Raphael called upon his anger for this situation yet again. The disdain for this beast continually attacking him bellowed up deep within him. Like a spark igniting a blaze of fire, the young man used this anger to concentrate his body on the task at hand. He knew that if he were to land a punishing strike upon such a behemoth of a being, the force would need to guide his way. Each parry and strike had to be calculated, allowing the force to flow freely to the striking points in his body.
With a minimal concentration, Raphael attempted to ignite that fire while fending off attacks. Even though he knew the force flowed through him freely, he was unable to unleash its power throughout his being without some deeper concentration. This frustrated the young man, as he would surely need to somehow get a deeper concentration. Raphael would soon get that opportunity as he pressed away from the being allowing a gap of time to concentrate within the force.
In an instant, that fire ignited a feeling of power all throughout his body. The essence of smoke began bellowing out deep within his core. It traveled throughout, adrenaline soaking through every muscle and vein within his body. The force began to feed his lean muscles, giving him the feeling that he was as big as the beast that stood before him. The will of the force coursed through him, thin gray clouds of smoke covered his entire being. It was hard to maintain for the young man, but somehow he managed to keep a simple grasp of control within the force on his entire body.
Feeling charged, Raphael leapt forward in attack, ultimately to discover the control on his own body wasn’t great enough to affect anything. Simply put, he could not charge his whole body within the force yet; he wasn’t that well trained. He had to create a gap long enough to think of a plan.
It was instinctive, what he had to do next. Calling down from the fire deep within, Raphael surged the smoke up through his torso into one of his hands. Raphael let go on the control he had over his entire body. The force obliged, feeling exhausted from encompassing his whole being it was more than willing to be concentrated in one area. His mind concentrated on that smoke within his clenched fist. Raphael envisioned within that smoke, the force creating an orb of light. Once that natural feeling of warmth was felt throughout his hand, Raphael released his clenched fist revealing the small orb to blind the being momentarily. Pulling the force from within his body he powered the light to shine a little brighter as he noticed it dazing him a bit. Raphael felt a surge of confidence, as he has never been able to create such brightness from the orb of light.
As quickly as it came, the orb disappeared as his exhaustion within the force gradually increased. Using whatever willpower he had left, Raphael began to call upon that spark of the force yet again, his anger still feeding the spark that ignited it. This time, instead of calling the force up to his hand to create light, he summoned it to the lower half of his being. The essence of smoke in the force charged his legs, calves and feet. Raphael felt if he needed to, he could run for miles without exhaustion.
Pushing the force out through his legs like he did with the orb of light. Bending his knees, ready to jump the smoke smashed through his calves and feet pushing upon the frosty surface of the mountain. Raphael was launched backwards in the air, as he was able to call upon the force again to create an even more sizeable gap.
Now, far enough back, Raphael began to channel his emotions. Exhausted within the force, Raphael began one last deep concentration as the monster began its charge towards him. He let his emotions continue to ignite that fire; rage, irritation, resentfulness all built up deep down as he fueled himself for incoming attack. Adrenaline took over his entire body as he felt he was losing his grasp on the force to his emotions. It was invigorating, having the force take over and anger take hold. Raphael felt such power and control throughout his body that he had never felt before. He almost let it completely take over if it weren’t for the fact that he was being hunted by this demon.
Instead, he took hold of his emotions as it fueled the smoke inside of him. Calling the force throughout his body into his arms, Raphael held his lightstaff in the clutches of both hands. The force moved through his arms in a bellowing smoke that engulfed his grasp around the hilt. The blade ignited in a fury as his confidence in his ability to use the weapon soared. The force flowed freely through his arms and his weapon, connecting both as one. Fluidly, with the help of the force, Raphael delivered powerful and swift strikes to deter the beast from going any farther.
The lightweapon was now an extension of his own body and he was able to control it just as he was the rest of his body. Raphael felt proud that his self-control was now improving; he was growing every day in his training of the force. His confidence was high and the stars were the limit for what he could accomplish within the force if he truly put his mind to it.

Imprisoned in some cave on some planet
-Begin Force Level Five App- -Word Count: 500-
Raphael had to get out, this prison, wherever he was. The force was indeed strong in him, but he could hardly feel it in this dark cavern. It was as if they stuck the student deep down into this cave to deprive him of what he had worked so hard for. It had been days since he had felt the full embrace of the force. Raphael found it lived even in the darkest of places such as this prison cave, but it wasn’t flowing like it did in a lush forest environment. He would have to work hard within his means of the force to escape this hellhole.
The young man sat in a meditative position, a position that allowed him full concentration on the area around him. Breathing deeply and with full concentration, Raphael sent a wave of smoke around the cave in order to determine where he could be or who was around him. The essence of the force returned to him with the faintest of ideas. He was too far deep into the cave to discover anything of the outside world. Raphael would have to truly delve into his ability with the force, using everything he has learned thus far.
Remembering back to the most basic of lessons, Raphael began to sense out any signs of the force within this cave. Within all walks of life, the force flowed freely, even this dark cave. Insects of all kinds, streams of water cutting through the rock, small beams of light coming through the distant cracks of the cave all flow with the force. With this, Raphael would reach out within the force to draw from the life of the cave to better suit his needs. Tiny strings of smoke flowed freely, connecting to one thing or another before Raphael called upon them. The steady stream and path of the force was now flowing in the direction of the student as the excess force-fed his ability. He felt refreshed, as he was finally to feel some semblance of the full effects of the force again.
Once again he would send a wave of smoke out around him within his mind to discover anything. The force moved slowly as his abilities were limited in this space but he finally felt something. The essence of life flowed freely outside of the cave; the force was strong out there. With the life, he also felt the tragedy of death, the disturbance and mark it left on the force. The gap and emptiness that came with life and death was evident outside of the cave. Something had gone terribly wrong for Raphael’s captors as he could no longer feel their life forces, instead just the emptiness that followed death. At times, the disturbances were hard to deal with, but Raphael was getting used to the feeling of death around him. No longer did it send him into shock when the force ached, but instead he just recognized it.
With the realization that no life would halt his escape, Raphael began looking for a solution. Calling down to that essence deep within yet again, Raphael began to flow that force he had gained up through his body. The smoke followed a pathway through his arm and into his clenched fist. Raphael let the fire of the force set ablaze between his fingers before he released the orb of light, revealing the environment around him. As comfortable as he was within darkness, the ability to create light within the force was becoming quite handy to Raphael.
Just as he was able to see, Raphael sent out another wave of smoke within his mind to the nearby area. The force moved in a sonar type way, sending back pings of information that might be necessary to escape from this cave. Surveying every possible way out, he found a weak point within the bars that kept him here. He would have never noticed the weak point without the aid of the force and for that, he was thankful.
As he escaped, Raphael recognized his growing ability as a student of the force. He was growing and learning from his trials and errors within it. It was comforting to know that the force will always be there to guide his way out, even when it seemed like it hardly was. He was becoming one with the force and his confidence soared every minute he spent learning about life around him. Raphael knew soon enough, he would be able to achieve things he never thought possible within the force.

Re: Heirs to the Throne (Training Thread, Raphael & Blood)
Raphael sat meditated in a courtyard in front of three objects. The objects lined across the grass were a stick, a branch, and a decent sized log.
-Begin Telekinesis App- -Word Count: 500-
The young student settled upon his first target, the stick. A hand reached out to manipulate the object as if he was actually picking it up physically. His eyes shut as he visualized that ever present and familiar smoke snaking its way around everything in the environment. His focus was determined on that specific stick and the smoke that now engulfed it. Like lifting a feather, Raphael’s hand raised and he altered the force around the stick that would allow it to float lightly in mid air. His eyes opened to reveal an underwhelming achievement within the force. The young man toyed with it, pushing it up and down, bringing it closer and farther away. Satisfied with his work, Raphael brought his arm closer as the stick followed. With a push out of his arm as well as with the force, the stick was thrown a couple of feet away.
Raphael wasn’t satisfied with the work just yet; he had enough confidence within the force to get him through a stick. Bringing with him a stronger concentration, Raphael focused on the medium sized object in the branch. Applying the same strategy, Raphael reached out within the force to alter the essence of smoke around it. The smoke clung tightly to the longer and heavier branch as he attempted to lift it with his hand. The silver-eyed man struggled to lift it with the ease he found with the stick. The branch floated just barely off the blades of grass, as Raphael strained himself to raise it more.
Bringing out his other hand, the essence of force that was smoke to him bellowed out to take hold of the branch as it lightly levitated. The force wrapped its exquisite claws all around that branch. Raphael finally had a full grasp on it as it became easier to move up and around with all of his might fixated on it. Feeling out with his senses, he could envision the branch twisting and turning in mid air. His confidence was growing just as someone would grow stronger from lifting heavier objects. The young man tossed it with the same amount of effort, only it when just a couple of inches away from where it originally sat.
The branch hit the ground as Raphael now focused on the heaviest object in the log. It weighed about a quarter of his body weight and seemed it a near impossible task after dealing with the branch.
Both hands grasped out at the log to wrap so that the force can wrap its tempting tentacles around every crevice of it. His forehead began to sweat, as he was still exhausted from the object beforehand. The log began to roll a bit within the grass and despite his strongest of efforts, Raphael could not even get it an inch off the ground.
Dropping his grasp within the force, Raphael rolled his eyes in frustration. It seemed nearly impossible to even get this log to roll over in the grass. He could hardly lift it physically to get it, how was the force going to achieve what even his physicality couldn’t? Calming himself, Raphael thought about all he had accomplished so far within the force. He knew if he put the right amount of concentration into it, then maybe he would stand a chance; the force would guide his way.
Raphael then stood tall and allowed the force to wash over him completely. He could feel it flowing freely around him as its presence grew. Using his force-enhance senses, Raphael sought out the log within his concentration. Both hands reached out yet again to take hold of what he wanted to achieve. Taking in deep breath, Raphael prepared himself for the impossible. He shut out his surroundings and focused solely on that grasp he had tightly around the log. Miraculously the force eased the log off of the grass ever so slightly. He struggled to get it even an inch off of the ground, but then the log began to rotate. Its cylindrical shape began to turn even though it was difficult to lift it higher.
Letting out that deep breath, Raphael released his grasp within the force around the log. Thumping on the ground, his eyes opened to reveal the log in a new resting place. A smile came over his face, as his confidence within the force was now sky high. Even though the position of the log had only altered slightly, he recognized with enough practice and discipline within the force, that log could eventually be as light as the stick was.
Raphael left the exercise with such a high belief that anything could be achieved within the force. He had allowed it to guide him this far and would continue to do so as he defied all odds.

Raphael sits, watching a crowd of people. Feeling out with his senses to improve his training within the force.
-Begin Sense Force User App- -Word Count: 400-
Passively searching through his mind, Raphael once again found himself wandering through the ever-present force. The essence of smoke burrowing out from his inner self, it snaked its way around the environment. The force began to feel out every living thing in the nearby vicinity. Just as he had done in many situations before him, the force served as a second set of eyes when entering the unknown. Raphael had felt the usual urge to let that smoke be drawn to the liveliest things around him, yet something was different this time. A different form of life, something that had bloomed such a long time ago, captivated that essence of smoke.
Feeling his mind wander through the crowds of people, that hidden snake of smoke stopped upon two individuals. The first individual was the taller male, an adult who had something burning brightly deep inside of him. Raphael hadn’t fully sensed the man, but that fire burned so brightly, he could feel the heat a couple of feet away. The force inside Raphael craved to feel out this man before him, the smoke slithering its way around him. From his feet to his head, the force bound its alluring essence around the man. The force permeated the man, feeling out that fire deep down within. Quickly, Raphael recognized this ever-present fire; it was almost the same fire that burned deep down within him if not just the slightest bit fainter. Like recognizing your own self in a mirror, Raphael recognized the force within this man. It was strong, this man had been trained within the force; it felt good to feel that fire within someone else finally.
That joyous feeling of recognizing one of your own was short-lived. There was something more to this situation, something faint and almost unrecognizable. Raphael felt drawn to that unrecognizable force more than that of his own kind. Retracting from the larger male before him, the smoke feverishly searched the environment for that unidentifiable force around him. His mind felt stressed as most leads ended up being nothing, he was reaching a dead end through his senses. It frustrated the young man to the point of nearly quitting, all he wanted to do now was feel out that bright fire once more; feeling one with someone in this large galaxy.
But like his training in the past, Raphael recognized with added concentration and discipline, he would be able to seek out what the force so desperately craved to show him. He simply had to let go of everything, allow the force to take over, to guide him completely. Soon, he found his mind wander, that essence of smoke moving slowly through the force back to the man. Instead of being confused further, Raphael let the force keep going as it moved passed the man unto the much smaller boy next to him.
His interest piqued and his mind open to the possibilities; Raphael allowed that smoke to slither around the boy. It pervaded the boy just as it did the man, feeling for a fire that wasn’t quite there yet. But instead, the smoke dug deeper into the soul of the boy. An exquisite feeling followed, one of joyous monumental accomplishment. He finally was able to see, within the boy sat dormant embers that have yet to ignite that fire. Sparks flickered as the force waited so patiently to burn brightly within this young boy. It was a glorious feeling to know what lay ahead for this boy, the things he would soon learn.
Eventually he might even find himself learning the inner workings of the force just as Raphael is now. The young man felt a sense of calm rush over him as his eyes opened to see the boy finally. He had allowed the force to guide him yet again and it had led him in the right direction. Raphael would be able to find those just like him in the future. Thanks to the force, he would never truly be alone within this galaxy; it was a wonderful feeling.

Re: Heirs to the Throne (Training Thread, Raphael & Blood)
Raphael stands between a lake, holding a torch within hand.
-Begin Cryokinesis App- -Word Count: 400-
Feeling the heat of the torch within the hot humid night, Raphael decided it was about time to learn how to counterattack that burning light his father so willingly wielded. His eyes closed as he concentrated on the force around him yet again, it was present just like had been all of his life. The force slithered around him like a snake, the essence of smoke up his arm and grasping the wooden handle of the torch. Climbing the torch, the force within Raphael moved to smother the bright light that gave away his position this night.
Hot to the touch, the force was almost hesitant to engulf the open flame. It was almost disheartening that he wouldn’t smother the fire himself. But taking a second look at it, maybe the strategy to come at it with such power was the wrong way; maybe Raphael would have to do it the harder way within the force. Refocusing his efforts, the young man attempted to sense the molecular level of the fire. Instead of smothering the fire, Raphael used the force to draw away the heat from the fire. The smallest essence of smoke began to pluck away the heat from different areas of the fire all at once, one by one. Slowly but surely, through the force, Raphael could see the molecules vibrate slower and slower. With the aid of the force, the molecules began to rapidly lose their heat and contract closer together. It took some time, but with the force, anything was possible.
Opening his eyes, Raphael saw the flame of the torch had gone, feeling a sense of pride but wanting more. Feeling a sense of exhaustion as that familiar humid sensation upon his skin, Raphael’s curiosity was now turned to his own self. He began to feel out those same heat molecules in the air around him rather than a source of fire. Allowing the force to guide his way, the smoke pinpointed the molecules in the air around him, taking the heat from the direct source. Exhaling his breath, revealed a faint glimpse of frost within the air. It was marvelous what the force could accomplish, even in this hot humid night. Yet, with a cooling sensation to follow, Raphael found it harder and harder to keep up this manipulation of the air around him.
Added concentration within the force around him only allowed that cold sensation to stay a moment or two longer. But even the force was no match for the air around him. Constant and ever-present it was hard to maintain the fight against the humid night yet; Raphael did not let that deter his confidence. He knew with more training and added discipline, Raphael would be able to regulate his body temperature more frequently one day. But now, he let his curiosity move even further within the force.
Still reeling on that high confidence of putting the flame of the torch out, Raphael turned his attention to the lake in front of him. Within the force, he had ripped away heat from a flame as well as creating frost within the air; now it was time to manipulate the lake ahead of him. Feeling out the molecules of water, Raphael could see them moving past each other, attracted to each other but for only a short amount of time. With the help of the force, Raphael was confident he could turn this liquid into a solid. The essence of smoke moved out again to slow those liquid molecules, drawing the heat away and creating a freezing process. Soon, the shore of the lake began to turn into a solid substance. Like before, it was a process that was hard to maintain. But as Raphael saw what he was able to achieve within the force, he allowed himself to concede the losing battle.
Standing firm, Raphael released the essence of smoke from the lake, as his confidence was now sky high. Through the force, he had learned something new and with added training, Raphael knew that the force would allow him to expand upon this ability. It was only the beginning, but he couldn’t help but think what he might be able to achieve within the force soon enough, it was glorious.

Re: Heirs to the Throne (Training Thread, Raphael & Blood)
Upon Yavin IV – The Arkanian Dragon that had recently hatched from its egg was now becoming feral to young Raphael. He was no longer able to control it on such a planet within enemy space. He would either need to reign it in and force it to recognize his authority, or rip it from the skies and end its life before his father found out and took control of another powerful beast.
-Begin Alter Level Three App- -Word Count: 1,000-
Raphael stood in his anger, as it burned a bright fire within his soul. The beast had gone feral, the adolescent dragon was bigger than him but he still had to maintain authority over him. Looking at the beast flying high in the sky, Raphael calmed himself within the force. Anger would not do well in this situation, rather restraint and careful use of the force would bring him what he wanted, a tame beast. His eyes closed and his senses opened up to the lush forest environment around him, it was beautiful and extravagant. This environment oozed life and with life came the force, the force swelled all around him. Everything in that environment connected by one thing or another, webs sewn by the invisible energy. Today, Raphael would harness such energy to bid his will.
Taking that energy, the force, Raphael began to draw on it. To bring such a sizeable beast to its knees would take more of the force than he currently was able to muster up. All around him, the essence of smoke covered those webs as Raphael reached out to pluck upon them like an extraordinary musician. The path they followed in day-to-day life slowly began to change. No longer were they bound to the environment around it, ebbing and flowing together in unison. Now, they slowly changed course towards the young man standing firm. The essence of smoke, of the force, bellowed from its origin toward him from all points in the environment. It was an alluring feeling within the force, such power, such potential, being harnessed all at once; it was almost too tempting to resist unleashing. The force rushed into him and around him, the smoke engulfing his whole body. Raphael felt if he tried, he too could breath fire like this dragon.
But instead, his efforts remained at the task at hand within the force. To take on such a beast, he needed the will of the force. Now that he harnessed that will, he could attempt the impossible. Pulling on the strings he could view upon the dragon’s body, the force that flowed so vibrantly around it was now beginning to be altered by the young man. The dragon soared so high in the sky now, if he were to have any chance in forcing its will, he would have to bring it closer.
Slowly, Raphael’s concentration turned to the smoke around the beast, that vibrant force. He called upon it like he did the environment around him. The beast, heavy and strong, gave all its might to stay within the air. As willingly as he altered the flow of the force around him, calling upon the life force of the beast was not such an easy task. Raphael felt to feel such a strain on his body as the dragon was too far out of reach for him. He began to feel even more discouraged at this lack of ability. He had witnessed such feats by his dead father before, but how was he able to achieve such power? Raphael felt he was near the ability his father was when he had achieved such an accomplishment. As his mind began to wander on thoughts other than his concentration within the force, the beast began to fly higher and higher. It was then; Raphael remembered what he had learned so many times before. Trust in the force and it will guide you within every moment of life.
It was then, Raphael trusted within the force, to guide him and to lead him to victory against such a beast. He began to concentrate further, feeling out the force, as it was a foreign land to him, yet to be conquered by anyone. He felt the force add a little quiver to the dragon’s flight path. It grew angry as it searched for the source of that quiver. Yet, maybe that’s all he needed to do was to agitate the beast; to turn it into an angry one so that it might come and swoop down from the skies for him. Raphael was confident in his abilities within the force, but even he couldn’t stretch his will that far out. He would need the beast to come to him some how to truly alter the force around him.
Pulling and pulling upon that flow of energy, the beasts flight path wavered in just the slightest as it began to notice what was causing all of this. Furious and enraged, the beast began to swoop down toward Raphael. Taking advantage of such a short distance for that little bit of time, Raphael reached out within the force to gain a firm grasp on the webs of smoke that covered the beast. With all of his might and concentration, Raphael altered the force around the beast’s wings. Tugging and pushing the force around it in different directions, the dragon found itself spiraling towards the ground. It was a riveting feeling as Raphael realized the force had allowed him to ground the beast, even if it were just momentarily.
Taking it upon himself to make sure that the momentary collapse of the beast lasted longer, Raphael turned his attention toward the wooden torches nearby. With a motion of both hands, he altered the force around the ground of the wooden sticks. The ground began to shake a bit as one by one the wooden sticks freed themselves of the soil. Their weight within the force wasn’t much, the young man found it rather easy to maintain the floatation of the now weapons. The smoke of the force created a platform for the now-spear like sticks. The floated in the air with the aid of the force until one by one, Raphael pushed the smoke away from him and towards the wings of the adolescent dragon. Piercing through the skin of the wings, the force allowed the spears to penetrate through such a tough surface. The dragon cried in pain as it began to grow closer and closer to losing consciousness.
Knowing the spears wouldn’t hold the beast down for long, Raphael focused his might within the force on the head of the dragon. Already exhausted, the force allowed him one more feat as the smoke engulfed the decent-sized head. His body weary and his endurance within the force growing low, Raphael lifted that head just slightly off the ground. Taking hold of the head with one hand and the neck within the other hand, his web of smoke began to move ever slightly. Positioning the head and neck within the force delicately enough not to wake the dragon from its daze and confusion. Without any resistance from the dragon, the force allowed him to twist upon its head and snap its neck with one last bit of force.
Collapsing to the ground just as the head of the dragon did, Raphael felt spent and had nothing left in the tank. The force had willed him this far, but even it couldn’t push him any further. He had reached the extent of his training for the moment. But as he looked up to reveal a lifeless dragon, Raphael then felt proud of his accomplishment. Not proud of the fact that he had to kill such a beautiful creature but proud of what he had been able to achieve within the force. It was a glorious and monumental feeling; he had never reached such heights before within his training. But as he allowed the force to guide his way, it opened up so many more doors to his training. Raphael would take this lesson and continue to work to improve, to better himself; not only just within the alteration of the force but with everything it could do to better him.

Re: Heirs to the Throne (Training Thread, Raphael & Blood)
Raphael sits upon a beach of a lake in a meditative state.
-Begin Force Level Six App- -Word Count: 600-
Sitting comfortably in a meditative trance, Raphael reflected on all that he had learned so far within the force. Through his short time studying and training the mysterious energy that was the force, it had guided him along so many journeys. Raphael had come to trust that whatever peculiar situation he was in, the force would guide his way free; it hadn’t let him down yet. In this reflective state, Raphael examined everything around him in the environment. The force was teeming around this luxurious lake. Allowing himself to reach out within the force, the young student began to concentrate on everything around him.
Like he had done so many times before in new environments, Raphael passively observed everything around him. Inching its way from the innermost point of his soul, the essence of smoke bellowed from his person in waves all around him. These waves of smoke picked up upon everything around him within the force, like sonar would on an underwater vessel. These pings that would return from the sonar back to him within the force radiated life from all around him. The life around this lake was extravagant, connected solely by the force. The force lived deep inside the flora and fauna, all connected by these tiny webs of smoke invisible to the untrained. Reaching out within the force, Raphael plucked upon these webs of life like a beautiful musician.
It was then, his thought process was interrupted by that all too familiar feeling in the back of his head. He had come to recognize this feeling well enough that it didn’t even register as pain anymore. Instead, the split second between calm and danger was now filled with reaction rather than confusion. He felt the danger for the fauna in the environment, the predators preparing to pounce on their prey. Raphael recognized now with the force that with life there must also be death, an invisible scale to balance.
As with the impending danger, Raphael now was numb to the void that was caused by natural state of death. That empty feeling that usually followed the death of the fauna was no apparent but no longer significant to the force adept. Raphael could recognize the death within the force, but it caused him physical suffering no longer.
Moving from the disheartening feeling of death, Raphael instead chose to focus solely on the life. Those webs yet again as he began to pull them close. He craved that feeling, the feeling of immense power within the force. He often found himself, drawing upon the force to feel himself teem with the energy; it was magnificent. The essence of smoke that bound to living things in the environment, now felt a misdirection; heading toward the young man sitting in a meditative position. It was such a breath of fresh air; Raphael felt he would be able to accomplish something incredible today.
Calling upon this excess of force, Raphael began to search around his nearby area. The beach, covered in sand and shells, now were the main focus of the young man within the force. Holding out one hand, the young man found himself digging with the force in the sand. Finding these individual shells, buried deep and engulfing them in the essence of smoke. Pulling up slightly on that smoke, the shells began to levitate lightly out of the sand. This was no magnificent feat for the young student, but he would have to build upon it to test his limits.
Letting the other hand unfold, Raphael quickly focused on the energy of the force deep within his soul. While maintaining the shells high in the air, he would attempt to multitask. Deep down within his core more of the force bellowed out throughout his body. This, under normal circumstances would be a difficult task, but since he had called upon the force around him; he found he had more to offer within his abilities.
That smoke that resonated deep within him now moved through his body slowly. Like many times before, he called upon the force to move through his other arm. Clenching his fist, the force built up deep within his palm. Teeming with a high concentration of energy, the fire of light burned deep within his grasp. Letting that grip go, the force revealed such a bright light, it could light his way in pitch-black darkness.
Raphael was proud of himself, he could accomplish so much with the aid of the force. He was able to maintain the shells within the air with one hand as well as creating such a bright light within the other hand. The force truly had no limits; all he would have to keep doing would be to test these limits. Soon he would be able to add on to what he could achieve here.
The thought then crossed his mind; maybe he could push the limits now? Allowing the force to move out of his soul yet again, the smoke moved out to freeze the water set about him. Envisioning the molecules of water moving over one another, Raphael attempted to slow them down and contract them together within the force. Yet, as soon as he attempted it, the shells dropped and the light dimed.
Maybe it was not meant to be yet. Although he failed, it was not discouraging. He had accomplished something here today within his meditation that could not be looked down on. The force guided him on this day and would continue to do so. Now all he had to do was to keep training and testing his limits so that one day he may be able to perform all three feats.
