Captain Aylan Menore, who was assigned to the Titan Frigate Final Decision slammed his fists on the console as the junior officer reported the results of the skirmish.

What do you mean we lost ALL our starfighters?” he demanded, He did not expect the Jr. Officer to answer but he was furious.

This is unacceptable, All our Starfighters gone, damage to the Frigates the Edge substaining heavy shield damage , the Claymore with no shields at all” He slammed his fist on the console again This was grim, if they had another go, he would not be surprised if the Final Decision would be the last one standing

He paced the bridge, the command ship had substained no damage. On the other hand, their skirmish had found the enemy forces damaged, not as bleak as they were however.

When is the re-enforcements going to get here if they take any longer there will be no Roche Defense Force left

Warvanus had been thinking about his orders, and while he had ordered pilots to be ready he was going to change things up a bit “Before the fighters deploy, I will take two ships with me and personally will jump in the frey, make sure that three Skiprays are ready for immediate take of"f. He would not be going for the ground at least not in this stage.

Reports were sketchy but it had appeared that the Roche Defense Force was all but non-existant. If it was this bleak then they would have a battle in front of them, he had briefed his officers on what the plan was. He had no intention of losing Roche on his watch. All this had been going through his head as he made his way to the hanger, where two of the top pilots the Starfighter Corp had on board. Men that were mentored and trained by the War-Bringer. He walked past them to the waiting Skiprays.

Pre-flight checks had been made and double checked. These were among the most deadly craft in the Sith arsenal. “Warhound 1 ready for take-off” Warhounds 2 and 3 also reported ready.

The Magnetar reverted back to real space as the lines of hyperspace receded , behind It was the Entire Fearless Battle line along with the Subjacation Armada Starfighters, even as they began their approach mid-system. The Sith fleet moved with purpose, and as it made its way to its destination three Skipray Blastboats deployed from the Magnetar’s hanger, making a bee line for the colony and in a word… Battle.

Aboard a single ship that he cared little for the name of, stood the draconian king. He watched the battle bewilder the many who'd come to join, and of course his fury grew over this mess. They should be winning! He listened to Warvanus announce the casualties and all he could do was shake his head.
Turning his back to the scene, he offhandedly mentioned to Warvanus through the radio transmission, "The only thing left here to do is clean up the mess. Feel like blowing up a Roche, today, Warvanus?"

Blood wanted to put the loyalty of the remaining fighters to the test...

To blow up as much of Roche as possible, if not destroying it, outright, no matter the cost of lives.

Steel plates adorned him along with a helmet devoid of color. On his shoulder sat a single yellow pauldron with a faded marking of Clan Ordo but underneath that was the fresh painting of Blood’s own sigil. He stood with his rifle over his chest and held at the ready position, all systems were primed for immediate combat to be unleashed upon the ill-prepeared fools he declared as enemies. Woe betide them all.

Jacobi Wylcott, recently freed from the clutches of the Jedi by Lord Warvanus in complete defiance of the will of the Dark Lord of the Sith - was now employed by the very man who wanted him gone - Blood himself. Without any semblance of his former self his Force Signature was broken and disrupted. If only one thing could be said about the man it was that Darth Tormentous was all but a memory and through the Force Jacobi would feel as if he was a ghost, as if something was wrong with him but it wasn’t anything that could be explained. To most they’d likely sense just a man without a connection to the Force - to the experienced users of the arts he’d feel as if he was just a man but surrounded by a not-connection that was grainy, covered by static - broken.

And such a being could not have been Tormentous.

“The only thing left…”

Blood’s words hissed into the room and Jacobi’s baleful eye narrowed upon him, a scorched earth policy of a strategic asset - he couldn’t say he’d have chosen differently but the casual manner with which he spoke to an apparent subject was disgusting. He continued to pull such contrasts as the Dark Lord spoke and all the more he wanted to jump on the dragon and choke him with his own stupid wings and then perhaps stuff the whole ensemble and have a nice piece of décor to adorn his - no - the ‘Malevolent’ was gone - he had no home.

Sighing inwardly he remained at the vigil and found himself amused at the irony that he was playing bodyguard to the man who’d sold him out. Not only that but he’d invited the Empire to come and destroy his ship while Admiral Lidmor was away. Then if that wasn’t the end of things Blood had invited the worst enemy of all Sith-kind to their own throne world. Darth Tormentous had been ganged up on, beaten, his throat slit by a traitor Echani - who was still at large - and allowed the Jedi to take the broken corpse away from the very world he should have been buried upon. Jacobi almost snarled at that thought, Blood had thought him dead for certain but didn’t even have the decency to entomb him into the Valley of the Dark Lords, instead allowing the Jedi to take him along with an Imperial that wanted nothing more than to desecrate the body.

Such disrespect.

If he ground his teeth any harder he’d have to visit the Sith Dentist and that wouldn’t be a pleasant trip. In time with a little planning and patience he’d get his hands on Blood and beat the ever loving snot out of him. Until then though he would play this merry little game.

Guard the Dark Lord, bring death to the enemies of the Sith - he could manage that.

Blood hadn't recognized anything disproportionate about the group that we had, and despite the damages they had managed to take on the mess of this skirmish, he cared little for the destruction of it all. Hell, the only factor of consideration on his mind was relieving the adversaries come to conclusion that everything they had fought for with this planet was for nothing. Casually overlooking the mess, the Dark Lord felt nothing, apathy consuming his mind beside his slight level of pettiness. If he could exclusively single out the lack of hope from all of the remaining fighters on the opposing side as they watched the thousands of Verpine workers and colony being sent from all sides to all sides in a floating display of limbs and Roche pebbles.

He walked away from the chorus of unheard explosions, the fireworks becoming so much less entertaining to him than the maze of thoughts that dragged him on a hooked chain through the hollow halls. A idle path delved into the unknown, yanking him into a void spiral case. More often than not, Blood wondered how Tormentous would have felt to see how little he cared to bother with wars and vengeful riles. It was the same waste of energy that got them into this spiteful scuffle as it was. But how would you combat on who you were? How would a villain exist without enemies? How would a villain appropriately become a menace without harassing everyone, without stealing and taking what they felt was their's?
Was diplomatic approach wrong for theft just as much as it was to push down the owner and slit their throat? The Empire hadn't reached out to him to tell him how the theft on their own end had went, and Kenobi hadn't exactly come back to finish Blood yet, so he couldn't even be updated on what the hell had happened the body. Not that he needed it. He had three relics from the Dark Lord. And using the final one, he would obtain the power he needed to complete his footing into the role of the Sith'ari. Where there wouldn't need to be wars, or even table talks. Where he could simply either pop up and take what he wanted,

Or obliterate entire fleets on a whim.

He turned an idle eye of sickened gold and garnet over his titanic shoulder, the catastrophic levels of failing advance only proving him more manic than his calm demeanor gave away. Dragons were not about speed nor flashy colors. They were divines of brutality and regality. Of intellect, and richness. He was no beast of war, and if the battle was not worth his time, then he would just consume it. That was the reason for his lack of passion in this mess; it got nowhere. He was exhausted from trying to be fair with the Empire, rolling his eyes at the multiple attempts to kill him from pathetic assassins who he could avoid from a mere step into shadows. Why waste the energy to engage when you could just swallow them en mass?

He took his peek from the debris flying past them, a frozen gloved arm smacking against the plastiglass viewport.

He would see the end of all of this, one day. Soon.

The demise of the EF76 Nebulon B Frigates Claymore and Edge brought a feeling of finality to the orbital control of the immediate area surrounding the Roche Colonies. With only one starship remaining in the ranks of the Sith defenders in the gun sights of the rest of the Coalition Picket, things were already in their conclusion. Even so the Hammerhead Cruiser Advance now shared the same level of condition as the prior near disabled Organa while the Thul was aflame on several decks with escape pods firing off; adrift, the small cruiser was lost and falling fast out of formation.

But as reported before the Final Destination was alone, surrounded and in the targeting arrays of every Coalition vessel. Jedi Fleet Master Kushiban opened a channel of hail to the lone Titan Patrol Frigate. “Sith vessel, this is Fleet Master Kushiban, your assets are destroyed and this battle is over. Heave too and prepare to be boarded. We shall spare your crew so long as you comply.”

Fully willing to accept the surrender of the Titan Patrol Frigate, Kushiban also gave the command to continue firing on the vessel so long as it also fired back. The Jedi were known for their compassion but they were not naïve. If the Sith wanted to keeping fighting then the decision will be on their hands but should they seek clemency then there was a place for the prisoners and lives ahead of them too. Knowing the Sith they’d fight to the end, it was unfortunate but typical of these fanatical sorts.

Vollies of fire pounded the Titan... It was only a matter of time now.

Warvanus had gotten the message from Blood about turning Roche into dust, inwardly he grinned but he had only hoped the enemy did not intercept the  encoded message. He drew on the Force, he knew words were extremely difficult but Darth Blood was no stranger to him,  and this made the effort a bit easier, using Telepathy he sent assurances and the idea that this was already in  the works. He had already been deployed in a Skipray along with two other pilots.  They were mid system when they had left the fleet and were getting closer, anger began to burn hotter in the War-Bringer ,how dare these fools he thought interfere in the affairs of the Sith,  the Alliance, the Jedi, the Pirates he hated them all and would not rest until each Ranking officer from each group’s head was hanging on a spike In his palace. Though he would save the Jedi Grand Master which he was certain was somewhere, for Tormentous. He had a knack  for interfering with Sith affairs. His hate enhanced him, made him more focused, stronger.   They were now entering the edge of the battle zone soon the War-Bringer would unleash his fury in the name of the Sith.

-Aboard the FinalDecision –

The ship had taken a hammering and now it was like the restof the Roche Defense Force, disabled and adrift.  Escape pods had been deployed from the incapacitated group with the exception of the Final Decision, but before the Final Decision went down, they had received a message from the Fleet that Warvanus brought help and that help was on  its way. The Commanding officer would have been happy about it had he survived the attack on the Titan class Frigate. Most of the crew was dead, the ship rendered useless. Those who were still on board did not use the escape pods as that entire deck had a hull breach and nobody could access them, if they were to be boarded, then the Sith onboard would fight to the last man.

Surrender was not an option even though they knew  that the battle at this stage was lost.  The new ranking officer a human of middle age. Major Whitmore told the crew “The Sith never surrender ifinvaders board we will repel them or die trying, Glory to the Sith!”

his orders did not take long to spread to the rest of the crew.  Through the Bridge viewport  Whitmore could see the approaching Fleet.  Help had indeed arrived but still would be a bit before they could engage the infidels who dared to oppose the Sith Empire.  Where in the Blazes was the Galactic Empire?  Were they not allies of the Sith? Had some pompous Lord do something stupid to jepordize the hard worked alliance.  Would the Sith remember the lack of help from their neighbors? He did not have that information. He had drawn his sidearm checked thepack level and making his way to the officer’s armory had taken a belt that had spares ,  he strapped it on, he was not going down easy that thing was for certain
