Those Without Training...
Those Without Training...
"The force will guide my hand..." The lizard woman whispered to herself, walking through the streets of Coruscant. This was dangerous. This was stupid. This was the worst decision she had ever made in her life, and yet, she was compelled. An urge, deep down, to learn more. Dreams and Nightmares alike, all centred around something that would happen while she was right here, in this city. Home of the Jedi Council. That is why this was stupid. How stupid does one have to be, to know of a connection to the Force, and still be dumb enough to walk to the Jedi Order?
She wore robes to hide her appearances, a hand coming up to scratch behind her jaw, her claws continuing to wear down the scales and quills that were just barely managing to hang in there. She was nervous. All the people around her? She could feel them. The emotions of the hundreds of people around her in the crowded megacity streets, unfiltered by anything making it difficult to think. Flashes were all she got, like trying to listen to everyone in a party talk at the same time and understand everything, pulling apart the droning background noise that refused to let up.
It was agony.
Still she walked, hoping no one would think of suppressing their ability to utilize the force. She had heard rumours. Jedi could sever one's connection to the force, and they would for reasons that only they knew. She couldn't let that happen. She kept walking, getting closer and closer to the Temple. Then she stopped.
It was there. She was as close as she could reasonably get. She looked at it, taking a deep breath, trying to calm herself so that she could start to filter out everything around her. She found a bench, sitting down and closing her eyes. She took a breath through her nose, and slowly let it out and silenced all the tangible noise around her, letting her focus on the task at hand. Filtering, and silencing all of the "trash" she was picking up over time. Once she did that, she would be able to think clearly...

Re: Those Without Training...
"Main entry points are there and there..."
Prazutis hid a communicator in the joint of his armor's shoulder as he walked through the underbelly of coruscant, forsaking the beautiful lights and showy exterior for the veil of the dark on the streets, making sure his imperial insignias on his armor were covered by his black cloak. Ever since his time with the Sith holocron, his time with Darth Nihilus, his loss of a physical body continued to be a bittersweet thing for him. He didn't have to indulge in the stench of crime and villainy that came with being in a place like this, but at the same time, he couldn't take the calming breaths that would keep the extremely dark aura of his presence from being too prominent. Even now, he noticed a small radius around him that people refused to push into. Most of those around him were unsettled, disturbed just by the energy around him, the darkness that practically resonated from him, able to be felt by force user and normal individual alike.
However, even this came with perks. It overwhelmed the auras of those around him, like a blanket did it use itself to block the presences of those around him from sight of others, and through this, his senses were much more honed.
Honed enough to notice a neutral disturbance in the force. Not one significant enough to be a trained force user, but one noticeable enough to catch his attention. Could it have been a murder of a group nearby? or perhaps a force user? Prazutis wasn't sure, but something about it drew him towards it.
he took a moment away from the recon that he was on to investigate just what it was he sensed nearby. Perhaps this was an opportunity that he had not expected?

Re: Those Without Training...
It was problematic. A niggling bother in the back of her head, something she had over the course of her life grown used too. Unsettling feelings that stirred her from the inside, breaking her concentration as she lifted a hand to scratch behind her jaw. The sound of her claws could be heard scraping against the gristly stubble that were the scales and quills barely hidden by her hood in that spot being assaulted. That nervous feeling.
Then it got stronger, and stronger, and this made her sit up straighter. This wasn't happenstance. This was something deliberate. Her stomach shot into her throat, before slamming back down. A Force user. It couldn't be anything else. Nothing on this planet would have a presence like that. It was coming towards her....
It was coming towards her!
She stood up, went to take a step, but it was already too late. She could taste it, it was so close, and it hurt. Her claws dug even deeper into her scales, and she could feel a slickness starting to cover her fingers. She slowly turned her head, giving the being who was so close a sidelong glance from under her hood. Other than the scratching, there was little about her that would indicate any sort of fear. Cool, grey eyes on a reptilian face glared at the robed figure. Her other hand hidden under her cloak. He didn't need to know she was unarmed. She held the glare, narrowing her eyes.
"Can I help you?"
It was a simple question. Her voice was cool and smooth, and spoken softly enough that most would have to strain to fully hear her over the crowds. Not harsh or scratchy, like the voices of other reptoids in the galaxy. Almost... Human, in fact. "If I can't... Then I will be along my way..."

Prazutis had neared the source of this disturbance, however from what he could see, there was nothing to show a conflict. The streets were as begrudgingly calm as ever. However, he could not have imagined such a disturbance. Which means...
"Can I help you?"
Prazutis looked down at the hooded figure, immediately noticing the bit of blood trickling down her fingers. She sounded soft, almost as if she had whispered the words rather than openly spoken, which was entirely possible. However...
Prazutis knew what was going on.
"I believe you can..." Prazutis spoke, the voice distorter on his helmet projecting his voice right towards her.
"You... seem like an interesting case. If I may, I'd like to ask you a simple question."
Prazutis was a warrior. However, he had taught himself to keep a silver tongue. Although his intimidation was strong, he was still a sensible individual. He was not trying to be seen as a warlord, no...
Not unless the one seeing him was his enemy. And for now, he saw no enemy. Only...
opportunity.

"A question?" Ahron asked, not moving her hand. "I don't know what a simple person such as myself would be able to help you with," She added, taking a step away. "But you may ask. I cannot promise an answer," She finished. There was something wrong. There was something screaming in her head. There was something dangerous about this person. She just didn't know what.

"I understand. To be fair, a verbal answer isn't very much required for this question..."
Prazutis looked the figure over a moment before he spoke again, examining her aura in the force. he couldn't well tell a force user from a normal citizen as of yet, a grudging truth, but he could still notice hints of different emotions in anyone.
"Do you feel things that nobody around you feel? Are you overwhelmed by these feelings of those around you, as if their feelings fell onto you?"
Prazutis already knew the answer as he spoke, noticing the fear. It wasn't the usual fear of someone seeing a mean looking stranger... she knew how dangerous he was.
"If so... i would like to make you an offer."
This was the hook of things. The force, being what it was, was wild and frightening to those who could use it but did not know how. Only by learning to harness it and work with it can you understand and in turn, learn about, and from it.
And if she listened to the offer he would soon give... she would do just that. Learn about the force, Learn from the force...
And use the force.

Re: Those Without Training...
Ahron stood there for a moment as he spoke to her. He could feel her, just like she could feel him. She was stupid to think otherwise. Of course, other force users would feel her if she herself knew she had a grasp of the force enough to do what she could.
But then there was nothing she could do about it.
Her gaze narrowed further. She had stopped scratching, letting her hand drop from its place behind her jaw. Dark green droplets hitting the ground softly as the man spoke. "What I feel, is of none of your conce-"
She stopped. An offer? An offer... Her heart started beating rapidly. This was either the cruellest joke the galaxy could ever play on her, or it was something she never thought could happen. Or, she was overreacting, totally missing this person's point and selectively listening to what he was saying, but that probably wasn't the case. "And what would you offer?" She asked, her tone only growing more suspicious. It was difficult to be crass and uncaring when the other half of her wanted to scream like a girl. "I do not do bodyguard work... I may look vicious and violent, but I am not..." She quickly said.
It seemed like a good misdirection to her at least...

Re: Those Without Training...
Prazutis noted the sudden stop from the seemingly defensive front. Her tone changed only slightly, but the hint of interest in her voice, besides the dismissive bodyguard comment, was all he needed.
Prazutis gave a soft chuckle to her comment before he replied, taking a soft step towards her.
"Oh, no. This is much more than simple bodyguard work. What if I told you I could help you to learn about these feelings? How to control them, to understand and learn from them..."
Prazutis put his hand out to her.
"And soon, be able to harness those feelings, draw upon them?"
He needed to be careful with his words. One slip about using them for something she did not want would immediately turn her away from him. But lying about the inquisitorious would also prove to be his undoing in the long run. He had to tiptoe with his speech, to keep her interested without misleading her.
"Simply come with me, and everything you need to know about these feelings... about the force... in time will be enlightened to you."

Re: Those Without Training...
Ahron froze far more noticeably this time. Her eyes twitched as she stopped them from going wide at the offer. Her eyes closed, slowly, and opened just as slowly. She had to be careful. No one dolled out knowledge in the force for nothing. She doubted this one would be offering this knowledge for free, especially if he actually had the knowledge to control it. He could just be like her. Aware of it's existence and just channeling it as she did, without doing anything with it.
"And what would I have to do in return..?" She asked, her voice trailing off. She was clearly suspicious. She brought her hand back up under her robe and returned to just icily staring. "No one would offer training in how to use the force for nothing. I would have to pay, or swear allegiance to some organization. I do not feel comfortable giving up my ability to move, and do as the force would wish of me."
It was honest. The last thing she wanted was to have the autonomy to do what the force willed of her. She would almost rather pay for the training than have to go against some organization should the force will it.

Re: Those Without Training...
Prazutis thought for a moment at her question. How could he keep her interest on his offer while not misleading? This was the main goal of this whole encounter, he thought to himself. He needed to sell this to her.
"The will of the force is hard to understand... however, I can say I charge nothing, and serve no organization..."
He stepped forward, speaking a bit quieter as he kept his gaze on her.
"I serve an Empire."
Feeling the force, he reached out and gripped his own cloth, flashing the insignia of the Galactic Empire.
"An entire half of the galaxy free to follow the force, and with imperial intelligence and certain methods of stealth, an easy navigation of the other half. You can follow the force wherever it leads you, and as an inquisitor, you can learn everything you need to about the force."
This was the point that she would have to make the decision. Everything was set on the table. Being an inquisitor, a defender of the Empire from force sensitives. However, also the Empire's personal students of the force. It would most likely be a bitter sweet position, however free roam of imperial space and careful navigation of most other space, Prazutis thought to himself, it would be a great agreement for any force user. He just had to await the girl's decision.
