing back out. Warm air blew straight through her circled lips, following in with the glide of the ever-passing winds that tickled her lips upon contact.

Following in the trail of the winds were the flows and endless streams of Force energies that were as natural as the life essences of such a vibrant ecosystem, encapsulated with so much wildlife. Here, it flowed freely with time, and Xendiss' spectral vision allowed her to perceive and follow each and every turn before her sight. Massive amounts could be maddening, but this was peace-evoking, especially when she observed her parents serve and form it into manifestations of the Light side for the greater good.

She watched as stems of it penetrated and then strung out of her aura, uncontrolled and still not used to the greater good of its potential. As a naturally Force sensitive being, and a promisingly potent one at that, Xendiss was familiar with this experience from such a youthful age. The apprentice of two masterful Force users was bound with the universe's lifeblood as a blessed birth rite. An absence of any eyes was no curse - it was a gift by the Force itself that flooded over into her empty sockets, devoid of any spherule forms, and this gave her a greater understanding of the Force. She was on the path at being one with it, and having the ability to see with it was a great initial step for what she strove to become - and what her parents sought her to ascend to.

The lines were like one big webbing deity to her understanding, and her destiny was written in every fluent twist and turn. It was her fate to follow it and discover - to adventure across the galaxy, attuned deeply and bound by soul to the guiding paths of the Force that she was so determined to control for the greater good. For justice, and vengeance. Xendiss, as a Miraluka, knew what happened to her homeworld. A planet, completely assimilated of all biological life to render it inhabitable, by the dreaded Darth Nihilus. This was a horror story that she was more than extremely familiar with.

Prevention would come from being at one with the Force to prevent such downfall. She saw herself in her parents' footsteps in the future, teaching extremely potent younglings from descending down such a path, and this brought her ardent pursuit of control. All of these thoughts, each and every single oath sworn in her mind focused her. Before she knew it, the essences of the Force were binding to her aura, connecting and throbbing freely within her serene vicinity. Tension grew, but with great positivity and potential, ready for the claim of her control. For her to harness. It was almost as if a spinning, singular orb, ready to manipulate for greater means when she was prepared, and it further reached that level.

Only until it settled out, freely building a misty wall before her Force Sight as it remained channeled. By simply attuning her mind and resting in place with her palms splayed out freely unto the front of her legs, Xendiss was able to feel the Force seep through her body and pulsating enchanted sensitivity, and ultimately learnt to control it. Speckles of strong, anomalous energies - armies of them - flew up like embers from a roaring, crackling flame in the whole surrounding bubble of Force that she remained enveloped by portrayed its readiness, but yet again, the very free flow remained innate in its unrestricted, clear form and path. It was like a peaceful inferno that she alone could control, outside of the manipulation of any others that were also gifted with the force. This in itself was a gift from the Force. It had not abandoned her. Its allowance for her control was present, sure and complete with clarity. Though she knew from being gifted with its control, that she had to remain following a strict path. One that allowed freedom, for sure, but nothing of dark deeds. No thought of such even rushed through her mind.

Yet the surge of power that pumped through her veins, following the rivers of blood themselves, was tempting. Xendiss knew she had potential and that she was stronger now. Complete control, however, still needed pursuing with an equally zealous desire and worship of deeds of valour and salutary gallantry. To become a Jedi Knight and ascend was to learn alteration now, too.
