The best way to get the gist of a faction is to talk to their members. Don't take anyone else's word for it. The movies and books don't do each of the factions here justice- other than the very bare bones. We've got our own established canon here, so things are a little different.

Also hopping in our Discord and chatting will really help, too.

As far as being lazy with force stuff- i can get on board with that. But really, most people here write longer posts for general roleplaying anyhow. So once you get the hang of it, writing a few hundred word count applications for powers becomes a part of your roleplay, and story building.

It's a way to keep balance, really.

The Sith ranks are always looking for more. Don't have to be a force sensitive to join, either.
