He felt the revulsion skate thickly up from her gut to her throat before she had even uttered a word. By the time she had inhaled to speak, his body heat had risen considerably. And the bastard used every word she had spat out to fuel the fires that grew within his own chest. His mind, already a frazzled and frayed mess, had very little patience for this yelping girl who had the audacity to be indignant. A mewling kitten who would hiss and spit in the face of predators. Most namely, himself. Violence was most often never his immediate go-to, but nights of lack of sleep, the lack of proper decency, vibrant reasoning he most often had was washed out, strung, and soon severed as she denounced them as-

"Pigs!"

His fists, already balled into tense sledgehammers, only one uncurled, only just enough to bring his right into a claw that shook with vicious irritance at his side. His hateful eye bore at this filthy child, this lucky little brat who had gall to speak, instead of obey. And with it, his influence ran forward, locking onto that functioning gullet, and worked in tandem with his vile intent, to shut it. He manipulated his right claw, feeling the pulse, the same beating drum of this spitting warchild within the same neck he wanted to pierce with his fangs only minutes prior. Time almost slowed as his crisp grasp found it's soft and supple target, boa strung loose, and began to squeeze. His claw shook as if something held it back from reforming into it's fist, as though her neck lay within, bones, muscle, sinew stopping the fist from being born again. The Draconian could feel her pulse, the rise of her own body heat, even as it rocked shakily through her fragile little sheathe. She was nothing-
Just as he.

He could make her...
nothing.

The Dragon King began to tighten his grasp, deigning her pathetic courage to completely dissipate into...
Nothing.

“My lord it seems the prisoner is resisting.” The security chief informed Sovereign. The High Priest looked bemused at the announcement. “With a brute like Blood there? How exactly is there resistance?” The chief was swift to answer, “It seems the individual he freed has objected to your insistence of being bathed.” An audible cackle from the priest preceded his next words. Yet as the pair’s eyes turned to the vid screens the Sovereign’s countenance darkened. “The fool, did I not say I wished to have and audience with BOTH of them?”

There was a moment of unnerving quiet before the chief replied, “Yes my lord.” The High Priest all but growled as he spoke, “Patch me in to the sanitation level.” With an immediate flurry of keystrokes the Sovereign’s request was fulfilled. Given signal to speak the priest boomed in a thunderous authoritative tone that shook the beast. “Blood! Whatever immediate gratification you seek this moment, should you fail to deliver that prisoner and yourself to me as I have already ordered, I assure you that pleasure will pale in comparison by such magnitude as to be the only remaining and distant memory left to you as I leave YOU here to rot!”

There was the fury, the immense indignation of a ruler in the Sovereign’s words such that the drake’s attention was stolen allowing the woman to free herself. As if to remind the beast exactly to whose care his life had been granted the Sovereign reached out through the Force and began to siphon a portion of the deposed lord’s vitality (Manipulate Life Force). At such a distance it was unwieldy to draw the leeched energies to his self, instead Silas allowed the strength of the dragon to wash away into the ether. It was not a show of power so much as a reminder of how far the reach of the High Priest truly extended.

There was no safety within the vast halls and great depths of this prison spire. Satisfied with the immediate punishment for not heeding his instruction the priest spoke once more. “I’ll grant you each a final opportunity, the woman is too be made clean and Blood will deliver the captive to me. I will not tolerate further delay.” The guards on the sanitation level would be swift to facilitate the priest’s orders. It would was once more left to the pair to acquiesce as the Sovereign departed for the observation deck.

Perhaps she went a bit to far in her fit of rage...but Kita was not one to easily mold at anyone's whim but her own. She surprisingly wasn't afraid of Blood. To her he was nothing more than dirt himself in her eyes, a hot headed overgrown humanoid lizard with very unbecoming characteristics. Still...she was starting to regret her decision at angering him as his clawed hand began forcefully squeezing what life she had left in her pathetic physical state. Kita was a fighter at heart...but she had no strength to unfortunately fight back. Lucky for Blood since she would have kicked him in the nuts like she had Jacobi. Instead she hung tensely in his grip, hands struggling to make him let go as she clawed at his wrist in a attempt for air.

As the Sovereign's voice echoed violently his threats to blood, Kita found herself quickly meeting the ground in a heap on the grime covered floor going into a coughing fit as she gasped for air. Whoever this guy was, Blood was obviously in no control anymore. Finally as the Sovereign ordered his commands, Kita found herself unable to do much of anything but go along with his orders as the guards picked her up off the floor. She scowled at them, a look of defiance and hate in her eyes. "Damn you all." She said coldly.

The hunger had not been sated. His curled lip betrayed his carnal desires, spittle threatening to fly through the air as he felt her claw, grip at NOTHING. It was perfect, and soon, she would-

"Blood!-" The girl hit the floor with a painfully soft thud, her rasping breathes scoring his ears with ragged noise. But it was nothing compared to the speakers that etched the Ghost's voice around him, the screeching of his voice that of a scolding parent. "Gah-" He looked around, hoping mentally the snakish pomp would have his back turned by some miracularity, so that he would be able to drown the silvered white in red. But no, his eyes were met with speakers, cameras, all in the top corners of the room, out of reach. The guards even looked stunned, those who were previously too exhausted or sleep ridden to do anything moments before, all standing to seem so perky, now. All but the feral sithian who wanted them to suffer, regardless.

"I was not told-" but his words were cut short as his sight grew dimmer. Legs made no effort to keep him standing as he felt himself losing control over his own balance. It wasn't as though the body had grown weak- but he as an entity had. His grip over the body was being swashed away, and he could see his essence flowing away as it left his body in wafts. Just as he thought it was completely over, face against the nasty wet floor, his breathing not labored but becoming just a soft noise in his ear, the siphon ceased. The world spun. His world, atleast. And he could have sworn someone familiar laughed in the background. Someone closer than anyone else. Just a chuckle, but it echoed.

It took a minute before guards tentatively hoisted the reptilian to his feet, as another group entering into the Sanitation station with more vigor. "The High Priest demands a quicker pace. All of you are dismissed." And from there on, Blood able to get a hold of himself, and shakily stand as Kita was dragged into the stall, stripped, and left to her own devices. It was brief, and once her cold and chemically shower had been complete, she was air dried with intense heat, and a new set of rags were thrown at her to clothe herself. Undergarments included.
Blood however, was not given the time nor luxury of a sanitary bath, and he dripped with old mud and waste and molded food sludge water on the side of his body where he had collapsed. Hurried along, the pair were made into the same elevator they had left, and whisked up to Observation Deck 6, this time 3 new guards accompanying the pair, leaving the last 3 behind.

Blood hadn't been able to keep up with the turn of events so swiftly, time seeming to sluggishly clog his ability, and his senses were so much more...muted. As though he were just starting out, all over again. But eventually, the elevator stopped, and the doors opened.

This was it, the final barrier to both Blood and his chosen hostage leaving the hellish domain of the spire. The pair arrived and were guided before an imposing almost regal figure of a man. This Echani’s features were pure, too pure. An almost otherworldly perfection in his visage bore down upon the arriving duo. Obsidian hued armor plating etched with characters belonging to the ancient Sith language and almost encapsulated vibrant platinum silver armor-weave of this man’s unique armament.

Hanging from his belt was a black cape which bore a platinum silver inner lining. Upon the head of this man was an obsidian fluted helm broken by a more modern aerodynamic lines. Possessing an embossed crown upon its forehead which jutted out in small spikes around the circumference of the helmet. Breaking through the darkness of the obsidian was a single luminous channel of silver light created from the HUD the impressive technological marvel contained within. This light had faded and the helmet removed prior to his guest’s arrival.

Calling forth the peak of his connection to the Force the Sovereign began to speak. “So Blood, I was not briefed on the reason for your venture to this place, is this woman its source?” The High Priest then inspected Blood’s acquisition. While not adorned in truly proper attire the woman bore great beauty. However, this alone would not account for being retrieved form, let alone imprisoned in such a place. Reaching out with unparalleled mastery of sense augmentation Sovereign tested his suspicion (Sense Force User).

Vibrant crimson light met the priest’s eyes as he peeled back the realm of the mundane. Allowing Blood a moment to answer his first inquiry the Sovereign turned to the woman. “I suppose I should begin with my own introduction. I am the Lord Sovereign, High Priest of the Sith, and hand of Tormentous.” Granting a moment’s pause the priest continued, “Though my original purpose lay only with the fulfilment of Blood's return to the fold, his arrival here and subsequent acquisition of you now places your life in my hands.” Turning his notice back to Blood, “We will be departing from her enroute to Korriban. Given your…actions here I expect you to remain in your quarters until we arrive.”

Sovereign was still furious with the beast but held firm in not lashing out further. Instead the serpent took the moment to touch upon the mind of the woman that had found her way back from the abyss. ‘You are yet another highlight of what Blood lacked as Lord of the Sith. To allow such an asset to languish in obscurity reveals his lack of foresight (Telepathy).’ The message was not likely to reach the woman in its entirety as she lacked polish as an adept. Yet the intent was clear.

In this weak and filthy state, the former Dark Lord couldn't do much against a multi-saber wielding battlemaster who had found a way to lapse his control over this host. There was simply nothing he could do, atleast not of this moment. If there had been a way Blood could have returned the favor, and bolstered his ability to regain and remain in this host, it would have been plausible. However, This hadn't been able to be done by any other soul on this planet, BUT his Mother. The very soul he had come from. And for Silas to be able to manipulate his own energy in such a way, it concerned Blood that this Echani had something to do with his Mother. In their walk, the parasite garnered up theories, suspicions, wonders on the topic, thirsting for an answer to why this Dark Sider was capable of manipulating him as an entity, as opposed to the body as a whole. What enabled him to touch him? Typical siphoning zapped energy, yes, life source, yes. But his organs would have fought, his lungs could have seized, his heart should have raced. In the end, however, the body's functions, it's own ability of living was completely untouched. In fact, after him losing that portion of his strength, his level of attachment to the body was almost infant. As though he had to learn to walk again, but the boots were too big, and the road too long.
This Silas was a dangerous thing, and somehow he had influence over the Nightmare Child's Dark Side signature.

A question was posed as they made their way to the dock, everything recounting into a mass blur as he walked in a haze besides this pale fallen angel. The Dragon King was in his own head, until the statements posed as they had from the Echani. Emotionless and studious, a man who considered his questions demands, and demands to have answers. A sly way of speech. Blood was familiar with it, by now. "So Blood, I was not briefed on the reason for your venture to this place, is this woman its source?" He took a deep inhale, considering his words in a way where it wouldn't capsize the man's temper any further. Clearly they were both peas in a pod in lack of patience. "I recalled her being connected to my Master through training, and thus sought to return her to him." He didn't allow himself to notate he had tossed her in that Spire for the very same reason, paranoid she would betray him just as much as Warvanus had, Mercy had, and even his own children. Who was next? He was not going to take any further-

Well, it mattered not now, had it?

Once given directive to remain in his quarters, he only replied with a rough exhale, not much strength in him to respond with much more else. He was sick of this filthy leash. He was sick of everything. But soon, it would be over. Or so the other voice had said.

It wasn't enough that she had been dragged into the stall, but forcefully stripped of her tattered rags was enough to piss her off. Kita didn't make it easy for the guards with her struggling for them to release her before finally being left standing in the stalls. She naturally glared at them, arms crossed over her chest in attempt to hide her indecency. "..." She looked away and stared at the showers in longing despite her embarrassment of the whole situation. A shower did indeed sound good to her after a year of being stuck in hell. She moved towards the handle and turned it. Cold water spewing out from the showerhead straight onto her body. "COLD!!!" She yelped as she went tense from the shock. Honestly she had been expecting warm water at least. Goosebumps formed on her pale skin as she gasped trying to ignore the chill and began scrubbing herself clean with whatever soaps were available to her. She didn't want to dwell longer in the frigid water then she had too. "I AM DONE WITH COLD WATER! PERIOD!!!" She yelled angrily. Once was enough...but twice? Even if a dunk in a ice river made her strong enough to survive the cold prison, she still would not do it again if she could avoid it.

Turning off the water, she glared at the guards still covering her chest as she was dried off. The heat was more then welcome, reminding her somewhat of home. Once dried she happily caught the new clothes midair and grasped them tightly before quickly donning them on. Her gaze looked over at Blood noticing he was partially covered in grime. She smirked slightly without a word and followed both him and the guards entering the elevator to their next location.

As the doors opened she curiously looked around before setting her sights on the regal looking Echani. She had honestly never seen his species before. As he spoke to Blood, Kita had begun wondering what he was talking about. "Master? Training?" And her curiousity only grew as the Echani turned her way meeting with a introduction. She didn't know he was referring to Tormentous. Kita only knew him as Jacobi while he was in hiding. Again, more confusion on her part. "I'm Sorry...but Tormentous?" She asked crossing her arms. "I don't know who your talking about. And Blood's return? Last I heard he was the Sith Lord ruling...was he not?" She raised a brow as she tilted her head slightly, long light blonde hair falling gently over her shoulder. She awaited for his answer as he ordered Blood to leave for the time being. The Echani's message wasn't clearly making it her way but not misunderstood. She had remembered learning about the force from Jacobi and had held onto that knowledge the past year...but was a bit rusty since she hadn't been practicing as much as she should have...

It was obvious that there was nothing further the Sovereign could glean while remaining in this setting. Blood’s response to his inquiry left the priest suspicious of its context. The woman’s reply caused a grin to course across the magnificent and unmarred countenance of the Sovereign. The resplendent sapphire hue of the priest’s eyes met the woman’s as he granted a partial answer to her questions. “Blood here, has been deposed from the position of Dark Lord.” Taking a moment to savor the further disgrace to the man that had once cast him out of the Order, Sovereign brought the conversation to an end. “It is obvious that there can be no satisfaction for any party while remaining within the confines of this place.”

Turning to toward the exit the priest added, “Follow me, we make for the ship. It will be for Warvanus to decide your next tasks.” Oddly, to the priest his self, as the group began to comply the Sovereign turned toward the woman, “What is your name?” Sovereign allowed time for a reply as the group reached the turbolift enroute to the docks. “Once aboard I will have you guided to the guest quarters and given attire more fitting of an individual chosen for instruction by our Lord.” It was perhaps the kindest gesture the High Priest had made in his time with the Order. The disparity between his treatment of Blood and Kita was stark.

Of course the events leading to his original exodus from the Sith were directly tied to the Dragon King’s posturing to claim the throne and as such gave cause to the severity of priest’s actions towards him. The Sovereign was always wary of potential weakening of the mental partition that had gave birth to his existence. ‘This seems to be more akin to Silas’s penchant for chivalry though it’s disturbing that it may follow that such may perhaps be a part of my nature.’ The High Priest mused as the lift drew ever closer to its destination.

Donning his helmet once more the truth of the sublime countenance of the Sovereign remained hidden from Kita. The perfect platinum of his hair darkened as the hair itself disheveled and the sapphire light of his eyes darkened as the totality of their surface was stained completely black (Darkside Alchemy). The silver light of the HUD from the priest’s helmet then shown as the trio arrived at the docks. The shuttle that had carried Blood and Sovereign from the CGS Ruination now awaited this new trio.

As he flashed a knowing smile, Kita listened intently as he answered her question about Bloods previous rule. But realized he hadn't said anything about Tormentous. This concerned her. Was he really powerful enough to cast Blood off the throne? And what did that mean for her? Was this new Sith Lord going to be as ruthless as Blood was? So many questions left unanswered and it was starting to really irritate her.

She followed quickly behind Sovereign. "Warvanus?" The name for some reason sounded familar to her but she wasn't sure from where. As they approached the lifts, she was surprised to be asked her name. "Kita Ikari." She replied. There was alot of information to digest. "Attire?" She didn't understand the attire either or much less what was going on. Yet she was intrigued on the information. Kita's blue eyes grew wide in curiosity as she watched the Echanli's appearance change before the doors opened revealing the ship that was to take them off the planet of hell.

Blood couldn't do much more than follow, his mind still trying to piece together how much of this ordeal was in pertinence to his own downfall. As they walked, the two continued in conversation, Blood attempting not to focus too much on the Ghost's lack of satisfaction with his own response. How much had Tormentous told -

Well clearly Tormentous was not a part of this. She seemed to not even recognize the name. So was he truly not involved? His Force Signature, or atleast a speck of it, bore on her own. It was warped in a way, his but not, but that little 1% was unmistakable to the Sithian. He knew his Maker. There was no denying she had received some sort of training from the Darth, and Blood hadn't recalled her existence before the assassination attempt. He hadn't smelled her scent within the Force, before. She was new, prior.

He continued to run through possibilities as he was made upon the shuttle, slowly meandering in mind as Silas finished his quaint words before hiding his features once more. Following the clearly guard-outlined guideline to the back room, nearly a broom closet in size, he sat on the crowded floor, and seethed as he thought. He couldn't even stretch his wings in this foolish place. He watched bitterly as Kita was shown a decent sized personal chamber, a place with a bed, a small chest and neater nice things like a sink. A rumble barreled in his chest, but he swallowed it as her door slid shut, as did his. Had he been afflicted with claustrophobia, this surely would have completely set off his alarms.

However, being trapped in carbonite for many moon cycles tended to be just the cure for that.
So in silence, he waited, and attempted to rest, and to preserve what little he had left.
